Spinal cord injury(SCI)is one of the most devastating traumas,and the aberrant proliferation of astrocytes usually causes neurological ***,the mechanism underlying astrocyte over-proliferation after SCI is ***2c(glutamate ionotropic receptor type 2c)plays an essential role in cell *** bioinformatic analysis indicated that Grin2c and Ca^(2+)transport functions were inhibited in astrocytes after *** of Grin2c stimulated astrocyte proliferation by inhibiting the Ca^(2+)/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase 2b(CaMK2b)pathway in *** screening different inflammatory factors,interleukin 1α(IL1α)was further found to inhibit Grin2c/Ca^(2+)/CaMK2b and enhance astrocyte proliferation in an oxidative damage *** of IL1αusing neutralizing antibody resulted in increased Grin2c expression and the inhibition of astrocyte proliferation ***,this study suggests that IL1αpromotes astrocyte proliferation by suppressing the Grin2c/Ca^(2+)/CaMK2b pathway after SCI,revealing a novel pathological mechanism of astrocyte proliferation,and may provide potential targets for SCI repair.

Dark-Forest:Analysis on the Behavior of Dark Web Traffic via DeepForest and PSO Algorithm

The dark web is a shadow area hidden in the depths of the Internet,which is difficult to access through common search *** of its anonymity,the dark web has gradually become a hotbed for a variety of *** some research based on machine learning or deep learning has been shown to be effective in the task of analyzing dark web traffic in recent years,there are still pain points such as low accuracy,insufficient real-time performance,and limited application *** at the difficulties faced by the existing automated dark web traffic analysis methods,a novel method named Dark-Forest to analyze the behavior of dark web traffic is *** this method,firstly,particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to filter the redundant features of dark web traffic data,which can effectively shorten the training and inference time of the model to meet the realtime requirements of dark web detection ***,the selected features of traffic are analyzed and classified using the DeepForest model as a backbone *** comparison experiment with the current mainstream methods shows that Dark-Forest takes into account the advantages of statistical machine learning and deep learning,and achieves an accuracy rate of 87.84%.This method not only outperforms baseline methods such as Random Forest,MLP,CNN,and the original DeepForest in both large-scale and small-scale dataset based learning tasks,but also can detect normal network traffic,tunnel network traffic and anonymous network traffic,which may close the gap between different network traffic analysis ***,it has a wider application scenario and higher practical value.

目的:探讨复方樟柳碱治疗继发性缺血性眼底病的安全性及对视力的影响。方法:选取本院2016年10月—2021年10月收治的124例继发性缺血性眼底病患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为两组(n=62)。对照组进行常规治疗,研究组另使用复方樟柳碱治疗,比较两组血流动力学指标、视力情况、视力改善时间、不良反应及复发情况。结果:研究组EDV、PSV高于对照组、PI低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组视力改善水平优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组自觉症状消失和视力改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率、复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方樟柳碱辅助治疗继发性缺血性眼底病的效果确切,能有效改善眼部血流动力指标及视力情况,且不良反应发生率及复发率较低。

Molecular Dynamics Simulation of Shock Response of CL-20 Co-crystals Containing Void Defects

To investigate the effect of void defects on the shock response of hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane(CL-20)co-crystals,shock responses of CL-20 co-crystals with energetic materials ligands trinitrotoluene(TNT),1,3-dinitrobenzene(DNB),solvents ligands dimethyl carbonate(DMC) and gamma-butyrolactone(GBL)with void were simulated,using molecular dynamics method and reactive force *** is found that the CL-20 co-crystals with void defects will form hot spots when impacted,significantly affecting the decomposition of molecules around the *** degree of molecular fragmentation is relatively low under the reflection velocity of 2 km/s,and the main reactions are the formation of dimer and the shedding of nitro *** existence of voids reduces the safety of CL-20 co-crystals,which induced the sensitivity of energetic co-crystals CL-20/TNT and CL-20/DNB to increase more *** has occurred under the reflection velocity of 4 km/s,energetic co-crystals are easier to polymerize than solvent co-crystals,and are not obviously affected by *** results show that the energy of the wave decreases after sweeping over the void,which reduces the chemical reaction frequency downstream of the void and affects the detonation performance,especially the solvent co-crystals.

Simultaneously enhancing the strength and ductility of as-extruded AlN/AZ91 composites via nano-precipitation and pyramidal slip

Age hardening is often used to optimize the mechanical properties of as-deformed Mg-based materials in industry,whereas the improvement of strength is usually accompanied by the significant loss of ductility,which hinders the application of Mg-based materials in structural *** the present work,high strength-ductility synergy(the yield strength of 263±9 MPa,ultimate tensile strength of 398±7 MPa and elongation to fracture of 34%±1%)was realized in as-extruded AlN/AZ91 composites after optimiz-ing aging *** characterization shows that AlN particles induced a large number of geometrically necessary dislocations around the AlN/Mg interface during extrusion,which decreased the nucleation barrier and provided more heterogeneous nucleation sites forγ-Mg 17 Al 12 continuous ***,95%of residual dislocations in as-extruded AlN/AZ91 composites were annihilated dur-ing peak-aging,suppressing the growth and coarsening of continuous ***,high density of nano-sizedγ-Mg 17 Al 12 continuous precipitates was produced in as-extruded AlN/AZ91 composites af-ter *** tension,gliding dislocations bypassed sphericalγ-Mg 17 Al 12 nano-precipitates by Orowan looping rather than cutting mechanism,which induced a strong block on dislocation *** high yield strength was mainly attributed to the high density of non-shearableγ-Mg 17 Al 12 nano-precipitates with spherical morphology,which was different from other Mg-Al-based *** results of texture evolution and slip trace analysis demonstrated that the suppression of extension twinning and less basal slip was due to the enhanced activity of pyramidalc+aslip in as-extruded AlN/AZ91 com-posites after peak-aging during the room temperature tension,meanwhile,the dislocation density of as-extruded AlN/AZ91 composites was significantly decreased during peak-aging,then higher elongation to fracture was achieved.

