Lithium-ion batteries are the preferred green energy storage method and are equipped with intelligent battery management systems(BMSs)that efficiently manage the *** not only ensures the safety performance of the batteries but also significantly improves their efficiency and reduces their damage *** their whole life cycle,lithium-ion batteries undergo aging and performance degradation due to diverse external environments and irregular degradation of internal *** degradation is reflected in the state of health(SOH)***,this review offers the first comprehensive analysis of battery SOH estimation strategies across the entire lifecycle over the past five years,highlighting common research focuses rooted in data-driven *** delves into various dimensions such as dataset integration and preprocessing,health feature parameter extraction,and the construction of SOH estimation *** approaches unearth hidden insights within data,addressing the inherent tension between computational complexity and estimation *** enha nce support for in-vehicle implementation,cloud computing,and the echelon technologies of battery recycling,remanufacturing,and reuse,as well as to offer insights into these technologies,a segmented management approach will be introduced in the *** will encompass source domain data processing,multi-feature factor reconfiguration,hybrid drive modeling,parameter correction mechanisms,and fulltime health *** on the best SOH estimation outcomes,health strategies tailored to different stages can be devised in the future,leading to the establishment of a comprehensive SOH assessment *** will mitigate cross-domain distribution disparities and facilitate adaptation to a broader array of dynamic operation *** article reviews the current research landscape from four perspectives and discusses the challenges that lie *** and practitioners can gain

Mixed neuroendocrine non-neuroendocrine neoplasms(MiNENs)are a hetero-geneous group of malignant neoplasms that can settle in the gastroenteropan-creatic *** are composed of a neuroendocrine(NE)and a non-NE compo-nent in at least 30%of each *** non-NE component can include different histological combinations of glandular,squamous,mucinous and sarcomatoid phenotypes,and one or both of the components can be low-or high grade *** changes in the nomenclature of these neoplasms might lead to great deal of confusion,and the lack of specific clinical trials is the main reason why their management is *** review aims to clarify the definition of MiNEN and analyze available evidence about their diagnosis and treatment options according to their location and extension through careful analysis of the available *** would be important to reach a general consensus on their diagnosis in order to construct a classification that remains stable over time and facilitates the design of clinical trials that,due to their low incidence,will require long recruitment periods.

This paper investigates the stabilization of a Bresse system with internal damping and logarithmic source. The authors use the potential well theory. For initial data in the stability set created by the Nehari surface, the existence of a global solution is proved by using Faedo-Galerkin's approximation. The Nakao theorem gives the exponential decay.A numerical approach is presented to illustrate the results obtained.

Battery life prediction is of great significance to the safe operation,and reduces the maintenance *** paper proposes a hybrid framework considering feature extraction to achieve more accurate and stable life prediction performance of the *** feature extraction,eight features are obtained to fed into the life prediction *** hybrid framework combines variational mode decomposition,the multi-kernel support vector regression model and the improved sparrow search algorithm to solve the problem of data backward,uneven distribution of high-dimensional feature space and the local escape ability,*** parameters of the estimation model are obtained by introducing the elite chaotic opposition-learning strategy and adaptive weights to optimize the sparrow search *** algorithm can improve the local escape ability and convergence performance and find the global *** comparison is conducted by dataset from National Aeronautics and Space Administration which shows that the proposed framework has a more accurate and stable prediction *** with other algorithms,the SOH estimation accuracy of the proposed algorithm is improved by 0.16%–1.67%.With the advance of the start point,the RUL prediction accuracy of the proposed algorithm does not change much.

Urea synthesis through the simultaneous electrocatalytic reduction of N_(2)and CO_(2)molecules under ambient conditions holds great promises as a sustainable alternative to its industrial production,in which the development of stable,highly efficient,and highly selective catalysts to boost the chemisorption,activation,and coupling of inert N_(2)and CO_(2)molecules remains rather ***,by means of density functional theory computations,we proposed a new class of two-dimensional nanomaterials,namely,transition-metal phosphide monolayers(TM_(2)P,TM=Ti,Fe,Zr,Mo,and W),as the potential electrocatalysts for urea *** results showed that these TM_(2)P materials exhibit outstanding stability and excellent metallic ***,the Mo_(2)P monolayer was screened out as the best catalyst for urea synthesis due to its small kinetic energy barrier(0.35 ev)for C-N coupling,low limiting potential(-0.39 v),and significant suppressing effects on the competing side *** outstanding catalytic activity of the Mo_(2)P monolayer can be ascribed to its optimal adsorption strength with the key^(*)NCON species due to its moderate positive charges on the Mo active *** findings not only propose a novel catalyst with high-efficiency and high-selectivity for urea production but also further widen the potential applications of metal phosphides in electrocatalysis.

