Carbazole moiety-based 2PACz([2-(9H-carbazol-9-yl)ethyl]phosphonic acid)self-assembled monolayers(SAMs)are excellent hole-selective contact(HSC)materials with abilities to excel the charge-transferdynamics of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Herein,we report a facile but powerful method to functionalize the surface of 2PACz-SAM,by which reproducible,highly stable,high-efficiency wide-bandgap PSCs can be *** 2PACz surface treatment with various donor number solvents improves assembly of 2PACz-SAM and leave residual surface-bound solvent molecules on 2PACz-SAM,which increases perovskite grain size,retards halide segregation,and accelerates hole *** surface functionalization achieves a high power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 17.62%for a single-junction wide-bandgap(~1.77 e V)*** also demonstrate a monolithic all-perovskite tandem solar cell using surfaceengineered HSC,showing high PCE of 24.66%with large open-circuit voltage of 2.008 V and high fillfactor of 81.45%.Our results suggest this simple approach can further improve the tandem device,when coupled with a high-performance narrow-bandgap sub-cell.

Multi-factor authentication(MFA)was proposed by Pointcheval et al.[Pointcheval and Zimmer(2008)]to improve the security of single-factor(and two-factor)*** the backbone of multi-factor authentication,biometric data are widely ***,how to keep the privacy of biometric at the password database without impairing efficiency is still an open *** the vulnerability of encryption(or hash)algorithms,the attacker can still launch offline brute-force attacks on encrypted(or hashed)biometric *** address the potential risk of biometric disclosure at the password database,in this paper,we propose a novel efficient and secure MFA key exchange(later denoted as MFAKE)protocol leveraging the Pythia PRF service and password-to-random(or PTR)*** with the PTR protocol,a master password pwd can be translated by the user into independent pseudorandom passwords(or rwd)for each user account with the help of device(e.g.,smart phone).Meanwhile,using the Pythia PRF service,the password database can avoid leakage of the local user’s password and biometric *** is the first paper to achieve the password and biometric harden service simultaneously using the PTR protocol and Pythia PRF.

An Experimental Study on the Behavior of Square Concrete-Filled High Strength Steel Tube Columns

The paper presents an experimental study on the behavior of square concrete-filled high strength steel tube columns until *** specimens were tested to investigate the effect of high strength steel and plain strength concrete on the load carrying capacity of the square concrete-filled steel tube *** effect of the concrete which filled in the steel tube was also ***,the effect of high strength steel and the presence of concrete were also *** main parameters in the tests were:(1) the ultimate strength of steel (800 Mpa),(2) the presence of concrete in steel tube (hollow steel tube and concrete-filled steel tube),and (3) slender *** main objectives of these tests were three-step:(1) to describe a series of tests on composite columns,(2) to analyze the influence of several parameters,and (3) to compare the accuracy of the predictions by using the specifications in the code (AISC-LRFD,EC4 and AIJ etc.) for the design of high-strength composite *** results indicate that the ultimate strength of steel and presence of concrete had significant influence on both the axial compressive load capacity and the ductile of the square steel tube.

Transanal excision of a malignant fibrous histiocytoma of anal canal:A case report and literature review

Malignant fibrous histiocytoma, which is composed of spindle-shaped cells arranged in a pleomorphic and storiform pattern, is rarely found in the colorectum. Although complete surgical excision remains the main stem of therapy, an optimal treatment strategy according to the stage has not been elucidated. We report a case of a 63-year-old woman with an ulcerative lesion in the anorectal junction and a final diagnosis of malignant fibrous histiocytoma. We introduced an access for transanal local excision and adjuvant radiotherapy because the patient refused abdominoperineal resection. No local recurrences or distant metastases were observed 15 mo after the operation. To our knowledge, this is the first case reported in the English literature of a malignant fibrous histiocytoma treated with the transana local excision and adjuvant radiotherapy. This report showed that this approach is selectively reserved for early-stage malignant fibrous histiocytoma and for those patients who refuse radical surgery because of the risk in a permanent colostomy.

Endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD) is the most advanced and representative technique in the field of therapeutic endoscopy and has been used for the treatment of gastrointestinal neoplasms,including early gastric *** major difference and advantage of ESD compared to existing endoscopic resection techniques,such as endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR) and polypectomy,are the width and depth of the *** developed cutting devices,distal attachable endoscopic accessories,and an advanced electrosurgical unit have helped to overcome the limitations of therapeutic endoscopy in terms of lesion size,location,presence of fibrotic scarring,and accompanying *** a result,the indications for ESD have been expanded from the classical indication for EMR and polypectomy,and there is now support for a further expansion of ESD *** present,the most critical factor to consider in the decision of whether to perform ESD is the probability of unexpected lymph node *** guidelines for ESD are continually being updated and *** this review,we discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the expanded guidelines,based on evidence found in the literature.

Characteristics of machined surface controlled by cutting tools and conditions in machining of brittle material

One of the ultra-precision machining methods was adapted for brittle material as well as soft material by using multi-arrayed diamond tips and high speed spindle. Conventional machining method is too hard to control surface roughness and surface texture against brittle material because the particles of grinding tools are irregular size and material can be fragile. Therefore, we were able to design tool paths and machine controlled pattern on surface by multi-arrayed diamond tips with uniform size made in MEMS fabrication and high speed spindle, and the maximum speed was about 3×105 r/min. We defined several parameters that can affect the machining surface. Those were multi-array of diamond tips (n×n), speed of air spindle and feeding rate. The surface roughness and surface texture can be controlled by those parameters for micro machining.

Portable nano probe for micro/nano mechanical scratching and measuring

A nano probe system which can measure precise contact force in mN scale was demonstrated. The nano probe micro parts or optical parts in nanometer range resolution and scratch was originally designed for on-machine measuring applications and one kind of contact type measuring probes was designed for miniaturized or microfactory system. It ideally should be of small size and able to measure surface topography in nanometer scale. A commercial capacitive displacement sensor was proposed. It was a new concept in nano probe systems which can measure the displacement of shaft driven by the variation of surface topography. The nano probe mainly consisted of three parts： a capacitive displacement sensor, a porous type air slide and a contact probe part with various tip radiuses. The porous type air slide assured the shaft slided smoothly with controllable normal force in mN scale and had high positioning accuracy. The probe part which was directly in contact with target surface, can be applied to micro/nanoscale scratching as well as the measurement of sample topography by a simple tip change.

Clinical usefulness of transpapillary removal of common bile duct stones by frequency doubled double pulse Nd:YAG laser

AIM: To study the efficacy and the safety of laser lithotripsy without direct visual control by using a balloon catheter in patients with bile duct stones that could not be extracted by standard technique. METHODS: The seventeen patients (7 male and 10 female; mean age 67.8 years) with difficult common bile duct (CBD) stones were not amenable for conventional endoscopic maneuvers such as sphincterotomy and mechanical lithotripsy were included in this study. Laser wavelengths of 532 nm and 1064 nm as a double pulse were applied with pulse energy of 120 mJ. The laser fiber was advanced under fluoroscopic control through the ERCP balloon catheter. Laser lithotripsy was continued until the fragment size seemed to be less than 10 mm. Endoscopic extraction of the stones and fragments was performed with the use of the Dormia basket and balloon catheter. RESULTS: Bile duct clearance was achieved in 15 of 17 patients (88%). The mean number of treatment sessions was 1.7 ± 0.6. Endoscopic stone removal could not be achieved in 2 patients (7%). Adverse effects were noted in three patients (hemobilia, pancreatitis, and cholangitis). CONCLUSION: The Frequency Doubled Double Pulse Nd:YAG (FREDDY) laser may be an effective and safe technique in treatment of difficult bile duct stones.

EFFECT OF FABRICATION ON HIGH CYCLE FATIGUE PROPERTIES OF COPPER THIN FILMS

The influence of fabrication on the tensile and fatigue behavior of copper films manufactured by 3 kinds of fabrication methods was investigated. The tensile and high cycle fatigue tests were performed using the test machine developed by authors. Young＇s moduli （72, 71 and 69 GPa, respectively） are lower than the literature values （108-145 GPa）, while the yield strengths were as high as 358, 350 and 346 MPa, respectively and the ultimate strengths as 462, 456 and 446 MPa, respectively. There is not much difference in the tensile properties of the 3 kinds of films. There is little difference in the fatigue properties of the 3 kinds of films but one of them has shorter fatigue life than others in high cycle region and longer fatigue life than others in low cycle region.