A review of Pt-based electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction

Development of active and durable electro- catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction （ORR） remains one challenge for the polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell （PEMFC） technology. Pt-based nanomaterials show the greatest promise as electrocatalyst for this reaction among all current catalytic structures. This review focuses on Pt- based ORR catalyst material development and covers the past achievements, current research status and perspectives in this research field. In particular, several important categories of Pt-based catalytic structures and the research advances are summarized. Key factors affecting the catalyst activity and durability are discussed. An outlook of future research direction of ORR catalyst research is provided.

目的探讨双重血浆分子吸附系统序贯半量血浆置换(DPMAS+HPE)治疗对乙肝相关慢加急性肝衰竭(HBV-ACLF)患者短期生存率的影响。方法回顾性收集2015年1月1日至2022年12月31日在本院住院治疗的HBV-ACLF病例资料,按照治疗方式的不同分为内科综合治疗组和DPMAS+HPE组,倾向得分匹配消除组间混杂偏差,比较2组基线资料及治疗后实验室指标改善情况,Logistic回归分析HBV-ACLF患者死亡相关危险因素,Kaplan-Meier生存分析比较2组30 d和90 d累计生存率。结果本研究共纳入373例HBV-ACLF病例,其中治疗组136例在内科综合治疗基础上接受1次DPMAS+HPE。237例单纯接受内科综合治疗,经倾向得分匹配(PSM)后纳入136例患者作为对照组。治疗组治疗前后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)下降幅度(446.5 vs 159.0、317.0 vs 92.0、5.2 vs 0.3)显著大于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);DPMAS+HPE治疗是HBV-ACLF患者30 d和90 d死亡独立保护因素(30 d:OR=0.497,P<0.05;90 d:OR=0.436,P<0.05);治疗组30 d和90 d累计生存率显著高于对照组(30 d:50.71%vs 44.12%,P<0.05;90 d:30.15%vs 22.79%,P<0.05)。结论DPMAS+HPE能改善HBV-ACLF患者肝功能和短期生存率,可作为1种有效治疗HBV-ACLF患者的人工肝模式。

Orange-red emitting Sr_3LaTa_3O_(12):Sm^(3+) phosphors with perovskite structure and high thermal stability for w-LEDs

A novel layered perovskite tantalate phosphor Sr_(3)LaTa_(3)O_(12):Sm^(3+)(SLTO:Sm^(3+)) with orange-red emission was obtained for the first time via the solid-phase synthetic method. The phase purity, surface morphology,element distribution and luminescent properties of the SLTO:xSm^(3+)(x= 0.01 mol%-0.30 mol%) phosphors were investigated. Under 408 nm excitation, the optimum doped SLTO:0.10Sm^(3+) phosphor emits orangered light at 598 nm with the highest emission peak(4G_(5/2)→6H_(7/2)). The critical energy transfer distance is 1.687 nm. The prepared SLTO:0.10Sm^(3+)phosphor has excellent thermal stability with temperature quenching temperature(T_(0.5)> 500 K) and high activation energy(E_(a)= 0.25 e V). Through calculation, the chromaticity coordinates of all samples are concentrated in the orange-red area, and the color purity reaches 99%. The fabricated white light-emitting diode(w-LED) has a good correlated color temperature(5132 K), a high R_(a)(89), and the CIE chromaticity coordinates(0.340, 0.327). Consequently, the superiority of orange-red-emitting tantalate SLTO:Sm^(3+) phosphors for w-LEDs is demonstrated.

Micelle-directed self-assembly of single-crystal-like mesoporous stoichiometric oxides for high-performance lithium storage

Due to their uncontrollable assembly and crystallization process,the synthesis of mesoporous metal oxide single crystals remains a formidable ***,we report the synthesis of single-crystal-like mesoporous Li2TiSiO5by using soft micelles as *** key lies in the atomic-scale self-assembly and step-crystallization processes,which ensure the formation of single-crystal-like mesoporous Li2TiSiO5microparticles via an oriented attachment growth mechanism under the confinement of an in-situ formed carbon *** mesoporous Li2TiSiO5anode achieves a superior rate capability(148 mAh g-1at5.0 A g-1) and outstanding long-term cycling stability(138 mAh g-1after 3000 cycles at 2.0 A g-1) for lithium storage as a result of the ultrafast Li+diffusion caused by penetrating mesochannels and nanosized crystal frameworks（5-10 nm）.In comparison,bulk Li2TiSiO5exhibits poor rate capability and cycle performance due to micron-scale diffusion *** method is very simple and reproducible,heralding a new way of designing and synthesizing mesoporous single crystals with controllable frameworks and chemical functionalities.
