Objective: Haliotidis, the dried muscle of abalone, has long been used as a marine traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) due to its high medicinal and nutritive values, whereas few reports contributed to its quality control. This study aimed to establish the high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) fingerprints of Haliotidis. Materials and Methods: The HPLC fingerprints of Haliotidis, the manufacturing products of dried muscle of abalone, were analyzed by reverse-phase HPLC, using a YMC HPLC C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm).The gradient elution mode was applied with mobile phase starting from 5% acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution to 100%acetonitrile in 70 min at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 190 nm. Results: Through compared the HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of 14 batches of Haliotidis, 25 peaks were assigned as the characteristic common peaks, of which one index component L-phenylalanine was identified by comparison with its standard substance. The established HPLC fingerprint analysis method of Haliotidis was validated with good precision, repeatability, and stability. Based on the above study, a reference HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of Haliotidis was proposed. Conclusions: It is the first time to establish the HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of TCM Haliotidis, which could contribute to the establishment of its quality control system.

The hot-end components of gas turbine engines in the serviced condition usually suffer from the thermal cycle loading *** barrier coating(TBCs) have been used as a protective coating to prevent degradation during practical applications. In the current work, the influence of a loading waveform on the failure mechanism of an atmospheric plasma-sprayed TBCs is investigated at an elevated temperature. The samples under the trapezoidal loading condition present a lower thermal cycling fatigue lifetime than that under the triangular loading condition. Moreover, cracks in the TBCs samples under the triangular loading condition are initiated from the defects on the top coat formed during preparation, and cracks under the trapezoidal loading condition preferentially occur at the thermally grown oxide-top coat interface due to higher stress at the interface. Our results demonstrate that the thermal loading waveform should be carefully designed to characterize the in-service condition of hot-end components.

Since the beginning of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Climate Outlook Forum(ASEANCOF)in 2013,the most difficult challenge has been the rainfall forecast in boreal *** is the Maritime Continent monsoon season during which rainfall reaches maximum in the annual *** forecast difficulty arises in spite of the general notion that seasonal predictability of the Maritime Continent rainfall may be higher than most places because of the strong and robust influences of *** lower predictability is consistent with the lower correlation between ENSO and western Maritime Continent rainfall that reaches minimum during the boreal winter *** theories have been proposed to explain this low *** this paper,we review the research on ENSO–Maritime Continent rainfall relationship and show that the main cause of the forecast difficulty is the wind–terrain interaction involving the Sumatran and Malay Peninsula mountains,rather than the effect of sea surface temperature(SST).The wind–terrain interaction due to the low-level regional scale anomalous horizontal circulation offsets the anomalous Walker circulation during both El Ni?o and La Ni?*** net result of these two opposing responses to ENSO is a lower local *** propose to call this low-predictability region the WIMP(Western Indonesia–Malay Peninsula)region both for its geographical location and its special characteristic of causing difficulties for forecasters to make a confident forecast for the boreal *** result suggests that climate models lack skills in forecasting rainfall in this region because their predictability depends strongly on SST.

目的:专利是发现新技术信息独特的信息源,也是竞争情报重要的信息源之一。目前,如何评估科学研究人员的贡献及其研究价值逐渐成为一个新兴的研究热点。本文提出一种利用专利数据异构网络对专利发明人员进行影响力排序的算法。创新点:传统对发明人员进行分析的方法是对发明人的专利数量进行统计分析,但这种方法不够全面。本文提出的基于规则的方法,设计结合网络拓扑结构和专利数据特点,排序过程不断迭代直至符合收敛条件。与传统方法相比,该方法充分利用异构网络中的信息。实验结果表明本算法不仅能有效挖掘具有高影响力的发明人员,而且收敛速度更快、效率更高。方法:不同于传统的排序方法,本文提出的Inventor-Ranking排序算法是一种基于规则的实体排序方法。该方法通过迭代使用这些规则得到排序结果。排序模型建立在发明人员和专利的相互影响进行排序的基础上(图3)。使用本算法和Page Rank算法排序Top 10的发明人员(表2)。实验结果表明,Inventor-Ranking算法比Page Rank算法收敛更快(图10)。结论:本文针对专利数据组成的异构网络,提出异构网络中实体的排序算法。制定了用于影响力排序的规则集合并进行迭代求解。同时,利用LDA主题模型实现发明人实体的兴趣分布与发现。在真实专利数据集上的实验表明,本文提出的算法具有较好的性能与灵活性。

