In this study,we propose an efficient numerical framework to attain the solution of the extended Fisher-Kolmogorov(EFK)*** temporal derivative in the EFK equation is approximated by utilizing the Crank-Nicolson *** temporal discretization,the generalized finite difference method(GFDM)with supplementary nodes is utilized to address the nonlinear boundary value problems at each time *** supplementary nodes are distributed along the boundary to match the number of boundary *** incorporating supplementary nodes,the resulting nonlinear algebraic equations can effectively satisfy the governing equation and boundary conditions of the EFK *** demonstrate the efficacy of our approach,we present three numerical examples showcasing its performance in solving this nonlinear problem.

Quaternary intraplate magmatism formed several volcanic islands and seamounts,including Dokdo(DD),Ulleungdo(UD),Simheungtack(ST),Anyongbok,and Isabu in the southwest of the East Sea back-arc *** this study,we present whole-rock geochemical,zircon U–Pb age,and in situ O–Hf isotope data for the submerged volcanic rocks from DD,UD,and ST to provide new insights into the eruption timing of these volcanoes and constrain the magma evolution *** samples used in this study were trachytes and exhibited ferroan,alkalic,and metaluminous to weakly peraluminous *** showed light rare earth element(REE)-enriched patterns with(La/Yb)N ratios of 25.3–31.7 and mostly negative Eu anomalies in a chondrite-normalized REE *** addition,they were enriched in large-ion lithophile elements and high field strength elements;they exhibited positive Pb anomalies and strongly negative Ba,Sr,P,and Ti *** zircons yielded a weighted-mean 206Pb/238U age of 2.61,0.348–0.704,and 2.76–2.94 Ma for the DD,UD,and ST trachytes,*** zircons exhibited lowerδ^(18)O values than normal depleted mantle values,regardless of the crystallization age and spatial distribution of ***δ^(18)O values showed no correlation with U contents or Th/U ratios,indicating that the lowδ^(18)O signatures were of primary magmatic *** Hf isotopic compositions of the zircons were relatively heterogeneous but predominately characterized by positive eHf *** O–Hf mixing modeling revealed that low-δ^(18)O rocks with positive eHf values from the UD and ST volcanoes were derived from a hybrid source of recycled juvenile crustal materials with low-δ^(18)O and positive eHf signatures and an enriched mantle source with normalδ^(18)O and negative eHf *** juvenile oceanic crust in the source was likely metasomatized by seawater at high temperatures prior to *** contrast,the felsic magma that formed the DD volcanoes may have assimilated with regional

Nanofluidic channels inspired by electric eels open a new era of efficient harvesting of clean blue osmotic energy from salinity *** by less charge and weak ion selectivity of the raw material itself,energy conversion through nanofluidic channels is still facing considerable ***,a facile and efficient strategy to enhance osmotic energy harvesting based on drastically increasing surface charge density of MXenes subnanochannels via oxygen plasma is *** plasma could break Ti–C bonds in the MXenes subnanochannels and effectively facilitate the formation of more Ti–O,C═O,O–OH,and rutile with a stronger negative charge and work function,which leads the surface potential of MXenes membrane to increase from 205 to 430 *** significant rise of surface charge endows the MXenes membrane with high cation selectivity,which could make the output power density of the MXenes membrane increase by 248.2%,reaching a high value of 5.92Wm^(−2)in the artificial sea‐river water ***,with the assistance of low‐quality heat at 50℃,the osmotic power is enhanced to an ultrahigh value of 9.68Wm^(−2),which outperforms those of the state‐of‐the‐art two‐dimensional(2D)nanochannel *** exciting breakthrough demonstrates the enormous potential of the facile plasma‐treated 2D membranes for osmotic energy harvesting.

Immunotherapy and associated immune regulation strategies gained huge attraction in order to be utilized for treatment and prevention of respiratory *** specifically nanomedicines can be used to regulate host immunity in lungs in the case of respiratory diseases including coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)***-19 causes pulmonary embolisms,thus new therapeutic options are required to target thrombosis,as conventional treatment options are either not effective due to the complexity of the immunethrombosis *** this review,we discuss regulation of immune response in respiratory diseases especially *** further discuss thrombosis and provide an overview of some antithrombotic nanoparticles,which can be used to develop nanomedicine against thrombo-inflammation induced by COVID-19 and other respiratory infectious *** also elaborate the importance of immunomodulatory nanomedicines that can block pro-inflammatory signalling pathways,and thus can be recommended to treat respiratory infectious diseases.

