In Fe-based amorphous-/nanocrystalline ribbons,the uniformization and refinement of a-Fe grains are key aspects for optimizing their soft magnetic and mechanical ***,the Fe-P-C-B nanocrystalline alloy system was selected for *** produced as-spun ribbons with pre-existing nanocrystals through melt-quenching and then obtained a well-distributed a-Fe nanocrystalline structure through annealing below the first crystallization onset temperature(633 K)resulting in excellent magnetic properties(saturation magnetization of 1.65 T and coercivity of 1.6 A·m^(-1))ultra-wide annealing temperature window(from 613 to 733 K),and extremely high annealing stability(up to 480 min at 633 K).Furthermore,we propose a new in situ two-step mechanism for the uniformization of a-Fe nanocrystals,which is separately induced by the decomposition of the Au-P clusters and the pre-existing a-Fe nanocrystals during *** work underscores the crucial significance of micro-alloying via metastable clusters primarily influenced by metal-phosphide interactions in the process of refining a-Fe ***,i introduces a new principle for optimizing the comprehensive properties of Fe-based amorphous/nanocrystalline alloys.

Aragonite is a metastable mineral, which is easily transformed into calcite, and generally difficult to preserve in the stratum. However, large amounts of aragonites were found in the Paleogene shale of the Jiyang Depression. The characteristics and preservation mechanisms of these aragonites were analyzed through a series of analytical methods, including cathodoluminescence, field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM), laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS), microarea carbon and oxygen isotopes, Sr isotopes, and dissolution simulation experiments under high temperature and high pressure. The research results show that:(1)Aragonite in the Paleogene shale of the Jiyang Depression is related to algal microbial fossils, primarily composed of coccoliths and characterized by two emission peaks at 420 nm and 480 nm in cathodoluminescence;(2)The primary factor allowing biological aragonite to be preserved is the immaturity of the organic matter and the deficiency of abundant organic acids necessary for its dissolution or transformation, which is confirmed by the evidence of organic matter maturity and simulation experiments of organic acid dissolution on aragonite under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. Additional factors that may aid in the preservation of aragonite are the ideal sedimentation conditions, the defense of organic coating, and the enclosed environment with tiny pores, low porosity, and low permeability;(3)These aragonite-rich shales, characterized by coccolithophores, provide a solid evidence for seawater intrusion into terrestrial lake basin, and have a significant implication for the source and storage of shale oil.

AIM: To analyze and compare postoperative morbidity between patients receiving total parenteral nutrition (TPN) and early enteral nutrition supplemented with parenteral nutrition (EEN + PN).METHODS: Three hundred and forty patients receiving pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) from 2009 to 2013 at our center were enrolled retrospectively. Patients were divided into two groups depending on postoperative nutrition support scheme: an EEN + PN group (n = 87) and a TPN group (n = 253). Demographic characteristics, comorbidities, preoperative biochemical parameters, pathological diagnosis, intraoperative information, and postoperative complications of the two groups were ***: The two groups did not differ in demographic characteristics, preoperative comorbidities, preoperative biochemical parameters or pathological findings (P > 0.05 for all). However, patients with EEN + PN following PD had a higher incidence of delayed gastric emptying (16.1% vs 6.7%, P = 0.016), pulmonary infection (10.3% vs 3.6%, P = 0.024), and probably intraperitoneal infection (18.4% vs 10.3%, P = 0.059), which might account for their longer nasogastric tube retention time (9 d vs 5 d, P = 0.006), postoperative hospital stay (25 d vs 20 d, P = 0.055) and higher hospitalization expenses (USD10397 vs USD8663.9, P = 0.008), compared to those with ***: Our study suggests that TPN might be safe and sufficient for patient recovery after PD. Postoperative EEN should only be performed scrupulously and selectively.

