Zirconium carbide(ZrC)nanoparticles with an average size of 5.6 nm were synthesized through laser fragmentation(LF)from as-received 20-60 nm ZrC particles,and LF-ZrC nanoparticle dispersion-strengthened tungsten(LF-WZC)samples were fabricated by spark plasma sintering *** average grain size of LF-WZC is 1.91μm and most ZrC particles in LF-WZC are smaller than 10 ***-WZC exhibits finer grain size,higher yield strength and hardness but lower ductility as compared with W-ZrC samples using as-received ZrC(WZC).The results showed that finer ZrC nanoparticles dispersed in tungsten can enhance the strength by hindering the motion of dislocations,but they may also introduce stress concentra-tion and thus reduce the *** thermal shock resistance of the WZC and LF-WZC samples was investigated using an electron beam *** LF-WZC sample also exhibits a higher cracking threshold(0.33-0.44 GW·m^(−2))than WZC(0.22-0.33 GW·m^(−2))at room *** enhanced thermal shock resistance of LF-WZC could be attributed to its high yield strength.

C60 is successfully solubilized in micelle of six kinds of surfactants and UV/Vis spectra ofC60 in micellar system are studied. It is found that Brij-35 is the most efficient surfactant forsolubilization of C60 and the possible states of C60 existed in surfactants are also *** of surface tension show that the sites for solubilization of C60 not only depend on thesorts of surfactants but also on their structures.

Tungsten-potassium(WK)alloy with ultrafine/fine grains and nano-K bubbles is fabricated through spark plasma sintering(SPS)and rolling *** this study,3-MeV W^2+ ion irradiation with a tandem accelerator is adopted to simulate the displacement damage caused by *** the depth of irradiation damage layer is limited to only 500 nm,the hardening behaviors of WK alloy and ITER(International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor)-W under several damage levels are investigated through Bercovich tip nanoindentation test and other morphological *** indenter size effect(ISE),soft substrate effect(SSE),and damage gradient effect(DGE)are found to influence the measurement of *** or no pop-ins in irradiated samples are observed while visible pop-in events take place in unirradiated *** pile-up with different morphology features around the indentation exists in both WK and *** WK shows a smaller hardness increment than ITER-W under the same condition of displacement *** study provides beneficial information for WK alloy serving as a promising plasma facing materials(PFMs)candidate.

As promising candidates for plasma-facing materials,tungsten-based materials suffer the irradiation of high-energy neutrons in addition to the hydrogen isotopes and helium irradiation and the high-thermal ***-produced defects,***-interstitial atoms(SIAs)and vacancies(Vs),can induce the hardening and embrittlement of tungsten,meanwhile enhancing the retention of hydrogen isotopes and helium in *** the grain size of materials to introduce a high density of defect sinks,e.g.,grain boundaries(GBs)prevalent in nano-/ultrafine-crystalline materials,was demonstrated to be an effective approach for mitigating irradiation damage in *** this paper,we reviewed the theoretical advances in exploring radiation-resistance of nano-structured tungsten at across *** was concentrated on the results of molecular dynamics,molecular statics,and the object kinetic Monte Carlo simulations on the fundamental interaction of the radiation-created Vs and SIAs with the *** mechanisms include GB-promoted V/SIA migration and SIA-V recombination,interstitial-emission induced annihilation,coupling of the V migration close to the GB with the SIA motion within the GB,and interstitial reflection by the locally dense GB *** proposed the remaining scientific issues on the defect-GB interactions at across scales and their relation to experimental *** prospected the possible trends for simulating the radiation damage accumulation and healing processes in nano-structured tungsten in terms of the development of the across-scale computational techniques and efficiency of the GB-enhanced tolerance of tungsten to irradiation under complex in-service conditions.

