In this study,a series of CuCl_(2)-modified MnO_(x)-CeO_(x)nanorods were synthesized for the oxidation of Hg^(0).The addition of CuCl_(2)resulted in an enhancement in the catalyst’s Hg^(0)oxidation ability,and Hg^(0)oxidation efficiency reached>97%from 150 to 250°*** the MnO_(x)-CeO_(x)catalysts,Mn^(4+)played the role of the active species for Hg^(0)oxidization,but in the CuCl_(2)-doped catalysts Cl−also contributed to Hg^(0)oxidation,conferring the superior performance of these *** introduction of SO_(2) led to a decrease in the availability of Mn^(4+),and the Hg^(0)oxidation efficiency of MnO_(x)-CeO_(x)decreased from about 100%to about 78%.By contrast,CuCl_(2)-promoted samples maintained a Hg^(0)oxidation efficiency of about 100%during the SO_(2) deactivation cycle due to the high reactivity of Cl−.

Mercury pollution is created by coal combustion processes in multi-component *** injection was identified as a potential strategy for capturing Hg^(0)from waste gases,with adsorbents serving as the primary *** hydro-thermal approach was used to synthesize a series of MnO_(x)-CeO_(x)nanorod adsorbents with varying Mn/Ce molar ratios to maximize the Hg^(0)capture *** CeO,had weak Hg elimination activity;<8%Hg^(0)removal efficiency was obtained from 150℃to 250℃.With the addition of MnOr,the amount of surface acid sites and the relative concentration of Mn4+*** ensured the sufficient adsorption and oxidation of Hg while overcoming the limitations of restricted adsorbate-adsorbent interactions caused by the lower surface area,endowing MnO_(x)-CeO_(x)with increased Hg^(0)removal *** the molar ratio of Mn/Ce reached 6/4,the adsorbent's Hg^(0)removal efficiency remained over 92%at 150℃and 200℃.As the molar ratio of Mn/Ce grew,the adsorbent's Hg^(0)elimination capacity declined due to decreased surface area,weakened acidity,and decreased activity of Mn^(4+);<75%Hg^(0)removal efficiency was reached between 150℃and 250℃for virgin *** the overall Hg'elimination reactions,Mn4+and *** in charge of oxidizing Hg^(0)to Hg^(0),with Ce^(4+)acting as a promoter to aid in the regeneration of Mn^(4+),Because of its limited adaptability to flue gas components,further optimization of the MnO_(x)-CeO_(x)nanorod adsorbent is required.

Quartz-vein-type copper deposits were discovered in SN-trend ore-bearing structures in north-west Dayaoshan,*** of reports on the precise metallogenic age of these deposit has become a bottleneck in metallogenic research in this *** this study,the quartz vein-type copper mine in Longwei area of Jinxiu was selected as the research *** illite samples in the fault gouges and ore samples were collected for testing and *** on the Re-Os isotope dating study,the age of pyrite isochron,belonging to the Caledonian period,was determined to be 417±25 Ma,whereas that of chalcopyrite isochron belonging to the Indosinian period,was found to be 243±18 *** crystallized considerably earlier than *** obtained EPMA data were combined with rock mineralogical analysis data,Metasomatous mineral pyrite and metasomatic mineral chalcopyrite were identified to have originated from different hydrothermal *** the Indosinian period,copper deposits in the Longwei area underwent pyrite crystallization,pyrite fragmentation,copper-bearing hydrothermal filling,and metasomatism,consolidating and forming *** study determined the mineralisation time and ore sources of copper deposits in the Longwei *** study provides evidence for the existence of Indosinian hydrothermal activities in the north-western Dayaoshan area.

Psoriasis is a chronic immune-mediated inflammatory skin disease and the TNF-αis an important therapeutic target of this *** our continuous study of bioactive natural products from fungi,the first ergosterol-polyether adducts,polyaspers A(1)and B(2),along with two known ergosterols,(36,5α,6α,22E)-5,6-epoxy-3-hydroxyergosta-8,22-dien-7-one(3)and calvasterol B(4),were iso-lated from Aspergillus *** elucidation was accomplished by extensive spectroscopic analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction *** A and B possessing an unequalled 6/6/6/5/5/6/6/6/6 nonacyclic system,and their biosynthetic path-ways were proposed to include intermolecular cyclization and Diels-Alder *** screen of these isolates showed that 1-3 could improve the cell viability in an actinomycin D/TNF-αinduced L929 cells death model,with the EC50 values of 49.85,46.75 and 4.99μmol/L,respectively,and the activity of 3 was even comparable with that of the positive control *** bioactive investigations discovered 3 could suppress the inflammatory response simulated with TNF-αin HaCaT *** an imiquimod-induced psoriasis murine model,3 significantly restrained the development of psoriasis symptoms and reduced the expression of IL-17 and IL-23,presenting an anti-psoriatic *** such,those ergosterol derivatives,might serve as lead compounds for the development of novel TNF-αinhibitory agents in the clinical treatment of psoriasis.

