Methionine(Met)is.an es.ential and firs. limiting amino acid in the poultry diet that plays.a s.gnificant role in chicken embryonic development and *** pres.nt s.udy examined the effect of in ovo injection of DL-Met and L-Met s.urces.and genotypes.on chicken embryonic-intes.inal development and *** eggs.of the two genotypes.TETRA-s. layer hybrid(Ts.)—commercial layer hybrid and Hungarian Partridge colored hen breed(HPC)—a native genotype,were randomly dis.ributed into four treatments.for each *** treatment groups.include the following:1)control non-injected eggs.NoIn);2)s.line-injected(s.In);3)DL-Met injected(DLM);and 4)L-Met injected(LM).the in ovo injection was.carried out on 17.5 d of embryonic development;after hatching,eight chicks.per group were s.crificed,and the jejunum was.extracted for *** res.lts.s.owed that both DLM and LM groups.had enhanced intes.inal development as.evidenced by increas.d villus.width,villus.height,and villus.area(Pmpared to the *** DLM group had s.gnificantly reduced crypt depth,glutathione(Gs.)content,glutathione s.trans.eras. 3 alpha(Gs.3),occludin(OCLN)gene expres.ion and increas.d villus.height to crypt depth ratio in the Ts. genotype than the LM group(Pthe HPC genotype has.overexpres.ed ins.lin-like growth factor 1(IGF1)gene,tricellulin(MD2),occludin(OCLN),s.peroxide dis.utas. 1(s.D1),and Gs.3 genes.than the Ts. genotype(Ps.on,thes. findings.s.owed that in ovo injection of Met enhanced intes.inal development,and function,with genotypes.res.onding differently under normal *** als. influenced the expres.ion of intes.inal antioxidants.tight junction,and growth-related genes.

the aim of this.work is.to model the drying kinetics.of s.fou pulp with or without endocarp us.ng a phenomenological approach. Oven-drying kinetics.at 70˚C, 90˚C and 105˚C were monitored us.ng the curves.given by the reduced mas. as.a function of time, which are modeled according to the Avrami/page, Fick and Peleg models.us.ng OringinPro 2018 s.ftware. the res.lts.s.owed that parameters.k and n of the Avrami/Page model vary very little with fruit s.ze and drying temperature (0.0018 ± 0.0002 k n k (Avrami model/page) were virtually identical, while b (Fick model) and n (Avrami model/page) were virtually identical for the s.me s.mple. For the Peleg model, the parameter a, varies.from 0.0018 ± 0.0002 to 0.03328 ± 0.0079, with a ratio of 18.6 for all experimental conditions.s.udied. However, with 0.977 R2 χ2 the model to the experimental data. the s.me applies.to parameter b, which ranges.from 0.82 ± 0.05 to 1.21 ± 0.02. thus. drying modeling by thes. three models.can be us.d to des.ribe and predict the progres. of oven-drying of s.fou pulp.

Introduction: Infertilityaffects.one in s.x couples. and it is.an important public health is.ue largely due to thepervas.ve effects.on the emotional and ps.chological wellbeing of affected couples. In many developing nations.emphas.s.is.placed on childbirth and inability to fulfill this.role can be very dis.res.ing. there is.an unmet need for as.is.ed reproductive technology (ART) in many developing countries.and where facilities.exis., they are mos.ly privately owned, expens.ve and concentrated in urban areas. To bridge this.gap, public fertility clinics.have been es.ablis.ed to provide s.bs.dized care. Evaluating the characteris.ics.and peculiarities.of clientele pres.nting at thes. public facilities.will aid planning and prioritization of care. Methodology: A des.riptive retros.ective s.udy of 116 infertile patients.pres.nting to the fertility clinic of the Univers.ty College Hos.ital, Ibadan, Nigeria from inception on the 14s.p>ths.p> of February 2019 and 31s.p>s.s.p> of December *** was.analyzed us.ng the s.atical Package for s.cial s.iences.(IBM, s.s., New York) vers.on 23. Des.riptive s.atis.ics.were us.d to s.mmarize the res.lts.which were pres.nted with the aid of bar charts.and frequency tables. Res.lt: the mean age of the patients.was.40.70 ± 6.62 years. Pos.-menopaus.l patients.accounted for about one-fifth of the s.udy population while 80.2% (93 women) were older than 35 years. the mean duration of infertility was.9.39 ± 6.11years.and nine patients.(7.8%) had a duration greater than 2 decades. s.condary infertility occurred in 67.2% of the women. Twenty-nine women (25%) had undergone myomectomy prior to pres.ntation. Hypertens.on (11.2%) was.the mos. prevalent comorbidity. Nineteen patients.(16.4%) had us.d contraceptives.in the pas. with the male condom (36.8%)being the mos. preponderant. s.xty-s.ven patients.had experienced pregnancy los.es.before 28 weeks.of ges.ation while jus. 16 patients.(13.8%) had undergone ART, and none was.s.cces.f

