Manganese and chromium doping in atomically thin MoS2

Recently,two-dimensional materials have been attracting increasing attention because of their novel properties and promising ***,the impurity doping remains a significant challenge owing to the lack of the doping strategy in the atomically thin *** we report on the chromium（Cr） and manganese（Mn）doping in atomically-thin MoS_2 crystals grown by chemical vapor *** Cr/Mn doped MoS_2 samples are characterized by a peak at 1.76 and 1.79 eV in photoluminescence spectra,respectively,compared with the undoped one at 1.85 *** field-effect transistor（FET） devices based on the Mn doping show a higher threshold voltage than that of the pure MoS_2 while the Cr doping exhibits the opposite ***,the carrier concentration in these samples displays a remarkable difference arising from the doping effect,consistent with the evolution of the FET *** temperature-dependent conductivity measurements further demonstrate a large variation in activation *** successful incorporation of the Mn and Cr impurities into the monolayer MoS_2 paves the way towards the high Curie temperature two-dimensional dilute magnetic semiconductors.

WTe2, as a type-II Weyl semimetal, has 2D Fermi arcs on the (001) surface in the bulk and 1D helical edge states in its monolayer. These features have recently attracted wide attention in condensed matter ***, in the intermediate regime between the bulk and monolayer, the edge states have not been resolved owing to its closed band gap which makes the bulk states dominant. Here, we report the signatures of the edge superconductivity by superconducting quantum interference measurements in multilayer WTe2Josephson junctions and we directly map the localized supercurrent. In thick WTe2(～ 60 nm), the supercurrent is uniformly distributed by bulk states with symmetric Josephson effect(|Ic~+(B)|=|Ic~-(B)|).In thin WTe2(10 nm), however, the supercurrent becomes confined to the edge and its width reaches up to 1.4 μm and exhibits non-symmetric behavior |Ic~+(B)|≠|Ic~-(B)|. The ability to tune the edge domination by changing thickness and the edge superconductivity establishes WTe2as a promising topological system with exotic quantum phases and a rich physics.

The SPAIF technic has been used for rapid detection of salmonellae in foodstuffs. Parallel testing with SPAIF, conventional immunolfluoresence technic (CIF) and routine culture isolation was carried out on 2,250 samples of 10 food categories showing SPAIF superiority over CIF on the following grounds. Stained smears easier to read, postenriched culture unnecessary, higher sensitivity and specificity, easier to perform. The SPAIF has a much higher salmonella detection rate than routine culture. A total of 17,310 samples of 3 main kinds of food are SPAIF screened showing that SPAIF can be easily applied in regional or district bacteriologic laboratories.

近年来,以雾霾、河流污染等为代表的跨界污染问题严重影响了我国经济社会的可持续协调发展。本文将跨界污染治理视为典型的地区间外溢性公共品,从公共经济学的视角出发,分析了我国地区间跨界污染治理的种种困境,并通过构建两阶段多边博弈模型,探讨了补偿机制的可行性。本文首先构建了一个跨地区的污染模型,通过中央政府干预或不干预的博弈分析发现,当污染存在地区内部及跨地区的外溢性时,如果中央政府不介入而由企业自行设定产出水平,那么企业的污染排放水平将超过社会有效率的水平。在此基础上,本文进一步构建了一个两阶段多边补偿机制博弈模型,即由中央政府设计一个地区内部企业与居民之间以及跨地区之间的补偿机制,来解决以上的无效性问题。结果显示,当企业支付的补偿金额取决于居民设定的补偿系数,而居民得到的补偿金额又取决于企业设定的补偿系数时,相互影响的博弈关系使得企业和居民从自身的利益出发,将补偿系数设定在企业污染对于居民边际损害的水平,从而企业生产水平会达到有效状态,两阶段多边补偿机制实现了有效的污染排放。本文在庇古税思想的基础上,通过放松庇古税对外部性相关信息的强假设,构建了一个两阶段多边补偿机制,即由企业缴纳庇古税后,中央将征收的庇古税补偿给居民,这样不仅内部化了企业污染给居民造成的负外部性,还进一步平衡了地区间的跨界污染治理问题。

针对传感器交叉提示在目标跟踪中的应用问题,围绕如何通过传感器交叉提示技术实现"传感器资源管理"、"提高目标跟踪精度"和"实现目标交接"展开研究,提出传感器网络效能评价函数,分析不同类型的交叉提示发生的时机与条件,设计基于博弈论的多传感器交叉提示算法,并提出基于假设检验理论的传感器博弈策略调整方法。仿真结果表明,本文提出的多传感器交叉提示模型符合实际作战场景,能够顺利实现传感器管理、提高目标跟踪精度和进行目标交接,与粒子群算法、合同网算法和拍卖算法相比,博弈论算法具有较好的求解质量,收敛速度明显提高。