Temperature is a key factor that shapes the distribution of *** knowledge about how species respond to temperature is relevant to devise strategies for addressing the impacts of climate *** insects are particularly vulnerable to climate change,yet there is still much to learn about their ecology and *** the Yungas ecoregion of Northwestern Argentina,cold-and warm-adapted species of the orders Ephemeroptera,Plecoptera,and Trichoptera(EPT)are segregated by *** modeled the ecological niche of South American EPT species in this region using available data and projected their potential distribution in geographic *** were grouped based on their ecogeographic similarity,and we analyzed their replacement pattern along elevation gradients,focusing on the ecotone where opposing thermal preferences *** this interface,we identified critical points where the combined incidence of cold and warm assemblages maximizes,indicating a significant transition *** found that the Montane Cloud Forest holds the interface,with a particularly greater suitability at its lower *** main axis of the interface runs in a N-S direction and falls between 14°C-16°C mean annual *** probability of a particular location within a basin being classified as part of the interface increases as Kira’s warmth index approaches a score around *** the interface is critical for defining the thermal limits of species distribution and designing biomonitoring *** in the location of thermal constants related to mountainous ecotones may cause vertical displacement of aquatic insects and vegetation *** have recognized significant temperature thresholds that serve as indicators of suitability for the *** global warming is anticipated to shift these indicators,we suggest using them to monitor the imprints of climate change on mountain ecosystems.

Sociodemographic determinants associated with breastfeeding in term infants with low birth weight in Latin American countries

BACKGROUND A progressive decrease in exclusive breastfeeding(BF)is observed in Latin America and the Caribbean compared with global *** possibility of being breastfed and continuing BF for>6 months is lower in low birth weight than in healthy-weight *** To identify factors associated with BF maintenance and promotion,with particular attention to low-and middle-income countries,by studying geographic,socioeconomic,and individual or neonatal health *** A scoping review was conducted in 2018 using the conceptual model of social determinants of health published by the Commission on Equity and Health Inequalities in the United *** extracted data with common characteristics were synthesized and categorized into two main themes:(1)Sociodemographic factors and proximal determinants involved in the initiation and maintenance of BF in low-birth-weight term infants in Latin America;and(2)individual characteristics related to the self-efficacy capacity for BF maintenance and adherence in low-birth-weight term *** This study identified maternal age,educational level,maternal economic capacity,social stratum,exposure to BF substitutes,access to BF information,and quality of health services as mediators for maintaining *** Individual self-efficacy factors that enable BF adherence in at-risk populations should be analyzed for better health outcomes.

Mathematical modeling for estimating influenza vaccine efficacy:A case study of the valencian Community,Spain.

vaccine efficacy and its quantification is a crucial concept for the proper design of public health vaccination *** this work we proposed a mathematical model to estimate the efficacy of the influenza vaccine in a real-word *** particular,our model is a SEIR-type epidemiological model,which distinguishes vaccinated and unvaccinated ***,its dynamics is governed by a nonlinear system of ordinary differential equations,where the non-linearity arises from the effective contacts between susceptible and infected *** key aspects of this study is that we use a vaccine distribution over time that is based on real data specific to the elderly people in the valencian Community and the calibration process takes into account that over one influenza season a specific proportion of the population becomes infected with *** consider the effectiveness of the vaccine,the model incorporates a parameter,the vaccine attenuation factor,which is related with the vaccine efficacy against the influenza *** this framework,in order to calibrate the model parameters and to obtain an influenza vaccine efficacy estimation,we considered the 2016–2017 influenza season in the valencian Community,Spain,using the influenza reported cases of vaccinated and *** order to ensure the model identifiability,we choose to deterministically calibrate the parameters for different scenarios and we find the one with the minimum error in order to determine the vaccine *** calibration results suggest that the influenza vaccine developed for 2016–2017 influenza season has an efficacy of approximately 76.7%,and that the risk of becoming infected is five times higher for an unvaccinated individual in comparison with a vaccinated *** estimation partially agrees with some previous studies related to the influenza *** study presents a new integrated mathematical approach to study the influenza vaccine efficacy and gives f