A Study on the Genetic Dynamics and Development Characteristics of Granitic Rock Avalanches in the Northern Qinling Mountains， China

Massive granitic rock avalanches are extensively developed in the middle section of the northern Qinling Mountains (NQM)， China. The current consensus is that their formation could have been connected with seismic events that occurred in the NQM. However， there is a lack of systematic discussion on the genetic dynamics of these rock avalanches. Hence， taking Earth system scientific research as a starting point， this paper systematically summarizes and discusses development characteristics， formation times and genetic dynamic mechanisms of granitic rock avalanches in the NQM based on geological investigations， high-precision remote sensing interpretations， geomorphological dating， geophysical exploration， and a large-scale shaking table model test. We identified 53 granitic rock avalanches in this area， with a single collapse area ranging from 0.01×106to 1.71×106m2. Their development time can be divided into six stages， namely， 107297～106289 years BP， 11870-11950 years BP， 11666～10279 years BP， 2260-2320 years BP， 1788-1925 years BP， and 1392～1661 years BP， which were closely related to multiple prehistoric or ancient earthquakes. We suggest that long-term coupling of internal and external earth dynamics was responsible for the granitic rock avalanches in the NQM; the internal dynamics were mainly related to subduction， collision and extrusion of different plates under the Qinling terrane， leading to the formation and tectonic uplift of the Qinling orogenic belt; and the external dynamics were closely associated with climate changes resulting in mountain denudation， freeze-thaw cycles and isostatic balance uplift. In this process， the formation and evolution of the Qinling orogenic belt play a geohazard-pregnant role， structural planes， including faults and joints， play a geohazard-controlled role， and earthquakes play a geohazard-induced role， which jointly results in the occurrence of large-scale granitic rock avalanches in the NQM. 目的探讨仙灵骨葆胶囊联合金天格胶囊对原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效及骨密度、骨代谢、骨硬化蛋白水平的影响。方法将原发性骨质疏松症患者按照随机数表法分为对照组和试验组。对照组口服碳酸钙D3咀嚼片,每次2片(每片含碳酸钙600 mg),qd;同时口服金天格胶囊,每次1.2 g,tid;试验组在对照组的基础上口服仙灵骨葆胶囊,每次1.5 g,bid,治疗持续6个月。比较2组患者治疗前后的临床疗效及骨密度、骨代谢、骨硬化蛋白水平。结果试验过程中共脱落4例,最终试验组和对照组均纳入63例。治疗后,试验组和对照组总有效率分别为87.30%(55例/63例)和71.43%(45例/63例),在统计学上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组和试验组患者的腰椎L_(2-4)密度分别为(0.73±0.09)和(0.96±0.10)g·cm^(-3),股骨颈密度分别为(0.68±0.07)和(0.78±0.10)g·cm^(-3),血钙水平分别为(1.25±0.30)和(1.56±0.41)mmol·L^(-1),骨钙素水平分别为(25.51±2.23)和(35.91±5.30)ng·mL^(-1),碱性磷酸酶水平分别为(97.54±7.34)和(79.50±6.23)U·L^(-1),骨硬化蛋白水平分别为(13.87±4.95)和(10.11±2.99)pg·mL^(-1),试验组上述指标与对照组比较,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组的药物不良反应主要有过敏反应、消化道反应及全身乏力;对照组的药物不良反应主要有过敏反应、消化道反应及外周水肿。试验组和对照组的总药物不良反应发生率分别为9.52%和7.94%,在统计学上差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论仙灵骨葆胶囊联合金天格胶囊可显著提升原发性骨质疏松症患者临床疗效,增加骨密度及骨代谢水平。

