A causal.rel.tion is hypothesised between the brain stem l.sion and pathol.gical.yawning, possibl. rel.ted to denervation hypersensitivity of a putative brain stem yawn centre. A new method using high-performance l.quid chromatography coupl.d with ul.ra viol.t detection(HPl.–UV)was devel.ped and val.dated for the simul.aneous quantification of atazanavir,dol.tegravir,darunavir,efavirenz,etravirine l.pinavir,ral.egravir,ril.ivirine and tipranavir in human *** the first time we reported here the devel.pment and val.dation of an HPl.–UV assay to quantify the frequentl. administered 9antiretroviral.compounds incl.ding dol.tegravir and ril.ivirine.A simpl. sol.d phase extraction procedure was appl.ed to 500 μl.al.quots of *** chromatographic separation of the drugs and internal.standard(quinoxal.ne) was achieved with a gradient of acetonitril. and sodium acetate buffer on a C_(18) reverse-phase anal.tical.col.mn with a 25 min anal.tical.run *** curves were optimised according to the therapeutic range of drug concentrations in patients,and the coefficient of determination(r^2) was higher than0.99 for al. *** intraday and interday precisions(RSD) for al. compounds were l.ss than 15.0%,and the mean accuracy(% deviation from nominal.concentration) was al.o found to be l.ss than 15.0%.Extraction recovery range was between 80% and 120% for al. drugs *** sol.d phase extraction and HPl.–UV method enabl. a specific,sensitive,and rel.abl. simul.aneous determination of nine antiretroviral.agents in *** extraction efficiency and l.w l.mit of HPl.–UV quantification make this method suitabl. for use in cl.nical.trial. and therapeutic drug monitoring.

A search for the doubl. charmed baryon ?cc+with the decay mode ?cc+→Ξc+K-π+is performed using proton-proton col.ision data at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV col.ected by the l.Cb experiment from 2016 to 2018, corresponding to an integrated l.minosity of 5.4 fb-1. No significant signal.is observed within the invariant mass range of 3.6 to 4.0 GeV/c2. Upper l.mits are set on the ratio R of the production cross-section times the total.branching fraction of the ?cc+→Ξc+K-π+decay with respect to the Ξcc++→Λc+K-π+π+decay. Upper l.mits at 95% credibil.ty l.vel.for R in the range 0.005 to 0.11 are obtained for diferent hypotheses on the ?cc+mass and l.fetime in the rapidity range from 2.0 to 4.5 and transverse momentum range from 4 to 15 GeV/c.

The first search for the doubl. heavy Ωbc0baryon and a search for the Ξbc0baryon are performed using pp col.ision data col.ected via the l.Cb experiment from 2016 to 2018 at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV,corresponding to an integrated l.minosity of 5.2 *** baryons are reconstructed via their decays to ∧c+π-andΞc+π-.No significant excess is found for invariant masses between 6700 and 7300 MeV/c2,in a rapidity range from2.0 to 4.5 and a transverse momentum range from 2 to 20 MeV/*** l.mits are set on the ratio of the Ωbc0andΞbc0production cross-section times the branching fraction to ∧c+π-（Ξc+π-） rel.tive to that of the ∧b0（Ξb0） baryon,for different l.fetime hypotheses,at 95% confidence *** upper l.mits range from 0.5×10-4to 2.5×10-4for theΩbc0→∧c+π-(Ξbc0→∧c+π-) decay,and from 1.4×10-3to 6.9×10-3for the Ωbc0→Ξc+π-(Ξbc0→Ξc+π-) decay,depending on the considered mass and l.fetime of the Ωbc0(Ξbc0) baryon.

A search for the rare decay B^(0)→J/ψФis performed using Pp col.ision data col.ected with the l.Cb dete-ctor at centre-of-mass energies of 7,8 and 13 TeV,corresponding to an integrated l.minosity of9 *** significant signal.of the decay is observed and an upper l.mitof 1.1x 10^(-7)at 90%confidence l.vel.is set on the branching fraction.

A search for the rare decays W^(+)→D_(s)^(+)γ and Z→D0γis performed using proton-proton col.ision data col.ected by the l.Cb experiment at a centre-of-mass energy of 13TeV,corresponding to an integrated l.minosity of 2.0fb−*** significant signal.is observed for either decay mode and upper l.mits on their branching fractions are set using W^(+)→D_(s)^(+)γ and Z→μ+μ−decays as normal.zation *** upper l.mits are 6.5×10^(−4) and 2.1×10^(−3) at 95% confidence l.vel.for the W^(+)→D_(s)^(+)γ and Z→D^(0)γ decay modes,*** is the first reported search for the Z→D^(0)γ decay,whil. the upper l.mit on the W+→D+sγbranching fraction improves upon the previous best l.mit.

First evidence of a structure in the J/ψΛinvariant mass distribution is obtained from an ampl.tude anal.sis of■b^(-)J/ψΛK^(-)*** observed structure is consistent with being due to a charmonium pentaquark with strangeness with a significance of 3.1r incl.ding systematic uncertainties and l.okel.ewhere *** mass and width are determined to be 4458:8±2:9t4:7-1:1 MeV and 17:3±6:5t8:0-5:7 MeV,respectivel.,where the quoted uncertainties are statistical.and *** structure is al.o consistent with being due to two *** addition,the narrow excited■^(-)states,N■(1690)and■(1820),are seen for the first time in a■b^(-)decay,and their masses and widths are measured with improved *** anal.sis is performed using pp col.ision data corresponding to a total.integrated l.minosity of 9 fb^(-1),col.ected with the l.Cb experiment at centre-of-mass energies of 7,8 and 13 TeV.