【目的】了解1株分离自调理肉制品的单增李斯特菌(listeria monocytogenes,LM)携带耐药基因、毒力基因、可移动元件情况以及遗传进化关系。【方法】以1株从新疆某地的调理肉制品中分离获得的LM菌株LM5567为研究对象,通过VITEK-2 Compact和AST-GP67药敏卡检测LM5567菌株耐药性;经全基因组测序后,对LM5567菌株进行功能注释、分子分型、遗传进化关系和耐药基因、毒力基因及可移动元件携带情况分析。【结果】LM5567菌株对苄青霉素、氨苄西林、苯唑西林、呋喃妥因、复方新诺明、四环素等抗菌药均有耐药性,其基因组全长为2.974 Mb,包含2 941个编码基因。通过GO注释共获得2 144个基因,包含了50种功能特性。多位点序列分型(MLST)分析结果显示,LM5567菌株为ST515型,与分离自不同国家的复合克隆系(clonal complex, CC)CC1菌株具有较近亲缘关系。单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分析表明,LM5567菌株与来自加拿大的菌株02_17924b、02_1103和1株来自波兰的菌株220的突变位点最少,该菌株携带88个毒力基因和6个耐药基因,存在1个转座子Tn6009并携带四环素耐药基因tetM。【结论】食源性LM5567菌株为ST515型多重耐药菌株,基因组携带多种耐药基因、毒力基因和1个转座子,具有发生耐药性转移的潜力,存在通过食物链传播引起人类李斯特菌病的潜在风险。

Effect of sintering parameters on the microstructure and thermal conductivity of diamond/Cu composites prepared by high pressure and high temperature infiltration

Pure Cu composites reinforced with diamond particles were fabricated by a high pressure and high temperature （HPHT） infiltration technique. Their microstructural evolution and thermal conductivity were presented as a function of sintering parameters （temperature, pressure, and time）. The improvement in interfacial bonding strength and the maximum thermM conductivity of 750 W/（m.K） were achieved at the optimal sintering parameters of 1200℃, 6 GPa and 10 min. It is found that the thermal conductivity of the composites depends strongly on sintering pressure. When the sintering pressure is above 6 GPa, the diamond skeleton is detected, which greatly contributes to the excellent thermal conductivity.

The conventional method cannot explicitly confirm the location and type of the energy loss, therefore this paper employs the entropy production theory to systematically analyze the category, magnitude and location of hydraulic loss under different blade thickness distribution. Based on the analysis, the turbulent entropy and viscosity entropy produced by the separation of boundary layer at the trialing edge are major factors leading to the hydraulic loss. In addition, the separation of the boundary layer can not only cause the energy loss, but also block the passage of the impeller and reduce the expelling coefficient of the blade. Therefore, the hydraulic performance of the blades with increment thickness distribution is obviously better than the decrement one. Further, the flow rate has different influence on the three types of entropy production. Meanwhile, the pressure pulsation on the working surface was investigated. It was concluded that with flow rates increasing, the amplitude of pressure pulsation firstly decreases and then smoothly improves, and reaches the minimum under design flow rate. Finally, the optimal blade was obtained, and the relevant hydraulic performance test was performed to benchmark the simulation result. This research can provide the theoretical reference for designing the reasonable thickness distribution of the blades.

This study focuses on the close association between Devonian reefs and the strata-bound ore deposits in South *** the first time,the development of Devonian reefs was subdivided into three stages,respectively as the initial,succeeding and peak stages,and its evolution model is *** Dachang,Nandan county,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region(Guangxi for short),a large-scale strata-bound ore deposit formed in a Devonian reef,which was affected by marine volcanic activities and Mesozoic magmatic *** reef-building reached its peak stage at the Givetian,indicating a large-scale build-up of reef and inter-reef *** central-eastern Hunan Province,the strata-bound ore deposits belong to low-temperature ore-types without later magmatic intrusions or volcanic *** Hunan Province as well as many other localities in South China,the Givetian reefs played important roles in mobilizing ore-forming materials from the surrounding pre-Devonian rocks,providing spaces and passages for transporting hydrothermal fluid,and progressing mineralization and accumulation of ore-forming materials.