Background:Transmembrane 4 L six family member 5(TM4SF5)translocates subcellularly and functions metabolically,although it is unclear how intracellu-lar TM4SF5 translocation is linked to metabolic *** is thus of interests to understand how the traffic dynamics of TM4SF5 to subcellular endosomal membranes are correlated to regulatory roles of ***:Here,we explored the metabolic significance of TM4SF5 localization at mitochondria-lysosome contact sites(MLCSs),using in vitro cells and in vivo animal systems,via approaches by immunofluorescence,proximity labelling based proteomics analysis,organelle reconstitution ***:Upon extracellular glucose repletion following depletion,TM4SF5 became enriched at MLCSs via an interaction between mitochondrial FK506-binding protein 8(FKBP8)and lysosomal *** labeling showed molecular clustering of phospho-dynamic-related protein I(DRP1)and certain mitophagy receptors at TM4SF5-enriched MLCSs,leading to mitochondrial fis-sion and ***4SF5 bound NPC intracellular cholesterol transporter 1(NPC1)and free cholesterol,and mediated export of lysosomal cholesterol to mitochondria,leading to impaired oxidative phosphorylation but intact tri-carboxylic acid(TCA)cycle andβ-*** mouse models,hepatocyte Tm4sf5 promoted mitophagy and cholesterol transport to mitochondria,both with positive relations to liver ***:Our findings suggested that TM4SF5-enriched MLCSs regu-late glucose catabolism by facilitating cholesterol export for mitochondrial reprogramming,presumably while hepatocellular carcinogenesis,recapitulating aspects for hepatocellular carcinoma metabolism with mitochondrial repro-gramming to support biomolecule synthesis in addition to glycolytic energetics.

Tissue regeneration requires structural holding and movement support using tissue-type-specific aids such as bone casts,skin bandages,and joint ***,an unmet need exists in aiding breast fat regeneration as the breast moves following continuous body motion by exposing the breast fat to dynamic ***,the concept of elastic structural holding is applied to develop a shape-fitting moldable membrane for breast fat regeneration(“adipoconductive”)after surgical defects are *** membrane has the following key characteristics:(a)It contains a panel of honeycomb structures,thereby efficiently handling motion stress through the entire membrane;(b)a strut is added into each honeycomb in a direction perpendicular to gravity,thereby suppressing the deformation and stress concentration upon lying and standing;and(c)thermo-responsive moldable elastomers are used to support structural holding by suppressing large deviations of movement that occur *** elastomer became moldable upon a temperature shift above T_(m).The structure can then be fixed as the temperature *** a result,the membrane promotes adipogenesis by activating mechanotransduction in a fat miniature model with pre-adipocyte spheroids under continuous shaking in vitro and in a subcutaneous implant placed on the motion-prone back areas of rodents in vivo.

灭蝇胺是一种白色结晶粉末状的应用于各种瓜果类、茄果类、豆类及多种叶菜类农业生产中的昆虫杀虫剂,广泛应用农业生产等领域。灭蝇胺的大量使用对生态环境有极强的破坏性,危害人类身体健康。因此,对蔬菜农业生产过程中的灭蝇胺农药残留的快速检测技术的需求十分迫切。表面增强拉曼光谱技术(SERS)具有高灵敏度、高准确度以及样品准备简单等优点,已经成为农药残留检测领域的热点研究技术;密度泛函理论(DFT)可用于分子结构与性质的理论模拟及拉曼光谱的计算。基于密度泛函理论对引入金纳米团簇基底灭蝇胺分子的表面增强拉曼光谱进行计算,采用Multiwfn软件结合VMD软件探究了灭蝇胺分子表面静电势分布,基于B3LYP/6-31++G(d,p)基组对结合4个Au原子团簇形成的灭蝇胺—金纳米团簇复合物采用B3LYP方法,对灭蝇胺分子中与Au纳米团簇可能配位的原子使用6-31++G(d,p)基组,Au原子团簇使用LANL2DZ赝式基组,进行灭蝇胺—金纳米团簇复合物的结构优化与表面增强拉曼光谱计算,获得灭蝇胺分子的拉曼散射光谱和灭蝇胺分子与Au 4聚体吸附的表面增强拉曼光谱,并进行特征峰指认和比较。由分子静电势分布可知,Au纳米团簇可能与灭蝇胺分子中的N_(1)、N_(3)和N 5原子位置处形成配位,与C_(6)H_(10)N_(6)分子形成C_(6)H_(10)N_(6)-4Au纳米团簇化合物。计算对比分析了N_(1)、N_(3)和N_(5)原子配位形成的C_(6)H_(10)N_(6)-4Au的拉曼光谱,由于Au原子团簇的侵入,Au原子团簇与N 1、N 3和N 5配位形成的C_(6)H_(10)N_(6)-4Au分子Raman光谱特征峰最大增强分别达到4.0倍、1.4倍和3.2倍,且Raman谱峰出现了选择增强,并且谱峰位置发生一定程度的红移或者蓝移。研究结果为SERS技术用于蔬菜表面农药残留的快速检测奠定了理论基础。
