Potential distribution is an important characteristic for evaluating the performance of an ion trap. Here, we analyze and optimize the potential distribution of an endcap ion trap for single-ion *** obtain an optimal endcap radius of225 μm–250 μm, endcap-shield gap of ～ 250 μm, and inter-endcap distance of 540 μm–590 μm. The simulation method for analysis can also be applied to other ion traps, which is useful for improving the design and assembly of ion traps.

Potential natural vegetation(PNV)is a valuable reference for ecosystem renovation and has garnered increasing attention ***,there is limited knowledge on the spatio-temporal distributions,transitional processes,and underlying mechanisms of global natural vegetation,particularly in the case of ongoing climate *** this study,we visualize the spatio-temporal pattern and inter-transition procedure of global PNV,analyse the shifting distances and directions of global PNV under the influence of climatic disturbance,and explore the mechanisms of global PNV in response to temperature and precipitation *** achieve this,we utilize meteorological data,mainly temperature and precipitation,from six phases:the Last Inter-Glacial(LIG),the Last Glacial Maximum(LGM),the Mid Holocene(MH),the Present day(PD),2030(20212040)and 2090(2081–2100),and employ a widely-accepted comprehensive and sequential classification sy–stem(CSCS)for global PNV *** find that the spatial patterns of five PNV groups(forest,shrubland,savanna,grassland and tundra)generally align with their respective ecotopes,although their distributions have shifted due to fluctuating temperature and ***,we observe an unexpected transition between tundra and savanna despite their geographical *** shifts in distance and direction of five PNV groups are mainly driven by temperature and precipitation,although there is heterogeneity among these shifts for each ***,the heterogeneity observed among different global PNV groups suggests that they may possess varying capacities to adjust to and withstand the impacts of changing *** spatio-temporal distributions,mutual transitions and shift tendencies of global PNV and its underlying mechanism in face of changing climate,as revealed in this study,can significantly contribute to the development of strategies for mitigating warming and promoting re-vegetation in degraded regions worldwide.

Despite the high energy density of lithium metal batteries(LMBs),their application in rechargeable batteries is still hampered due to insufficient ***,we present a novel flame-retardant solid-state electrolyte based on polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene(PVDF-HFP)with nano SiO_(2)aerogel as an inert filler but Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO)as an auxiliary component to enhance the ion *** introduction of SiO_(2)aerogels imparts the polymer electrolyte with exceptional thermal stability and flame ***,the interaction between hydroxyl groups of SiO_(2)particles and PVDF-HFP creates a strong cross-linking structure,enhancing the mechanical strength and stability of the ***,the presence of SiO_(2)aerogel and LLZTO facilitates the dissociation of lithium salts through Lewis acid-base interactions,resulting in a high ionic conductivity of 1.01×10^(−3)S·cm^(−1)and a wide electrochemical window of~5.0 V at room temperature for the prepared ***,the assembled Li|Li cell demonstrates the excellent resistance to lithium dendrite and runs stablly for over 1500 h at a current density of 0.25 mA·cm^(−2).Thus,we prepare a pouch cell with high safety,which can work normally after short-circuiting under the external folding and cutting.

Identifying malicious traffic under concept drift based on intraclass consistency enhanced variational autoencoder

Accurate identification of malicious traffic is crucial for implementing effective defense countermeasures and has led to extensive research efforts. However, the continuously evolving techniques employed by adversaries have introduced the issues of concept drift, which significantly affects the performance of existing methods. To tackle this challenge, some researchers have focused on improving the separability of malicious traffic representation and designing drift detectors to reduce the number of false ***, these methods often overlook the importance of enhancing the generalization and intraclass consistency in the representation. Additionally, the detectors are not sufficiently sensitive to the variations among different malicious traffic classes, which results in poor performance and limited robustness. In this paper, we propose intraclass consistency enhanced variational autoencoder with Class-Perception detector(ICE-CP) to identify malicious traffic under concept drift. It comprises two key modules during training:intraclass consistency enhanced(ICE) representation learning and Class-Perception(CP) detector construction. In the first module, we employ a variational autoencoder(VAE) in conjunction with Kullback-Leibler(KL)-divergence and cross-entropy loss to model the distribution of each input malicious traffic flow. This approach simultaneously enhances the generalization, interclass consistency, and intraclass differences in the learned representation. Consequently, we obtain a compact representation and a trained classifier for nondrifting malicious traffic. In the second module, we design the CP detector, which generates a centroid and threshold for each malicious traffic class separately based on the learned representation, depicting the boundaries between drifting and non-drifting malicious traffic. During testing, we utilize the trained classifier to predict malicious traffic classes for the testing samples. Then, we use the CP det