Although guided image filtering(GIF) is known for preserving edges and fast computation, it may produce inaccurate outputs in depth map restoration. In this paper, a novel confidence-weighted GIF called mutual-structure weighted GIF(MSWGIF) is proposed, which replaces the mean filtering strategy in GIF during handling overlapping windows. The confidence value is composed of a depth term and a mutual-structure term, where the depth term is utilized to protect the edges of the output, and the mutual-structure term helps to select accurate windows during the structure characteristics of the guidance image are transferred to the output. Experimental results show that MSWGIF reduces the root mean square error(RMSE) by an average of 12.37%, and the average growth rate of correlation(CORR) is 0.07% on average. Additionally, the average growth rate of structure similarity index measure(SSIM) is 0.34%.

The interaction of beta-cyclodextrin(beta-CD), hydroxypropyl-beta-CD and gamma-CD with the drug rutin has been investigated by using fluorimetry. The stoichiometry of the complexes and their formation constants have been estimated. The thermodynamic parameters for the formation of complexes were obtained. The complexing ability of HP-beta-CD is remarkably stronger than beta-CD and gamma-CD.

Objective: To explore the clinical observation of white eye distribution characteristics of hyperlipidemic patients based on artificial intelligence digital eye diagnosis technology. Methods: One hundred and fifty subjects were examined in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Guang'anmen Hospital of the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 01 February 2022 to 01 February 2023， including 80 cases in the hyperlipidemic patient (HLP) group and 70 cases in the normal lipid level patient (NC) group. The two groups were collected and extracted by the artificial intelligence visual diagnostic instrument and analyzed by the MyEyeD-10 white eye shadowless imaging health intelligence analysis system. Finally， SPSS 26.0 (Version X; IBM Corp.， Armonk， NY， USA) was used for statistical processing. Results: Significant differences were noted in the scores of "spot" and "foggy" features between the two groups. Between groups， the "spot" feature score of the white eye morphology in the HLP group (11.07 ± 3.22) was higher than that in the NC group (7.50 ± 4.11) (P < 0.01). Moreover， the "foggy" feature score of the eye morphology in the HLP group (8.37 ± 2.25) was higher than that in the NC group (P < 0.01)， higher than that of the NC group (5.72 ± 1.21) (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in the "A" (stomach)， "B"， "O" (spleen)， and "M" (liver) eye-contact region scores between the two groups， and the "B"， "O" (spleen) and "M" (liver) eye-contact region scores were significantly different. The scores of the white eye channel region in the HLP group were significantly higher than those in the control group， with the "A"， "B"， and "O" regions (P < 0.01)， "M" region (P < 0.01)， "A"， "B"， "O"， and "M" region (P < 0.01). Parkinson’s disease is the second most common progressive neurodegenerative disorder,and few reliable biomarkers are available to track disease *** proteins,DNA,mRNA,and lipids carried by exosomes reflect intracellular changes,and thus can serve as biomarkers for a variety of *** this study,we investigated alterations in the protein content of plasma exosomes derived from patients with Parkinson’s disease and the potential therapeutic roles of these proteins in Parkinson’s *** a tandem mass tag-based quantitative proteomics approach,we characterized the proteomes of plasma exosomes derived from individual patients,identified exosomal protein signatures specific to patients with Parkinson’s disease,and identified N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase as a differentially expressed protein.N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase expression levels in exosomes from the plasma of patients and healthy controls were validated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and western *** results demonstrated that the exosomal N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase concentration was not only lower in Parkinson’s disease,but also decreased with increasing Hoehn-Yahr stage,suggesting that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase could be used to rapidly evaluate Parkinson’s disease ***,western blot and immunohistochemistry analysis showed that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase levels were markedly reduced both in cells treated with 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium and cells overexpressingα-synuclein compared with control ***,N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase overexpression significantly increased cell viability and inhibitedα-synuclein expression in 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium-treated *** together,our findings demonstrate for the first time that exosomal N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase may serve as a biomarker for Parkinson’s disease diagnosis,and that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase may reduceα-synuclein expression and 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium-induced n
