Diamond surface acoustic wave(SAW) has been used to boost the frequency of thin film filters made of piezoelectric *** designs have been tested and with significant results,in particular,AlN on diamond(AlNoD) as the interface for transmitting Rayleigh wave was studied extensively .However,in all cases,nano crystalline or microcrystalline AlN coatings were deposited,typically by sputtering or CVD,on polycrystalline diamond *** diamond film itself may contain nano or micro grains that are deposited by *** presence of extensive grain boundaries in AlN can attenuate rapidly the propagation of Rayleigh ***,the bonding between loose atomic packing of AlN and tight lattice of diamond is weak so much of the mechanical energy is dissipated as *** fact,the energy loss is much higher than energy transmitted during the resonating *** this research,we attempted to improve the matching of atoms at the interface of AlNoD by doping AlN lattice with boron *** shrinking of the lattice may allow more atoms are aligned at the ***,a method of coupling single crystal AlN on single crystal diamond is *** a coupling can maximize the signal-to-noise ratio of the resonating AlNoD at the same time minimize the insertion loss of the SAW filter.

With the relentless densification of interconnected circuitry dictated by Moore’ s Law,the CMP manufacture of such delicate wafers requires the significant reduction of polishing pressure of integrated circuits,not only globally,but also locally on every tip of the pad *** diamond disks used for dressing the polyurethane pads cannot produce asperities to achieve such uniformity.A new design of diamond disk was fabricated by casting diamond film on a silicon wafer that contains patterned etching pits. This silicon mold was subsequently removed by dissolution in a hydroxide *** diamond film followed the profile of the etching pits on silicon to form pyramids of identical in size and *** variation of their tip heights was in microns of single digit that was about one order of magnitude smaller than conventional diamond disks for CMP ***,the diamond film contained no metal that might contaminate the circuits on polished wafer during a CMP *** continuous diamond film could resist any corrosive attack by slurry of acid or ***,in-situ dressing during CMP is possible that may improve wafer uniformity and production *** ideal diamond disk(IDD) is designed for the future manufacture of advanced semiconductor chips with node sizes of 32 nm or smaller.

To solve the Laplacian problems,we adopt a meshless method with the multiquadric radial basis function(MQRBF)as a basis whose center is distributed inside a circle with a fictitious radius.A maximal projection technique is developed to identify the optimal shape factor and fictitious radius by minimizing a merit function.A sample function is interpolated by theMQ-RBF to provide a trial coefficient vector to compute the merit *** can quickly determine the optimal values of the parameters within a preferred rage using the golden section search *** novel method provides the optimal values of parameters and,hence,an optimal MQ-RBF;the performance of the method is validated in numerical ***,nonharmonic problems are transformed to the Poisson equation endowed with a homogeneous boundary condition;this can overcome the problem of these problems being *** optimal MQ-RBF is extremely *** further propose a novel optimal polynomial method to solve the nonharmonic problems,which achieves high precision up to an order of 10^(−11).

While newer,more efficient Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)and extinguishing agents have been developed to reduce the occurrence of thermal runaway accidents,there is still a scarcity of research focused on the application of surfactants in different LIBs extinguishing agents,particularly in terms of patented *** aim of this review paper is to provide an overview of the technological progress of LIBs and LIBs extinguishing agents in terms of patents in Korea,Japan,Europe,the United States,China,*** initial part of this review paper is sort out LIBs technology development in different *** addition,to compare LIBs extinguishing agent progress and challenges of liquid,solid,combination of multiple,and *** subsequent section of this review focuses on an in-depth analysis dedicated to the efficiency and challenges faced by the surfactants corresponding design principles of LIBs extinguishing agents,such as nonionic and anionic surfactants.A total of 451,760 LIBs-related patent and 20 LIBs-fire-extinguishing agent-related patent were included in the *** extinguishing effect,cooling performance,and anti-recombustion on different agents have been *** a comprehensive comparison of these agents,this review suggests that temperature-sensitive hydrogel extinguishing agent is ideal for the effective control of LIBs *** progress and challenges of surfactants have been extensively examined,focusing on key factors such as surface activity,thermal stability,foaming properties,environmental friendliness,and electrical ***,it is crucial to emphasize that the selection of a suitable surfactant must align with the extinguishing strategy of the extinguishing agent for optimal firefighting effectiveness.