Wogonin(WOG)has been demonstrated to have anti-cancer activity,but the mechanisms remain *** this study,new targets of WOG were predicted for lung cancer,bladder cancer,and colon cancer by using bioinformatics *** might primarily suppress cancers via regulating arachidonic acid,Ras,MAPK,linoleic acid,PI3K Akt,and folate biosynthesis pathways.3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium(MTS)assay showed that WOG inhibited the proliferation of A549 ***-time quantitative reverse transcription PCR(RT-qPCR)results indicated that anti-lung cancer effect of WOG was achieved by regulating the expression of 18 target genes,including AKRIBI0,AKRIC3,BDNF,CAVI,CXCL2,CYP2B6,CYP4F3,DAO,EGF,ENO3,IL6,PLA2GlB,PLA2G2F,PLA2G4A,PTGES,SLCOIBI,SLCOIB3,and *** Kaplan-Meier survival curves further confirmed that DAO,PLA2G1B,SLCO1B3 and TFAP2A were essential targets via which WOG affected lung cancer ***,BDNF,FGF2,and PTGS1 were predicted to be the targets via which WOG alleviated cancer proliferation and invasion in bladder *** for colon cancer,WOG might induce autophagy and inhibit proliferation by down-regulating NTF4 and *** study will provide clue for using wOG as a promising antineoplastic agent in basic and translational research,and bring light to the application of herbs containing WOG as food supplements.

针对固体废弃物资源化过程中普遍关心的二英生成问题,利用自行设计建造的流化床气化综合实验平台对高含PVC模拟垃圾进行了流化床气化实验,讨论了PVC含量、空气计量系数对二噁英生成特性的影响规律。结果显示,对于PVC含量为20%的模拟垃圾,在空气计量系数由1.2降至0.4时,单位PVC的二噁英生成量和毒性当量分别由146.53ng·g-1和20.71ng I-TEQ·g-1降至2.07ng·g-1和0.31ng I-TEQ·g-1;在空气计量系数同为0.4时,随着PVC含量由20%降至1%,单位PVC的二噁英生成量及其毒性当量由23.54ng·g-1和3.49ng I-TEQ·g-1降至2.07ng·g-1和0.31ng I-TEQ·g-1。因此,在固废处理过程中,二噁英的生成风险随着PVC含量的增加而增加,而气化和低空气计量系数有利于抑制二噁英的生成。

玻璃化保存关节软骨具有临床治疗和科学研究的双重意义。如何在保证对软骨细胞造成的损伤最小的前提下,将足够多的低温保护剂载入软骨组织,是玻璃化保存关节软骨的关键环节之一,而低温保护剂渗透关节软骨的特性是指导设计低温保护剂加载处理过程的重要依据。从实验研究和数学建模两方面,系统评述低温保护剂渗透关节软骨的研究进展,指出现有研究存在的不足,并对今后低温保护剂渗透关节软骨的研究方向提出展望。

在模拟燃煤烟气流动反应试验台上,对喷射吸附脱汞过程中影响活性炭喷射量的汞浓度、停留时间、温度、除尘设备等因素进行了试验研究.结果表明获得相同脱汞效率,在较低烟气汞浓度下活性炭的喷射量较大.停留时间对活性炭喷射量的影响最大,在较长停留时间下活性炭能够进行充分的吸附,相应的活性炭喷射量较少;在较短停留时间下受动力学限制,过多的活性炭喷射量不会引起脱汞效率相应增加.随着温度升高,活性炭的喷射量也随之增加;通过化学改性能提高活性炭在较高烟气温度下的吸附能力,从而减少喷射量.布袋除尘设备的使用能在较大程度上降低活性炭的喷射量.

在对上海竹园生活污泥和绍兴印染污泥进行试验测试的基础上,得到污泥的表观导热系数与污泥含水率、温度、密度间的关系。结果表明,所研究的两种污泥在含水率低于50%时,导热系数值很低,随含水率变化缓慢,而当含水率高于50%时,污泥导热系数会随含水率的增加而迅速增大;低含水率(5.03%和12.06%)的污泥随温度的升高导热系数呈缓慢上升趋势;而含水率较高(36.70%和51.70%)的污泥,导热系数随温度的增加呈迅速增大趋势,密度小于0.4 kg/m3时导热系数随密度变化不明显,密度大于0.4 kg/m3后,导热系数随密度增加而迅速增大。