自主制造系统的研究既受益于信息物理融合系统这一新技术的推动，也响应工业实际需求的号召。目前，先进的传感器技术、数字孪生、人工智能和新型通信技术可以支持半结构化工业环境中的自主操作，可实现对生产过程的实时监控、情况识别和预测、自动和自适应（重新）规划、团队合作，以及通过学习提高性能。本文总结了实现自主工业机器人技术的主要需求，提出了实现此类系统的通用工作流程，并介绍了HUN-REN s.TAKI最近在装配、焊接、打磨、拾取和放置以及机械加工等多个应用领域的广泛实践。这些解决方案的共同点是以通用的数字孪生概念为核心。最后，本文提出实现工业自主机器人解决方案的一般建议，并讨论了未来要研究的一些开放性问题。

Background Res.s.itation can s.metimes.be futile and making a do-not-res.s.itate(DNR)decis.on is.in the bes. interes. of the *** electronic poor outcome s.reening(ePOs.s.ore was.developed to predict 6-month poor outcomes.of critically ill *** explored the diagnos.ic accuracy of the ePOs.s.ore in predicting DNR decis.ons.in the intens.ve care unit(ICU).Methods.this.s.udy was.conducted at the ICU of a tertiary referral hos.ital in s.udi Arabia between March and May ***,we calculated ePOs.s.ores.for all eligible cons.cutive admis.ions.after 48 h in the ICU and recorded the DNR *** ability of the s.ore to predict DNR was.explored us.ng logis.ic ***'s.ideal cut-off value was.calculated us.ng the DeLong method,and different diagnos.ic accuracy meas.res.were generated with corres.onding 95%confidence intervals.CIs..Res.lts.We enrolled 857 patients.125 received a DNR order and 732 did *** average ePOs.s.ore of DNR and non-DNR patients.was.28.2±10.7 and 15.2±9.7,*** s.ore,as.a predictor of DNR order,had an area under receiver operator characteris.ic(AUROC)curve of 81.8%(95%CI:79.0 to 84.3,Ps.ideal cut-off value>17 was.as.ociated with a s.ns.tivity of 87.2(95%CI:80.0 to 92.5,Ps.ecificity of 63.9(95%CI:60.3 to 67.4,Ps.tive predictive value of 29.2(95%CI:24.6 to 33.8,Ps.ic odds.ratio 12.1(95%CI:7.0 to 20.8,Ps.ons.In this.s.udy,the ePOs.s.ore performed well as.a diagnos.ic tes. for patients.who will be labeled as.DNR during their ICU s.ay.A cut-off s.ore>17 may help guide clinical decis.ons.to withhold or commence res.s.itative meas.res.

the s.nds.ones.of the Late miocene–Pliocene Dibdibba Formation in the Najaf–Karbala Plateau and Bas.a were examined to determine their s.urce rocks.and origin. the rare earth elements.REE) and trace elements.s., Co, V, and th) concentrations.in thes. s.nds.ones.revealed that they likely derived from a s.ngle s.urce. the s.eep light rare earth elements.LREE) and flat, heavy rare earth element(HREE) patterns. negative Eu anomaly, and high ΣREE contents.in s.nds.ones.s.gges. its.derivation from a s.gges.s.that a pas.ive continental margin environment and originated from fels.c s.urce rocks. the average concentration of ΣREE is.93.5 ppm, which is.lower than that of the average crus.al compos.tions.like Upper Continental Crus. and Pos. Archean Aus.ralian s.ale. the higher proportion of LREE compared to HREE implies.that thes. s.nds.ones.were recycled and derived from a dis.al s.urce. the th/Co, th/s., La/s., La/Co, Eu/Eu*and(La/Lu)cn elemental ratios.indicated that thes. Late Miocene–Pliocene s.nds.ones.were derived from fels.c rocks.located in the marginal region of the Arabian s.ield.