Regular TiN is harmful to the toughness of steel,and its shape and size need to be *** the behavior of TiN precipitation on CeAlO_(3) surfaces is critical for controlling the morphology and formation process of CeAlO_(3)–TiN composite inclusions in the *** results showed that TiN had a square morphology on the CeAlO3 surface,and electron backscatter diffraction phase identification results revealed the orientation relationship between CeAlO_(3) and TiN as follows:(001)_(CeAlO_(3))//(110)_(TiN),(100)_(CeAlO_(3))/(001)_(TiN),and[010]_(CeAlO_(3))/[110]_(TiN).The CeAlO3 crystal structure was studied using the first-principles calculation method,and the adsorption and growth process of TiN on the CeAlO_(3) surface were investigated from the atomic *** calculation results indicate that there is no metallic bonding present in the CeAlO_(3) *** the low-index crystal planes of CeAlO_(3),the(110)planes terminated with O and CeAlO have the highest and lowest surface energies,respectively,with values of 0.373 and 0.051 eV/Å^(2).On the high surface energy plane of CeAlO_(3),the TiN atomic permutation structure is consistent with the arrangement of Ti and N atoms in TiN(100)or(110).For the low surface energy plane of CeAlO_(3),the Ti and N atoms are arranged in a ring-like structure.

Thrombosis and inflammation are primary contributors to the onset and progression of ischemic *** contact-kinin pathway,initiated by plasma kallikrein(PK)and activated factor XII(FXIIa),functions bidirectionally with the coagulation and inflammation cascades,providing a novel target for therapeutic drug development in ischemic *** this study,we identified a bat-derived oligopeptide from Myotis myotis(Borkhausen,1797),designated LE6(Leu-Ser-Glu-Glu-Pro-Glu,702 da),with considerable potential in stroke therapy due to its effects on the contact kinin ***,LE6 demonstrated significant inhibitory effects on PK and FXIIa,with inhibition constants of 43.97μmol/L and 6.37μmol/L,*** vitro analyses revealed that LE6 prolonged plasma recalcification time and activated partial thromboplastin *** murine models,LE6 effectively inhibited carrageenan-induced mouse tail thrombosis,FeCl3-induced carotid artery thrombosis,and photochemically induced intracerebral ***,LE6 significantly decreased inflammation and stroke injury in transient middle cerebral artery occlusion ***,the low toxicity,hemolytic activity,and bleeding risk of LE6,along with its synthetic simplicity,underscore its clinical *** conclusion,as an inhibitor of FXIIa and PK,LE6 offers potential therapeutic benefits in stroke treatment by mitigating inflammation and preventing thrombus formation.

Effect of electrical parameters and slag system on macrostructure of electroslag ingot

To investigate the influence of electric parameters and slag system on the solidification quality of electroslag ingot during electroslag remelting,different power supply modes,current strengths and remelting slag systems were used to conduct electroslag remelting experiments on 304L austenitic stainless steel,and the macrostructure of electroslag ingots was *** results indicate that the depth of the metal pool decreases with the reduction of remelting frequency in the low frequency power supply *** effects of different power supply modes,such as low-frequency,direct current straight polarity(DCSP),and direct current reverse polarity(DCRP),on reducing the depth of the metal pool increase in that *** reducing the remelting current strength in the same power supply mode,the depth of metal pool is *** compared to the binary slag system of 70%CaF2+30%Al2O3,the ternary slag system of 60%CaF2+20%Al2O3+20%CaO is more effective in reducing the depth of the metal pool during *** the 60%CaF2+20%Al2O3+20%CaO ternary slag system results in a shallower and flatter metal pool,with columnar crystal growth occurring closer to the axial *** effect is observed for both low frequency and direct current(DC)power supply modes.