One-step conversion of methane and formaldehyde into ethanol is a 100% atom-efficient process for carbon resources utilization and environment protection but still faces eminent challenges due to the lacking of efficient catalysts. Therefore, developing active and stable catalysts is crucial for the co-conversion of methane and formaldehyde. Herein, twelve kinds of “Single-Atom”-“Frustrated Lewis Pair”(SA-FLP)dual-active-site catalysts are designed for the direct conversion of methane and formaldehyde to ethanol based on density functional theory(DFT) calculations and microkinetic simulations. The results show that the SA-FLP dual active sites can simultaneously activate methane at the SA site and activate formaldehyde at the FLP site. Among the twelve designed SA-FLP catalysts, Fe1-FLP shows the best performance in the co-conversion of methane and formaldehyde to ethanol with the rate-determining barrier of 1.15 e *** is proved as the main product with the turnover frequency of 1.32 × 10^(-4)s^(-1)at 573 K and 3 *** work provides a universal strategy to design dual active sites on metal oxide materials and offers new insights into the effective conversion of methane and formaldehyde to desired C_(2) chemicals.

Background and purpose To analyse the long-term risk of ischaemic stroke and the clinical effects of antithrombotics on the risk of haemorrhagic stroke in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted using a population-based database taken from Taiwan National Health Insurance Research *** with SLE between 2000 and 2008 were registered and matched with two controls by the index date,age,gender and Charlson Comorbidity Index(CCI).These subjects were followed until either stroke event or 31 December *** HRs(aHRs)for strokes were estimated with Cox regression models,and the cumulative incidence of ischaemic stroke was analysed by log-rank test and Kaplan-Meier survival *** In total,8310 patients with SLE and 16620 patients without SLE were *** general,patients with SLE had higher rates of ischaemic stroke(5.4%vs 3.3%)and haemorrhagic stroke(1.5%vs 0.6%)than in *** multivariate analysis adjusted to age,gender,CCI,urbanisation level and antithrombotics uses,aHRs of all strokes,ischaemic stroke and haemorrhagic stroke were 1.73(95%CI:1.54 to 1.94),1.65(95%CI:1.45 to 1.87)and 2.24(95%CI:1.71 to 2.95),respectively,in patients with *** with SLE were significantly more likely to suffer ischaemic stroke than patients without SLE,even 10 years after SLE diagnosis(6.12%vs 3.50%,p<0.001).Antiplatelet use increased the risk of haemorrhagic stroke in SLE group(aHR=1.74,95%CI:1.18 to 2.57).Conclusions Patients with SLE are at greater risk of developing ischaemic stroke that lasts for 10 *** should be carefully administered to prevent cardiovascular events in patients with SLE due to the risk of haemorrhagic stroke.

BACKGROUND Behcet's disease(BD)is an inflammatory disorder known for various symptoms,including oral and genital ulcers and ocular ***,a severe eye condition,is rare as the first sign of *** SUMMARY We present an unusual case of a 30-year-old man who developed panuveitis after receiving the mRNA-based coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)vaccine(Moderna).Laboratory tests ruled out infections,but he had a positive HLA-B51 result and a history of genital ulcer and oral ulcers,leading to a BD *** with corticosteroids improved his ***,he had another episode of panuveitis after the second mRNA vaccine dose,which also responded to *** This case highlights the rare onset of BD following mRNA COVID-19 vaccination,suggesting a potential link between these vaccines and BD's eye symptoms,emphasizing the importance of quick treatment in similar cases.
