The novel aircraft engine-off taxi towing system featuring aircraft power integration has demonstrated significant advantages, including reduced energy consumption, diminished emissions, and enhanced efficiency. However, the aircraft engine-off taxi towing system lacks the consideration of attendant constraints in the trajectory generation process, which can potentially lead to ground accidents and constrain the improvement of traction speed. Addressing this challenge, the present work investigates the optimal control problem of trajectory generation for the taxiing traction system in the complex stochastic environment in the airport flight area. For the stochastic constraints, a strategy of deterministic processing is proposed to describe the stochastic constraints using random constraints. Furthermore, an adaptive pseudo-spectral method is introduced to transform the optimal control problem into a nonlinear programming problem, enabling its effective resolution. Simulation results substantiate that the generated trajectory can efficiently handle the stochastic constraints and accomplish the given task towards the time-optimization objective, thereby effectively enhancing the stability and efficiency of the taxiing traction system, ensuring the safety of the aircraft system, and improving the ground access capacity and efficiency of the airport.

This paper discusses the design of resilient and event-triggered control for linear aperiodic sampled-data systems. The stability and stabilization problem of the aperiodic sampled-data systems under a dynamic event-triggered scheme and against a stochastic deception attack is addressed in a novel looped-functional framework. A quadratic event-triggered scheme with a discrete-time dynamic variable is proposed in which the system states are only evaluated at aperiodic sampling instants so that the Zeno phenomenon can be avoided consequently. The system is assumed to be intruded by a deception attack signal which is determined by a Bernoulli random variable. Our objective in this paper is to derive the stability conditions firstly and then provide the resilient and event-triggered controller design for the aperiodic sampled-data system. With a certain \begin{document}$ H_{\infty}$\end{document} performance index, the closed-loop system is stochasticlly stable against the deception attack and the control updates can be obviously reduced by the proposed dynamic event-triggered scheme, which means the system performance, the limited communication resources, and the system security can be well balanced in our design. Finally, the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by the simulations.

Industrial Internet of Things(IoT)connecting society and industrial systems represents a tremendous and promising paradigm *** IoT,multimodal and heterogeneous data from industrial devices can be easily collected,and further analyzed to discover device maintenance and health related potential knowledge *** data-based fault diagnosis for industrial devices is very helpful to the sustainability and applicability of an IoT *** how to efficiently use and fuse this multimodal heterogeneous data to realize intelligent fault diagnosis is still a *** this paper,a novel Deep Multimodal Learning and Fusion(DMLF)based fault diagnosis method is proposed for addressing heterogeneous data from IoT environments where industrial devices ***,a DMLF model is designed by combining a Convolution Neural Network(CNN)and Stacked Denoising Autoencoder(SDAE)together to capture more comprehensive fault knowledge and extract features from different modal ***,these multimodal features are seamlessly integrated at a fusion layer and the resulting fused features are further used to train a classifier for recognizing potential ***,a two-stage training algorithm is proposed by combining supervised pre-training and fine-tuning to simplify the training process for deep structure models.A series of experiments are conducted over multimodal heterogeneous data from a gear device to verify our proposed fault diagnosis *** experimental results show that our method outperforms the benchmarking ones in fault diagnosis accuracy.

With the rapid development of the network technology, a simulation based on web has been attracting more and more attention from academic and industrial field in recent years. Comparing with the traditional simulation environment, it has many advantages such as low cost, easy maintenance, portability and so on. To meet the new requirements of the simulation, this paper presents a web-based virtual simulation system based on the B/S architecture. A tradition simulation platform (MATLAB/Simulink) is directly ported to the web in this work with friendly user interface and a powerful simulation capacity. In order to improve the quality of the web user interface, AsWing which is a set of UI components that developed by the script of Flash: AcitonScript is utilized. The simulation task information is transferred from the user interface to the MySQL database through the Servlet. A center simulation platform (MATLAB/Simulink) is employed to reconstruct the simulation from the information stored in the database. The simulation result will be sent back to the database and the web user interface through the Internet. The whole structure of the proposed simulation environment was introduced in this work and a demonstration simulation result was given to show the performance of the provided system.

In order to solve the problem of trajectory optimization of Space Maneuver Vehicle（SMV）, a dynamic neural network method is introduced. Combined with neural network and Pontryagin’s maximum principle, the method is able to approximate the optimal solution by neural network. At the same time, with the dynamic process, the problem of guessing covariates’ initial value in traditional indirect method has been solved fairly well. In this work, the principle of the Dynamic Neural Network（DNN） optimal algorithm has been given and the optimization process has been described in detail. The simulation results indicated that using Dynamic Neural Network optimal algorithm can avoid guessing the covariates’ initial value and satisfy the real-time requirements. Moreover, it has a higher accuracy solution.
