The continuing demand for new optoelectronic devices drives researchers to seek new materials suitable for photodetector ***,ternary compound semiconductors have entered researchers’field of vision,among which chalcohalides have attracted special interest because of their rich properties and unique crystal structure consisting of atom chains and inter-chain van der Waals *** have synthesized high-quality BiSeI single crystals with[110]-plane orientation and fabricated a *** optoelectronic measurements show a pronounced photocurrent signal with outstanding technical parameters,namely high responsivity(3.2 A/W),specific detectivity(7×10^(10) Jones)and external quantum efficiency(622%)for λ=635 nm,V_(ds)=0.1 V and P_(opt)=0.23 mW/cm^(2).The high performance of BiSeI photodetector and its layer structure make it a promising candidate for low-dimensional optoelectronic applications.

Atomically thin two-dimensional(2D) materials are the building bricks for next-generation electronics and optoelectronics, which demand plentiful functional properties in mechanics, transport, magnetism and *** electronic devices, not only metals and high-performance semiconductors but also insulators and dielectric materials are highly desirable. Layered structures composed of 2D materials of different properties can be delicately designed as various useful heterojunction or homojunction devices, in which the designs on the same material(namely homojunction) are of special interest because preparation techniques can be greatly simplified and atomically seamless interfaces can be achieved. We demonstrate that the insulating pristine ZnPS_3, a ternary transition-metal phosphorus trichalcogenide, can be transformed into a highly conductive metal and an n-type semiconductor by intercalating Co and Cu atoms, respectively. The field-effect-transistor(FET) devices are prepared via an ultraviolet exposure lithography technique. The Co-ZnPS_3 device exhibits an electrical conductivity of 8 × 10^(4) S/m, which is comparable to the conductivity of graphene. The Cu-ZnPS_3 FET reveals a current ON/OFF ratio of 1-05 and a mobility of 3 × 10^(-2 )cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1). The realization of an insulator, a typical semiconductor and a metallic state in the same 2D material provides an opportunity to fabricate n-metal homojunctions and other in-plane electronic functional devices.

Songke Well No.2,one of the main part of the scientific drilling project in Songliao Basin,which was drilled 7018 m and acquired the part of cores continuously from the Low Cretaceous to the Carboniferous and the Permian from the 2843 m deep,can be considered as the deepest continental drilling project in *** at the features of longer well sections,larger diameters and multiple spud-ins for coring of Songke Well No.2,this project broke through the "coring in small diameter and reaming in large diameter"spud-in drilling-completion procedures which are always used in large-diameter-well coring for continental scientific drilling projects in domestic and overseas and the drilling method of short-singlecylinder roundtrip *** the same time,"coring in the same diameter and completing drilling at one single diameter"was achieved at all φ311 mm and φ216 mm coring sections of more than one thousand meters long,high-efficient operation with "drilling long footage with drill tools combined in multicylinders"was achieved at deep coring *** world drilling records were created which include more than a thousand meters continuous coring at φ311 mm,and the footage per roundtrip footage at φ311 mm,φ216 mm and φ152 mm is all more than 30 m,all of these breakthroughs reduced at least 300 days for this project;moreover,considering the characteristics of formations that the geothermal gradient is high in the drilled sections and the inside-well temperature is over 240℃ after drilling completion,a formate-polymer water-based mud system was developed by compounding attapulgite and sodium bentonite and by adding independently developed high-temperature stabilizer,which can provide critical technical support for successful well completion at 7018 m in the super-high-temperature environment It is the first time that the water-based mud is operated at the working temperature higher than 240℃ in China;Besides,considering the high-quality requirement on cores imposed by

One of the key problems of the design of airborne system of low level windshear detection,warning and avoidance is the hazard assessment of low level windshear （LLWS） toaircraft flight. This paper develops theoretically such a hazard index by energy height analysisthat main risk is caused by the horizontal wind acceleration component Uand verticalwind velocity component W. The quantitative and qualitative relationships betweenU, Wand hazard index are studied in detail. It is also attempted to assess thehazard of LLWS to aircraft flight safety based only on the detectable windshear parameterU. This provides the basis for the development of look-forward windshear detectionsensors.

