Brain-derived neurotrophic factor is a key factor in stress adaptation and avoidance of a social stress behavioral *** studies have shown that brain-derived neurotrophic factor expression in stressed mice is brain region–specific,particularly involving the corticolimbic system,including the ventral tegmental area,nucleus accumbens,prefrontal cortex,amygdala,and *** how brain-derived neurotrophic factor participates in stress processing in different brain regions will deepen our understanding of social stress *** this review,we discuss the expression and regulation of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in stress-sensitive brain regions closely related to the pathophysiology of *** focused on associated molecular pathways and neural circuits,with special attention to the brain-derived neurotrophic factor–tropomyosin receptor kinase B signaling pathway and the ventral tegmental area–nucleus accumbens dopamine *** determined that stress-induced alterations in brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels are likely related to the nature,severity,and duration of stress,especially in the above-mentioned brain regions of the corticolimbic ***,BDNF might be a biological indicator regulating stress-related processes in various brain regions.

Clay-solidified grouting curtains are commonly used for remediation by containment or pollution prevention, in addition to their use as a barrier to water flow in municipal solid waste(MSW) landfills. A hydrological *** water flow and a hydrodynamic model of contaminant are presented to simulate the migration of leachate through clay-solidified grouting curtain in MSW landfills, with particular attention paid to the role of diffusive and adsorptive fluxes in contaminant transport. The models were applied to simulate the sensitivity of the curtain's behavior to changes in parameters, such as thickness, depth, permeability coefficient, diffusion coefficient,resistance coefficient and concentration, and also to demonstrate the contaminant distribution on the evolution of travel time and offset distance of clay-solidified grouting curtain in landfills. It is found that a part of leachate components stays or is retarded in clay-solidified grouting curtain by precipitate or exchange, the retention rate is closely related to composition of clay-solidified grouting curtain, more than 800%, and the maximum occurs at the cementclay ratio of 2: 4 under experimental conditions. Contamination distribution is variable on travel time and offset distance, the highest concentration takes place where the contamination intensity is nearest to the pollution resource or takes place at early middle period of transport, and the pollutant attenuates gradually. The results indicate that claysolidified grouting curtain with a proper thickness, a low permeability coefficient and a high resistance coefficient might serve as a sufficiently effective vertical barrier against leachate seepage and contamination migration in MSWlandfills.

The new energy power generation is becoming increasingly important in the power *** as photovoltaic power generation has become a research hotspot,however,due to the characteristics of light radiation changes,photovoltaic power generation is unstable and random,resulting in a low utilization rate and directly affecting the stability of the power *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a coordinated control strategy for a newenergy power generation system with a hybrid energy storage unit based on the lithium iron phosphate-supercapacitor hybrid energy storage ***,the variational mode decomposition algorithm is used to separate the high and low frequencies of the power signal,which is conducive to the rapid and accurate suppression of the power fluctuation of the energy storage ***,the fuzzy control algorithm is introduced to balance the power between energy *** this paper,the actual data is used for simulation,and the simulation results show that the strategy realizes the effective suppression of the bus voltage fluctuation and the accurate control of the internal state of the energy storage unit,effectively avoiding problems such as overshoot and over-discharge,and can significantly improve the stability of the photovoltaic power generation systemand the stability of the Direct Current *** is of great significance to promote the development of collaborative control technology for photovoltaic hybrid energy storage units.

In this study, we present a unified sparsity-driven framework that significantly enhances motion deblurring performance by integrating two key components: a custom-designed dataset and a low-rank module(LRM). This framework leverages the inherent sparsity of per-pixel blur kernels to bolster both deblurring accuracy and model interpretability. Firstly, we propose an adaptive-basis decomposition-based deblurring(ADD) approach, which constructs a tailored training dataset to enhance the generalization capacity of the deblurring network. The ADD framework adaptively decomposes motion blur into sparse basis elements, effectively addressing the intricacies associated with non-uniform blurs. Secondly, an LRM is proposed to improve the interpretability of deblurring models as a plug-and-play module, primarily designed to identify and harness the intrinsic sparse features in sharp images. A series of ablation studies have been conducted to substantiate the synergistic advantages of combining the proposed ADD with the LRM for overall improvement in deblurring efficacy. Subsequently, we empirically demonstrate through rigorous experimentation that incorporating the LRM into an existing Uformer network leads to substantial enhancement in reconstruction performance. This integration yields a sparsity-guided low-rank network(SGLRN). Operating under the overarching principle of sparsity, SGLRN consistently outperforms state-of-the-art methods across multiple standard deblurring benchmarks. Comprehensive experimental results, assessed through quantitative metrics and qualitative visual evaluations, provide compelling evidence of its effectiveness. Hardware/software partitioning is an essential step in hardware/software *** large size problems,it is difficult to consider both solution quality and *** paper presents an efficient GPU-based parallel tabu search algorithm(GPTS)for HW/SW partitioning.A single GPU kernel of compacting neighborhood is proposed to reduce the amount of GPU global memory accesses theoretically.A kernel fusion strategy is further proposed to reduce the amount of GPU global memory accesses of *** further minimize the transfer overhead of GPTS between CPU and GPU,an optimized transfer strategy for GPU-based tabu evaluation is proposed,which considers that all the candidates do not satisfy the given *** show that GPTS outperforms state-of-the-art work of tabu search and is competitive with other methods for HW/SW *** proposed parallelization is significant when considering the ordinary GPU platform.

Mutual-structure weighted guided image filtering for depth map restoration

Although guided image filtering(GIF) is known for preserving edges and fast computation, it may produce inaccurate outputs in depth map restoration. In this paper, a novel confidence-weighted GIF called mutual-structure weighted GIF(MSWGIF) is proposed, which replaces the mean filtering strategy in GIF during handling overlapping windows. The confidence value is composed of a depth term and a mutual-structure term, where the depth term is utilized to protect the edges of the output, and the mutual-structure term helps to select accurate windows during the structure characteristics of the guidance image are transferred to the output. Experimental results show that MSWGIF reduces the root mean square error(RMSE) by an average of 12.37%, and the average growth rate of correlation(CORR) is 0.07% on average. Additionally, the average growth rate of structure similarity index measure(SSIM) is 0.34%.

A historical run(1993–2014)of a global,eddy-permitting,hybrid coordinate ocean model(HYCOM)is evaluated against *** authors evaluate several metrics in the model,including the spatial distribution of sea surface temperature(SST),the zonally averaged seasonal cycle of SST,the variability of the sea level anomaly(SLA),the zonally and meridionally averaged temperature and salinity,and the equatorial *** is found that the simulated seasonal cycle of SST is 0.2–0.8 stronger than observed at *** modeled SST is 0.29°C warmer than the observed for the global *** structure of the subsurface temperature and salinity is similar to the ***,the variability of SLA exhibits the same pattern as *** modeled equatorial undercurrent in the pacific ocean is weaker than observed,but stronger than the ecco reanalysis ***,the model can reproduce the large-scale ocean states,and is suitable for analyses seeking to better understand the dynamics and thermodynamics of the upper ocean,as well as ocean variability.
