The physical characteristics of Ni based superalloy powder with different particle sizes produced by plasma rotation electrode process (PREP) and the microstructure and mechanical properties of P/M superalloy products were investigated. The experimental results show that the optimum powder particle sizes should be in the range of 50-100 μm or 50-150 μm, which can reduce production cost, simplify process and guarantee P/M product quality.

The roles of concealed microproteins encoded by long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)are gradually being exposed,but their functions in tumorigenesis are still largely ***,we identify and characterize a conserved 99-amino acid microprotein named KRASIM that is encoded by the putative lncRNA *** is differentially expressed in normal hepatocytes and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cells and can suppress HCC cell growth and ***,KRASIM interacts and colocalizes with the KRAS protein in the cytoplasm of human HuH-7 hepatoma *** importantly,the overexpression of KRASIM decreases the KRAS protein level,leading to the inhibition of ERK signaling activity in HCC *** results demonstrate a novel microprotein repressor of the KRAS pathway for the first time and provide new insights into the regulatory mechanisms of oncogenic signaling and HCC therapy.

Expanding pore size range of metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)promotes their versatility and feasibility for various biomedical ***,natural pore size greatly restricts large guest molecule *** and tailoring pore apertures ranging from micropores to mesopores controllably is desired but still critically ***,we developed a facile method with super mildness based on pH-sensitive zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF)-8 to increase porosity,providing pore size with maximum 20 nm,which is 8 times larger than *** oxidase(GOx)was introduced in ZIF-8 for bioetching,benefitted from the resultant acidic microe-nvironment during biocatalytic *** synthesis methods were assessed for obtaining different morphologies and size *** time,GOx encapsulation efficiency,and Zn2+concentration was optimized to precisely control the mesopore size distribution of *** was found that bio-etching strategy was capable of producing stable mesopores which were large enough for loading lactase with good enzymatic activity retained,verified both in vitro and in *** strategy breaks natural pore size limitation of MOFs and thereby facilitates biomolecule delivery,catalysis,and other biomedical applications with enhanced stability and performance.

In order to test whether the long-term application of calcium superphosphate leads to an increase of the soil rare earth element contents, superphosphate fertilized soils were sampled and compared with superphosphate-free soils. Spectrophlame inductively coupled argon plasma atomic emission spectrophotometer （ICP-AES） was applied to quantify the rare earth elements （REEs）. The total rare earth element contents in calcium superphosphate from Zhijin County, west part of Guizhou Province, China （produced by the sulphuric acid treatment of the apatites） are about 2.54 mg/g. Between 38 and 189 gREEs/hm^2 per year （available for plants, estimated by 2% citric acid） will be introduced into the soil solution when applying 320 kg superphosphate/hm^2 per year. The long-term application of the latter will increase the REE content by about 18% in the soil surface layer in these areas. A statistically significant increase of the content of the rare earths in some cultivated soils should not be neglected.

Rice bran residue possessed a steady lipase activity((26.68 ± 3.69)%)after its endogenous lipase was extracted continuously by phosphate buffer solution(PBS)for 24 h. T herefore, the aim of this research was to explore whether there exist any bound lipases in rice bran(Oryza sativa). Three physical treatments(grinding, homogenizing and ultrasound crush)and 6 enzymatic treatments(cellulase, hemicellulase, pectinase, complex cellulase, glucoamylase and α-amylase)were applied to rice bran in order to investigate this bound lipase. The relative catalytic activities of extraction supernatant and residue for pectinase group were(437.63 ± 22.54)% and(159.26 ± 2.12)%, respectively, which were significantly higher(P bine with pectin. Molecular simulation proved that pectin could combine with two rice bran lipases(lipase 315 and lipase 308)and cover the catalytic centers so as to prevent the lipases from encountering the substrate and inhibiting their catalytic activities. During combination, pectin could make the lipases more compact and reduce the solvent accessible surface area of lipases, which would make the lipases inactive to molecular interaction. In summary, part of rice bran lipase was proved to exist in bound form and combined with the pectin.

We show that every Bessel sequence （and therefore every frame） in a separable Hilbert space can be expanded to a tight frame by adding some elements. The proof is based on a recent generalization of the frame concept, the g-frame, which illustrates that g-frames could be useful in the study of frame theory. As an application, we prove that any Gabor frame can be expanded to a tight frame by adding one window function.

