（目标）主要就断奶前饲喂奇力素（甘露寡糖）对犊牛日增重的影响进行荟萃分析。（方法）文献检索包括同行评审的试验研究以及会议摘要。这些试验主要研究了饲喂奇力素对断奶前犊牛日增重的影响。对奇力素产生的总体效果进行随机效应荟萃分析，同时比较了在不同类型液体饲料条件下．饲喂奇力素对犊牛的影响。（结果）数据主要来自1993年至2012年间，美国、英国、巴西、智利、捷克、印度、日本、秘鲁、波兰、西班牙以及土耳其所发表的相关研究。奇力素的饲喂量从2～10g／天不等，平均3．9g／天。21个研究发现在牛奶或代乳粉中添加奇力素可以提高犊牛的日增重。随机效应荟萃分析模型发现饲喂奇力素组比对照组日增重增加0．064kg（P〈0．01）。对于不同类型的液体饲料，得出的结果也类似。代乳粉中补充奇力素可以增加日增重0．055kg。牛奶中补充奇力素可以增加日增重0．071kg．废弃奶／代乳粉中补充奇力素日增重增加0．068kg。漏斗图显示没有发表偏差和报告偏差。（结论）牛奶或代乳粉中添加奇力素可使断奶前犊牛日增重增加64g／天／头。这也就意味着2月龄断奶时，饲喂奇力素可以使每头犊牛体重多增加3．8kg。

BACKGROUND There has been an increase in cases of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)in recent *** is also greater access and availability of immunosuppressive and biological agents,which increase the risk of opportunistic infection despite improving the quality of life and promoting mucosal ***(TB)remains a public health problem,and it has a high incidence in several ***,knowledge of the risk of developing TB in patients with IBD is *** To evaluate the risk of active TB in patients with IBD under treatment from an endemic area in latin *** A standard questionnaire included demographic variables,clinical aspects of IBD disease,history of active TB during treatment,active TB characteristics and evolution,initial screening and results and time from the start of anti-tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNFα)to TB *** Azathioprine,anti-TNFα and the combination of these two drugs were associated with a higher risk of active TB *** TNFα blockers increased the relative risk of developing active TB compared to other *** four multivariable models showed that the use of TNFα blockers alone or in combination with azathioprine was an important risk factor for the incidence of active *** adjustment for sex,age,type of IBD and latent TB,anti-TNFα with azathioprine increased the relative risk to 17.8 times more than conventional *** TB,which was diagnosed 3 mo after the start of anti-TNFα,was the most *** Treatment with anti-TNFα increased the risk of active TB in IBD patients from an endemic area in latin *** risk was increased when anti-TNFα was combined with *** time from the beginning of the treatment to the active TB diagnosis suggests a new TB infection.

Rarely,scientific developments centered around the patient as a whole *** multidisciplinary group,headed by gastrointestinal surgeons,applied this research philosophy considering the most important aspects of thediseases“colon-and rectal cancer”in the long-term *** expertcooperation/knowledge at the Comprehensive Cancer Center Ulm(CCCU)wereapplied in several phase III trials for multimodal treatments of primary tumors(MMT)and metastatic diseases(involving nearly 2000 patients and 64 centers),fortreatment individualization of MMT and of metastatic disease,for psychooncology/quality of life involving the patients’wishes,and for disease *** of the targets initially were heavily rejected/discussed in thescientific communities,but now have become standards in treatments andnational guidelines or are topics in modern translational research protocolsinvolving molecular biology for e.g.,“patient centered individualized treatment”.In this context we also describe the paths we had to tread in order to realize ournew goals,which at the end were highly beneficial for the patients from manypoints of *** description is also important for students and youngresearchers who,with an actual view on our recent developments,might want toknow how medical progress was achieved.

Capitalist Planning？ The ＂Bombay Plan＂ as Contribution to Economic Debates Within the Indian National Movement, 1927-1945

The desire to draft a planning framework for India after independence was not only expressed by leftist groups. It was also on the agenda of business groups who published the Bombay Plan in 1944. Ideas of "economic nationalism", "state control", and "socialism" were attained from heterogeneous debates within the national movement and attached to a pro-capitalist agenda. This paper will explain the power relations behind the Bombay Plan, within the field of political forces of the Indian national movement. It shows their success in the strategy of co-operating with the Indian National Congress (INC) to impose their economic agenda. Secondly, it argues that there was a strong capitalist interest in planning.