Developing a localized and consistent model framework for climate loss and damage assessment is crucial for the policy-making of climate change mitigation and *** study introduces a comprehensive,multidisciplinary Integrated Assessment Model(IAM)framework for evaluating climate damage in China,utilizing BCC-SESM climate model and FUND sectoral climate damage model under the SSP2-RCPs *** a bottom-up approach,the research estimates climate damage across eight major sectors,recalibrates sectoral climate damage functions and parameters for China,and elucidates distinctions among direct climate loss,market climate loss,and aggregate climate *** findings reveal that the total climate damage function for China follows a quadratic pattern in response to temperature *** 2050,the estimated climate damage is projected to be 5.4%,5.7%,and 8.2%of GDP under RCP2.6,RCP4.5,and RCP8.5,***,both direct and market climate losses are projected to remain below 2%of GDP by 2050,while the aggregate climate loss could reach as high as 8.2%,which is predominantly attributed to non-market *** a sectoral perspective,under the RCP8.5 scenario,human health damage constitutes the largest share(61.9%)of the total climate loss by 2050,followed by sea-level rise damage(18.6%).This study sheds lights on the adaptation policy that should attach importance to the non-market sectors,particularly focusing on human health and sea-level rise.

Influence of semisolid forging ratio on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti14 alloy

The present work is focused on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti14 alloy with different semisolid deformation ratios during forging tests. The results revealed that the forging ratio had a significant effect on the precipitation of the alloy. Fewer plate-shaped Ti2Cu tended to precipitate on grain boundaries with higher forging ratios, and finally the plate-shaped Ti2Cu formed precipitate-free zones along grain boundaries with a forging ratio of 75%. The precipitation on grain boundaries was found to be controlled by a peritectic reaction. Large forging ratios accelerated the extrusion of liquid and resulted in less liquid along the prior grain boundaries, which reduced the peritectic precipitation in this region and formed precipitate-free zones during re-solidification. In addition, increasing the forging ratio could accelerate dynamic recrystallization, which is favorable for improving the semisolid formability. The tensile ductility increased with increasing forging ratio, and a mixed fracture mode, involving both cleavage and dimple fracture, was observed after forging with a forging ratio of 75%, which along grain boundaries during semisolid processing. is attributed to the presence of precipitate-free zones formed

BACKGROUND Graft-versus-host disease(GVHD)following liver transplantation(LT)is an unpredictable complication with poor ***,consensus regarding the diagnosis and therapeutic regimen for the disease is yet *** present study summarized the clinical experience on the diagnosis and treatment of acute GVHD(aGVHD)following LT and reviewed the pertinent *** SUMMARY Between January 1^(st),2000 and December 31^(st),2020,a total of 1053 LT were performed in the First Affiliated Hospital of xi’an Jiaotong *** recipients developed aGVHD with clinical symptoms of fever,rash,diarrhea,and *** incidence of aGVHD was 0.57%.The median time from LT to the clinical presentation of aGVHD was 22.17 *** median time from the beginning of the clinical symptom to histopathological diagnosis was 7.5 *** six cases underwent treatment of immunosuppressant adjustment,corticosteroids,human normal immunoglobulin,and antithymocyte globulin/IL-2 *** intensive treatment strategies,4 patients were deceased due to sepsis,multiple organ failure,and cerebral *** remaining two cases were discharged as treatment ***,one died because of tuberculosis infection on the 6 th month of follow-up,the other one was alive healthy during 30 mo of *** The rapid diagnosis of aGVHD is mainly based on the time from the first symptom,histopathological features,and the donor T-lymphocyte *** cases report highlights massive corticosteroid therapy and age difference between donors and recipients could accelerate to ***,gut microbial interventions and donor-targeted serotherapy may provide novel therapeutics.

采用钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维对自密实轻骨料混凝土进行改性,完成了1组无纤维自密实轻骨料混凝土及4组钢聚丙烯混杂纤维自密实轻骨料混凝土的工作性能、力学性能及微观结构的试验研究,从宏观与微观2个尺度系统分析了钢聚丙烯混杂纤维的增强增韧机理.结果表明:5组自密实轻骨料混凝土均具有良好的流动性、黏聚性和间隙通过性,可满足自密实混凝土工作性要求;钢纤维与聚丙烯纤维可在不同结构层次和受荷阶段发挥阻裂作用,产生正协同效应,显著提高自密实轻骨料混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度;骨料基体界面区的密实度随养护龄期延长而明显提高,而纤维与基体间存在微细孔隙,界面区结构较为松散.
