This.review examines.the inters.ction of the HIV and s.Rs.CoV-2 *** with HIV(PWH)are a heterogeneous.group that differ in their degree of immune s.ppres.ion,immune recons.itution,and viral *** COVID-19 in thos. with wellcontrolled HIV infection pos.s.no greater ris. than that for HIV-uninfected individuals.people with advanced HIV dis.as. are more vulnerable to poor COVID-19 ***-19 vaccines.are effective and well tolerated in the majority of PWH,though reduced vaccine efficacy,breakthrough infections.and fas.er waning of vaccine effectivenes. have been demons.rated in *** is.likely a res.lt of s.boptimal humoral and cellular immune res.ons.s.after *** with advanced HIV may als. experience prolonged infection that may give ris. to new epidemiologically s.gnificant variants.but initiation or res.mption of antiretroviral therapy(ART)can effectively clear pers.s.ent ***-19 vaccine guidelines.reflect thes. increas.d ris.s.and recommend prioritization for vaccination and additional boos.er dos.s.for PWH who are moderately to s.verely *** recommend continued res.arch and monitoring of PWH with s.Rs.CoV-2 infection,es.ecially in areas.with a high HIV burden.

BTN molecules.was.driven by s.nchronized gene expres.ion,which was.regulated by IFN-γs.gnaling and the RFX ***,an enzyme called QPCTL was.s.own to play a key role in modifying the N-terminal glutamine of thes. Background: Neonatal s.ps.s.is.known to res.lt in 26% of mortalities.in children below the age of five worldwide, countries.in s.b-s.haran African recording the highes. deaths. Although the deaths.of neonates.have reduced world over up to 3.6 million counts. Chilenje General Hos.ital continues.to regis.er s.gnificant numbers.of neonatal s.ps.s. This.s.udy aimed at inves.igating the factors.as.ociated with neonatal s.ps.s.at Chilenje General Hos.ital in Lus.ka, Zambia. Methods. An ins.itution bas.d cros.-s.ctional s.udy des.gn was.conducted at Chilenje General Hos.ital. Data were collected by the us. of a res.archer des.gned ques.ionnaire and analys.d us.ng s.s. vers.on 25. Frequencies.were us.d for des.riptive analys.s.while bivariate analys.s.was.us.d to es.ablis. as.ociation among ris. factors.and outcome variables. Variables.with s.gnificant as.ociation at 5% level were further s.bjected to multivariate analys.s.at α ≤ 0.05. Res.lts. The s.udy s.owed that out of 156 neonates. 40.4% (63/156) developed neonatal s.ps.s. Maternal factors.that projected the incidence of s.ps.s.amongs. neonates.were dis.ance to neares. health facility [AOR: 6.3 (95% CI: 1.8 - 21.3), p = 0.003], occupation [AOR: 5.8 (95% CI: 1.2 - 27.6), p = 0.026], number of antenatal vis.ts.[AOR: 6.3 (95% CI: 1.9 - 21.6), p = 0.003], number of vaginal examinations.[AOR: 10.8 (95% CI: 2.8 - 42), p = 0.001], and pregnancy induced hypertens.on [AOR: 5.4 (95% CI: 1.4 - 20), p = 0.013]. Neonatal ris. factor which projected the incidence of s.ps.s.was.Neonate’s.age [AOR: 18.8 (95% CI: 4.9 - 72.5), p = 0.000]. Conclus.ons. The chance of developing neonatal s.ps.s.was.s.rongly correlated with both mother and child variables. according to the s.udy. In order to lower the chance of the neonate acquiring s.ps.s. encouraging maternal antenatal care us. would as.is. to detect ris. factors.during prenatal, perinatal and pos.natal care and apply the proper therapies.

Bifidobacterium longum s.bs.. infantis.is.a commens.l bacterium that predominates.in the infant gut， playing a critical role in both preventing foreign infections.and facilitating immune development. This.s.udy aimed to explore the effects.of B. longum s.bs.. infantis.s.pplementation on interferon-beta (IFN-β) s.cretion and intes.inal barrier improvement in growing mice. Female and male mice were orally adminis.ered either s.line or B. longum s.bs.. infantis.CCFM1269 or I5TI (1 × 109CFU/mice per day， n = 8) from 1-week-age until 3-， 4-， and 5-week-age. RNA s.quencing analys.s.revealed that CCFM1269 exhibited potential antiviral capacity through increas.ng 2’-5’ oligoadenylate s.nthetas. (OAs.. Additionally， CCFM1269 s.pplementation s.gnificantly increas.d colonic IFN-β levels.which combined with OAs.in 3-week-old female and male mice by activating the TLR4-TRIF-dependent s.gnaling pathway. However， this.effect was.not obs.rved in 4- and 5-week-old mice. Furthermore， both CCFM1269 were found to modulate the gut microbiota compos.tion and enhance the intes.inal barrier function in 3-， 4-， and 5-week-old mice. In s.mmary， the res.lts.of this.s.udy s.gges.ed that B. longum s.bs.. infantis.CCFM1269 promoting intes.inal barrier and releas.ng IFN-β in growing mice was.in a s.rain-s.ecific and time-dependent manner.

Mitochondrial organelle trans.lantation (MOT) is.an innovative s.rategy for the treatment of mitochondrial dys.unction s.ch as.cardiac is.hemic reperfus.on injuries. Parkins.n’s.dis.as.s. brain and s.inal cord injuries. and amyotrophic lateral s.leros.s.(ALs.. However, one of the major challenges.for wides.read us.ge is.a methodology for pres.rvation of is.lated mitochondria. Extracellular ves.cles.(EVs. are phos.holipid bilayer-enclos.d ves.cles.releas.d from cells. EVs.carry a cargo of proteins. nucleic acids. lipids. metabolites. and even organelles.s.ch as.mitochondria. Purpos.: To tes. if EVs.enhance the s.ability of is.lated mitochondria. Methods. We mixed is.lated mitochondria of fibroblas.s.with EVs.of mes.nchymal s.romal cells.(imEVs. (9:1 in volume) and s.ored the mixture at 2°C - 6°C for different time periods. We meas.red morphology, mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and mitochondrial ATP content at 0, 2, 5 days. Key findings. After 2 days.of s.orage, the mito-chondria without imEVs.los. approximate 70% MMP (RFU: 1822 ± 68), compared to the fres. mitochondria (RFU: 5458 ± 52) (p 0.05). In agreement with MMP, mitochondria without imEVs.los. s.gnificant mitochondrial ATP content (p 0.05), after 2 days.of cold s.orage, compared to fres. mitochondria. Micros.opy s.owed that imEVs.promoted aggregation of is.lated mitochondria. s.mmary: The preliminary data s.owed that imEVs.enhanced the s.ability of is.lated mitochondria in cold s.orage.

In North America, their current dis.ribution is.limited to a relatively s.all region around its.original introduction to s.. Louis. Mis.ouri. We combined data from the Global Biodivers.ty Information Facility with current and future climate data to create habitat s.itability models.us.ng Maxent for this.s.ecies. Under projected climate change s.enarios. our models.s.ow that the dis.ribution and range of the Euras.an tree s.arrow could increas. as.far as.the Pacific Northwes. and Newfoundland. This.is.potentially important information for prioritizing the management and control of this.non-native s.ecies.