采用数值计算的方法,根据全尺度数值模拟计算结果和实际测量数据获得符合工程实际情况的SCR非均匀入口边界条件,模拟了整个SCR系统的烟气流动过程.根据喷氨格栅处速度场和浓度场获取NO通量,以此为基准精确分配各喷管喷氨量.研究了不同喷口布置的氨气与NO的对流扩散混合特性,分析了喷氨格栅中喷口密度N、开孔率φ、喷口角度α三个结构参数对SCR反应器内氨氮混合质量、氨氮比分布均匀性的影响.结果表明:增大喷口密度N可以有效地优化氨氮混合效果.当N>15.34个/m^2时,增加N对氨氮混合效果的影响不再显著;混合指数β随着喷口开孔率φ的增大会出现先减小后增大的趋势;改变喷口角度α可以改善氨氮混合效果,喷口垂直布置时氨氮混合效果最佳.

Photoactive complexes of nonprecious transition metals, mainly including those in the first-row and partially the second-row of the Periodic table of elements, have received increasing attention in view of their low cost and long-term sustainability. They are recognized as promising alternatives to noble transition metal complex congeners that have been extensively studied in optoelectronic devices, artificial photosynthesis, photocatalysis, biodiagnostics, and therapeutics, etc. This review is devoted to a comprehensive summary on the classical and recent advances on photoactive nonprecious transition metal complexes, including photoactive Zr, V, Cr, Mo, and W complexes, Mn complexes and hybrids, Fe, Co, Ni, and Cu complexes, and Zn and Cd complexes and hybrids. A particular focus is given on the molecular design, modulation of photophysical and photochemical properties, and applications of the representative and lately-developed nonprecious metal complexes. In addition, a perspective on the future development in this field is provided at the end of this review.

Non-stoiehiometry effect on the extreme magnetoresistanee is systematically investigated for the Weyl semimetal WTe2. Magnetoresistance and Hall resistivity are measured for the as-grown samples with a slight difference in Te vacancies and the annealed samples with increased Te vacancies. The fits to a two-band model show that the magnetoresistanee is strongly dependent on the residual resistivity ratio （i.e., the degree of non-stoichiometry）, which is eventually understood in terms of electron doping that not only breaks the balance between electron-type and hole-type carrier densities, but also reduces the average carrier mobility. Thus the compensation effect and ultrahigh mobility are probably the main driving force of the extreme magnetoresistance in WTe2.

Auroral Kilometric Radiation (AKR) is a common radio emission,which can contribute to the magnetosphere-ionosphereatmosphere co u *** emissions have been observed in all magnetic planet magnetospheres of the solar *** this study,using observations from the FAST satellite from 30 August 1996 to 9 September 2001,the distribution of AKR in altitude=500-4500 km and invariant latitude (|ILAT|)=60°-80°has been analyzed.63045 AKR samples have been identified with~48%(52%) samples on the dayside (nightside).Of considerable interest,there is a distinct MLT asymmetry with the high occurrence rate in MLT=05-08 and 18-22(02-05 and 12-17) in the northern (southern) *** distinct MLT asymmetry is associated with the direction of Bxof the interplaneta ry magnetic *** addition,the occurrence rate on the nightside clearly increases as the AE^(*) index *** study further enriches the information and understanding of AKR in the magnetosphere as well as other similar radio emissions.

chang'E-1 lunar Orbiter was launched by Long March 3A rocket from Xichang Satel-lite Launch Center at 18:05BT(Beijing Time) Oct.24,*** is the first step of its ambitious three-stage moon program,a new milestone in the Chinese space exploration *** primary science objectives of chang'E-1 lunar orbiter are to obtain three-Dimension(3D) stereo images of the lunar surface,to analyze the distribution and abundance of elements on the surface,to investigate the thickness of lunar soil,evaluate helium-3 resources and other characteristics,and to detect the space environment around the *** achieve the above four mission objectives,eight sets of scientific instruments are chosen as the payloads of the lunar orbiter,including a CCD stereo camera(CCD),a Sagnac-based interferometer spectrometer(ⅡM),a Laser Altimeter(LAM),a Microwave Radiometer(MRM),a Gamma-Ray Spectrometer(GRS),an X-ray spectrometer(XRS),a High-Energy Particle Detector(HPD),and two Solar Wind Ion Detectors(SWID).The detected data of the payloads show that all payloads work *** paper introduces the status of payloads in the first phase and preliminary scientific results.
