An Assessment of Aquifer Potential in and around a Proposed Well Field Area near Madunaghat, chattogram Using Isotopic Techniques

The study was undertaken for understanding the potential of deep aquifers as a source of safe drinking water and for assessing the status of groundwater aquifer near Madunaghat area, chattogram. The specific issues are salinity, interconnectivity of the shallow and deep aquifers, mixing of groundwater with the adjacent Halda river water, recharge condition and groundwater age. The isotopic data suggest that most of the groundwater results from a mixture between recent recharge and an older component recharge under climatic conditions cooler than at present. The interconnectivity between shallow aquifers and river waters are mostly found in the line wells installed particularly in shallow depth (16 m) close to Halda river as evidenced from the similar tritium values of sampled line well water with that of the Halda river water. The groundwater in Madunaghat well field area is not affected by salinity, as it is evidenced by higher values of Na/Cl ratio of the groundwater samples compared to the sea water fresh water mixing line. The geochemistry of intermediate and deep groundwater is dominated by Na-Mg-HCO3 and Na-HCO3 type waters. Even the relationship between chloride and oxygen-18 (Cl-δ18O) depicts that the waters from the deep, intermediate and shallow wells do not fall on the seawater mixing line. The Carbon-14 contents of intermediate to deep groundwater samples vary from 16.2 to 59.3 pMC indicating the residence time in the range of 4300 to 15,000 years BP, i.e., the sourced water recharged the aquifers a long time ago. The intermediate and deep wells have water with arsenic concentrations less than the detection limit of 3.0 μg/L. Only a few shallow wells have arsenic concentrations greater than the detection limit varying from 13.7 - 47.4 μg/L, which is less than the DoE permissible limit (50 μg/L) implying that the groundwater at Madunaghat area is not affected by Arsenic contamination.

Prevalence of influenza vaccination coverage amongst the first and third generation Asian adults in California, United States of America

Objectives: To verify the diagnostic value of lumbosacral midline cutaneous lesions in asymptomatic children to detect occult spinal dysraphism(OSD)and to propose a practical approach for clinical investigations with respect to the type of cutaneous lesions observed. Design: Retrospective study of 54 children referred to the Department of Pediatric Dermatology between 1990 and 1999 for congenital midline lumbosacral cutaneous lesions. Setting: The private or institutional practices of participating dermatologists and pediatricians. Main Outcome Measures: Evaluation of the diagnostic value of midline cutaneous lesions for the detection of OSD. Association of skin examination findings with spinal anomalies detected by magnetic resonance imaging or ultrasound. Results: Occult spinal dysraphism was detected in 3 of 36 patients with an isolated congenital midline lesion and 11 of 18 patients with a combination of 2 or more different skin lesions. Conclusions: A combination of 2 or more congenital midline skin lesions is the strongest marker of OSD. Careful dermatologic examination is needed to detect suggestive markers and request a spinal magnetic resonance image, which is the most sensitive radiologic approach to detect an OSD.

以中国深沪A股上市公司2012—2020年数据为样本,应用多元回归分析法检验供应链金融对企业风险承担的影响,并探讨环境不确定性和战略差异度对该影响的调节效应。结果表明:供应链金融能够显著增强企业的风险承担能力;进一步分析发现,在低水平供应链金融企业、非国有企业中,环境不确定性会弱化供应链金融与企业风险承担之间的关系,而在高水平供应链金融企业以及国有企业中,战略差异度能强化两者之间的关系。

Liquid-Phase Synthesis of Adipic Acid Using Keggin-Type Phosphomolybdates Catalysts

Adipic acid was synthesized from oxidation of cyclohexanol (-ol), cyclohexanone (-one) or a mixture of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone (-ol/-one) in the presence of hydrogen peroxide in liquid-phase using Keggin-type heteropolysalts (HPS) of formula MxPMo12O40 (noted MPMo12 with M: H, Ni, Co, Fe) as catalysts. The HPS were characterized by elementary analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), UV-visible spectroscopies, X-ray (XR) diffraction and (Brunauer, Emmett and Teller) BET method. Among the HPSs studied, FePMo12 shows no catalytic activity while Co-based HPS exhibits the highest yield to adipic acid for whole subtracts (-ol, -one and -ol/-one).

The interpretability of deep neural networks has aroused widespread concern in the academic and industrial *** paper proposes a new method named the dynamic reasoning and information bottleneck(DRIB)to improve human interpretability and *** the method,a novel dynamic reasoning decision algorithmwas proposed to reduce multiply accumulate operations and improve the interpretability of the *** information bottleneck was introduced to the DRIB model to verify the attribution correctness of the dynamic reasoning *** DRIB reduces the burden approximately 50%by decreasing the amount of *** addition,DRIB keeps the correct rate at approximately 93%.The information bottleneck theory verifies the effectiveness of this method,and the credibility is approximately 85%.In addition,through visual verification of this method,the highlighted area can reach 50%of the predicted area,which can be explained more *** experiments prove that the dynamic reasoning decision algorithm and information bottleneck theory can be combined with each ***,the method provides users with good interpretability and understandability,making deep neural networks trustworthy.