The present paper investigates the turbulent cavitating flow around the Clark-Y hydrofoil with special emphasis on the influence of cavitation models by verification and validation(V&V)*** solver coupled with the three major cavitation models(i.e.,Zwart-Gerber-Belamri,Schnerr and Sauer and full cavitation model,which are abbreviated to ZGB model,SS model and FC model respectively)is employed in this *** results indicate that the three cavitation models can properly reproduce the cavitation *** model and SS model give better prediction in the overall cavitation *** model exhibits an obvious under-estimation for the sheet cavity,and the predicted volume fraction is closely related to the turbulent *** verification and validation procedure is involved to quantitatively assess the accuracy of these three cavitation *** is indicated that the V&V procedure is suitable for the unsteady cavitating *** errors estimate is robust and conservative within the cavitation region,while gets closer to zero in the no-cavitation *** addition,ZGB model exhibits the highest overall accuracy among the three models,which further verifies its wide applicability.

Ocean waves and Stokes drift are generated by *** study investigated the characteristics of ocean waves and wave-induced Stokes drift and their effects during Typhoon Mangkhut using European Centre for MediumRange Weather Forecasts(ECMWF)ERA5 datasets and observational *** results revealed that the typhoon generated intense cyclones and huge typhoon waves with a maximum wind speed of 45 m/s,a minimum pressure of955 h Pa,and a maximum significant wave height of 12 *** Stokes drift caused by typhoon waves exceeded 0.6m/s,the Stokes depth scale exceeded 18 m,and the maximum Stokes transport reached 6 m^(2)/*** spatial distribution of 10-m wind speed,typhoon wave height,Stokes drift,Stokes depth,and Stokes transport during the typhoon was highly correlated with the typhoon *** distribution along the typhoon track showed significant zonal asymmetry,with greater intensity on the right side of the typhoon track than on the left *** findings provide important insights into the impact of typhoons on ocean waves and Stokes drift,thus improving our understanding of the interactions between typhoons and the ocean *** study also investigated the contribution of Stokes transport to the total net transport during typhoons using Ekman-Stokes Numbers as a comparative *** results indicated that the ratio of Stokes transport to the total net transport reached up to 50%within the typhoon radius,while it was approximately 30%outside the *** Stokes transport induced by typhoon waves led to divergence in the transport direction,which resulted in upwelling of the lower ocean as a compensation ***,Stokes transport played a crucial role in the vertical mixing of the ocean during *** findings suggested that Stokes transport should be paid more attention to,particularly in high latitude ocean regions,where strong winds can amplify its effects.

The arc ignition system based on charring polymers has advantages of simple structure,low ignition power consumption and multiple ignitions,which bringing it broadly application prospect in hybrid propulsion system of micro/nano ***,charring polymers alone need a relatively high input voltage to achieve pyrolysis and ignition,which increases the burden and cost of the power system of micro/nano satellite in practical *** conductive substance into charring polymers can effectively decrease the conducting voltage which can realize low voltage and low power consumption repeated ignition of arc ignition *** this paper,a charring conductive polymer ignition grain with a cavity geometry in precombustion chamber,which is composed of PLA and multiwall carbon nanotubes(MWCNT)was *** detailed ignition processes were analyzed and two different ignition mechanisms in the cavity of charring conductive polymers were *** ignition characteristics of charring conductive polymers were also investigated at different input voltages,ignition grain structures,ignition locations and injection schemes in a visual ignition *** results demonstrated that the ignition delay and external energy required for ignition were inversely correlated with the voltages applied to ignition ***,the incremental depth of cavity shortened the ignition delay and external energy required for ignition while accelerated the propagation of *** the depth of cavity increased from 2 to 6 mm(at 50 V),the time of flame propagating out of ignition grain changed from 235.6 to 108 ms,and values of mean ignition delay time and mean external energy required for ignition decreased from 462.8 to 320 ms and 16.2 to 10.75 J,*** rear side of the cavity was the ideal ignition position which had a shorter ignition delay and a faster flame propagation speed in comparison to other ignition *** to direct injection scheme,swirlin
