The dynamic kinetic asymmetric transformation of racemic propargylic ammonium salts with prochiral aldimine esters through a stereodivergent propargylation is catalyzed by dual nickel and copper ***,a diverse range of optically activeα-quaternary amino esters were produced via C-N bond cleavage with high reaction efficiency and stereoselectivity(up to>99%ee).By selection of the appropriate pair-wise combination of catalyst configurational isomers,all four possible stereoisomers of the corresponding propargylation products are obtained in high yields with excellent regio-,diastereo-,and enantioselectiv-ities.

This paper proposes an explicit scheme to analyze the failure of a subsea polyhedral tunnel-liner system with an inverted arch under mechanical loading and fire fields. The thin-walled liner is made of Functionally Graded Materials(FGMs), which may improve the stability behavior of the tunnel-liner system. Hydrostatic pressure is inevitable in the liner since underground water may penetrate the cracks of the tunnel, and reach the outer surface of the liner. In addition, an elevated temperature loading is taken into account, considering that fire may occur in the tunnel-liner system. Under the combination of mechanical loading and thermal loading, the liner deforms into a single-lobe shape, which is depicted by a trigonometric function. The total potential energy is expressed quantitatively after the energy approach and thin-walled shell theory are used. The minimum potential energy is obtained when the critical buckling occurs. The critical buckling pressure is calculated, which considers the effect of the thermal field. The present analytical prediction is subsequently compared precisely with other closed-form solutions. Finally, the effects of several parameters, such as the geometric shapes, temperature variations, and volume fraction indices, are discussed to further survey the buckling performance of the nonlinear buckling of an FGM polyhedral liner with an inverted arch. One may address a polyhedral liner with fewer polyhedral sides, and a lower volume fraction index is recommended to rehabilitate cracked tunnels in engineering applications.

The Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB) is a giant orogenic belt located between the Siberian Plate, the Tarim Plate, and the North China Plate, which records the longterm and complex geologic evolution of the Paleo-Asian Ocean from the Early Neoproterozoic(ca. 1000 Ma) to the Late Paleoproterozoic(ca. 250 Ma) process. The Beishan Block is located in the middle and southern edge of the Central Asian orogenic belt, at the intersection of the Tarim plate, the Siberian Plate and the Kazakhstan Plate.

BACKGROUND Liver cancer is a highly malignant tumor with significant clinical *** alone often yields suboptimal outcomes in both the short and long term,characterized by high rates of local recurrence and distant metastasis,leading to a poor long-term *** To evaluate the clinical efficacy of small particle drug-eluting beads-transarterial chemoembolization(DEB-TACE)combined with targeted therapy for the treatment of unresectable liver *** We analyzed clinical data from 74 patients with unresectable liver cancer admitted between January 2019 and December *** on the different treatment regimens administered,patients were divided into the control(36 patients receiving sorafenib alone)and joint(38 patients receiving small particle DEB-TACE combined with sorafenib)*** compared liver function indicators[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL),albumin(ALB)]and serum tumor markers[alpha fetoprotein(AFP)]before and after treatment in both ***-term efficacy measures[complete response(CR),partial response,progression disease,stable disease,objective response rate(ORR),and disease control rate(DCR)]were assessed ***-term follow-up evaluated median overall survival(OS),progression-free survival(PFS),and adverse reaction rates between the two *** One month post-treatment,the joint group demonstrated significantly higher rates of CR,ORR,and DCR compared to the control group(P<0.05).Three days after treatment,the joint group showed elevated levels of ALT,AST,and TBIL but reduced levels of ALB and AFP compared to the control group(P<0.05).The median OS was 18 months for the control group and 25 months for the joint group,while the median PFS was 15 months for the control group and 22 months for the joint group,with significant differences observed(log-rank:χ2=7.824,6.861,respectively;P=0.005,0.009,respectively).The incidence of adverse reactions was not s

1 Introduction The Alxa region is situated at the intersection of the Tarim Plate and the North China Plate, serving as a critical juncture between the southern boundary of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB) and the Alxa Block(Song et al., 2020)(Fig. 1). This region connects the Tianshan and Beishan orogens to the west with the Solonker suture to the east, offering a unique vantage point for examining the evolution of the Paleo-Asian Ocean.

It is of crucial importance to investigate the spatial structures of ancient landslides in the eastern Tibetan Plateau’s alpine canyons as they could provide valuable insights into the evolutionary history of the landslides and indicate the potential for future *** study examines the Deda ancient landslide,situated in the Chalong-ranbu fault zone,where creep deformation suggests a complex underground *** integrating remote sensing,field surveys,Audio-frequency Magnetotellurics(AMT),and Microtremor Survey Method(MSM)techniques,along with engineering geological drilling for validation,to uncover the landslide’s spatial feature *** research indicates that a fault is developed in the upper part of the Deda ancient landslide,and the gully divides it into Deda landslide accumulation zoneⅠand Deda landslide accumulation zoneⅡin *** distinctive geological characteristics detectable by MSM in the shallow subsurface and by AMT in deeper *** findings include the identification of two sliding zones in the Deda I landslide,the shallow sliding zone(DD-I-S1)depth is approximately 20 m,and the deep sliding zone(DD-I-S2)depth is 36.2-49.9 *** sliding zone(DD-Ⅱ-S1)depth of the DedaⅡlandslide is 37.6-43.1 m.A novel MSM-based method for sliding zone identification is proposed,achieving less than 5%discrepancy in depth determination when compared with drilling *** results provide a valuable reference for the spatial structural analysis of large-deepseated landslides in geologically complex regions like the eastern Tibetan Plateau.

The Beishan orogen, located in the central segment of the Tianshan–Solonker suture within the southern Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB), is crucial for understanding the accretionary processes and continental growth in Central Asia. This orogen developed through the episodic amalgamation and accretion of continental margin arcs, island arcs, ophiolites, and accretionary wedges, undergoing a complex process of accretion and evolution. Since the Phanerozoic, the Beishan orogen has experienced multiple phases of magmatic and collision events. The intricate distribution of magmatic arc rocks has obscured the complete basement traces, and the spatial superposition of multiple magmatic arc phases has complicated the study of its evolutionary history.
