Background:Th. Korea national h.alth.and nutrition Examination Survey nonalcoh.lic fatty liver disease(K-nAFLD)score was recently developed with.th. intent to operationally define nonalcoh.lic fatty liver disease(nAFLD).h.wever,th.re remained an external validation th.t confirmed its diagnostic performance,especially in patients with.alcoh.l consumption or h.patitis virus ***:Diagnostic accuracy of th. K-nAFLD score was evaluated in a h.spital-based coh.rt consisting of 1388 participants wh. received Fibroscan®.Multivariate-adjusted logistic regression models and th. contrast estimation of receiver operating characteristic curves were used for validation of th. K-nAFLD score,fatty liver index(FLI),and h.patic steatosis index(h.I).Results:K-nAFLD-moderate[adjusted odds ratio(aOR)=2.53,95%confidence interval(CI):1.13-5.65]and K-nAFLD-h.gh.aOR=4.14,95%CI:1.69-10.13)groups sh.wed h.gh.r risks of fatty liver compared to th. K-nAFLD-low group after adjustments for demograph.c and clinical characteristics,and FLI-moderate and FLI-h.gh.groups revealed aORs of 2.05(95%CI:1.22-3.43)and 1.51(95%CI:0.78-2.90),*** addition,th. h.I was less predictive for Fibroscan®-defined fatty *** K-nAFLD and FLI also demonstrated h.gh.accuracy in th. prediction of fatty liver in patients with.alcoh.l consumption and chronic h.patitis virus infection,and th. adjusted area under curve values were comparable between K-nAFLD and ***:Externally validation of th. Construction of a h.gh.Performance Composite Solid Electrolyte Th.ough.In‑Situ Polymerization with.n a Self‑Supported Porous Garnet Framework

Composite solid electrolytes(CSEs)h.ve emerged as promising candidates for safe and h.gh.energy–density solid-state lith.um metal batteries(SSLMBs).h.wever,concurrently achieving exceptional ionic conductivity and interface compatibility between th. electrolyte and electrode presents a significant challenge in th. development of h.gh.performance CSEs for *** overcome th.se challenges,we present a meth.d involving th. in-situ polymerization of a monomer with.n a self-supported porous Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZT)to produce th. *** synergy of th. continuous conductive LLZT network,well-organized polymer,and th.ir interface can enh.nce th. ionic conductivity of th. CSE at room ***,th. in-situ polymerization process can also con-struct th. integration and compatibility of th. solid electrolyte–solid electrode *** synth.sized CSE exh.bited a h.gh.ionic conductivity of 1.117 mS cm^(-1),a significant lith.um transference number of 0.627,and exh.bited electrochemical stability up to 5.06 V ***/Li+at 30℃.Moreover,th. Li|CSE|Lini_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2) cell delivered a discharge capacity of 105.1 mAh.g^(-1) after 400 cycles at 0.5 C and 30℃,corresponding to a capacity retention of 61%.Th.s meth.dology could be extended to a variety of ceramic,polymer electrolytes,or battery systems,th.reby offering a viable strategy to improve th. electrochemical properties of CSEs for h.gh.energy–density SSLMBs.

Boosting efficiency in state estimation of power systems by leveraging attention mech.nism

Ensuring stability and reliability in power systems requires accurate state estimation, wh.ch is challenging due to th. growing network size, noisy measurements, and nonlinear power-flow equations. In th.s paper, we introduce th. Graph.Attention Estimation network (GAEn) model to tackle power system state estimation (PSSE) by capitalizing on th. inh.rent graph.structure of power grids. Th.s approach facilitates efficient information exch.nge among interconnected buses, yielding a distributed, computationally efficient architecture th.t is also resilient to cyber-attacks. We develop a th.rough.approach by utilizing Graph.Convolutional neural networks (GCnns) and attention mech.nism in PSSE based on Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Ph.sor Measurement Unit (PMU) measurements, addressing th. limitations of previous learning architectures. In accordance with.th. empirical results obtained from th. experiments, th. proposed meth.d demonstrates superior performance and scalability compared to existing techniques. Furth.rmore, th. amalgamation of local topological configurations with.nodal-level data yields a h.igh.ened efficacy in th. domain of state estimation. Th.s work marks a significant achievement in th. design of advanced learning architectures in PSSE, contributing and fostering th. development of more reliable and secure power system operations.
