Background: The.trigge. finge., also known as ste.osing te.osynovitis of the.fle.or te.don, is a common cause.of hand disability;This can re.ult in significant limitations in ce.tain daily living activitie.. It is possible.to tre.t this condition with conse.vative.or surgical me.hods. Me.hods: This is a re.rospe.tive. obse.vational, cross-se.tional and de.criptive.study. The.source.population consiste. of all patie.ts with a diagnosis of trigge. finge. who had be.n tre.te. in the.de.artme.t of plastic and re.onstructive.surge.y of our institution be.we.n 2020 and 2023. The.primary obje.tive.of this study is to de.e.mine.the.pre.ale.ce.and characte.ize.the.clinical and surgical characte.istics of the.population affe.te. by trigge. finge. in our hospital. Re.ults: The.total population was 237 patie.ts, of which 165 we.e.wome. (70%) and 72 me. (30%). The.most affe.te. hand was the.right hand, with a total of 158 patie.ts (67%). In the.right hand, the.middle.finge. was the.most affe.te. (45%). Of the.237 patie.ts, 80 of the. had obe.ity (34%), 86 had type.2 diabe.e. me.litus (36%), 95 had syste.ic arte.ial hype.te.sion (40%). Ope. te.hnique.was pe.forme. in 190 (80%) patie.ts, while.pe.cutane.us te.hnique.was pe.forme. in 47 (20%) of the.. conclusion: The.fe.ale.se. was twice.as fre.ue.t, and the.middle.finge. and thumb we.e.the.most affe.te.. Spain,mainly the.re.ion of Madrid(ce.tral Spain),which was fully cove.e. with snow and suffe.e. fre.zing te.pe.ature. for a fortnight.Using bird surve.s conducte. in the.winte.-spring of 2020 and 2021(be.ore.and afte. Filome.a)at same.locations,we.addre.se. the.possible.impact of the.cold spe.l in thre. wide.pre.d game.irds:Wood Pige.n(columba palumbus),e.rasian Magpie.Pica pica)and Re.-le.ge. Partridge.Ale.toris rufa).No significant abundance.diffe.e.ce. we.e.found be.we.n ye.rs for none.of the.spe.ie. and hunting pre.sure.was only significantly re.uce. for Partridge.,he.ce.this spe.ie. may have.be.n ne.ative.y affe.te. by Filome.a.Re.ults sugge.t that in re.ponse.to Filome.a,Pige.ns conducte. partial migration in se.rch of be.te. conditions,while.Magpie. aggre.ate. in ce.tain are.s of Madrid and Partridge. e.dure. the.harsh conditions within the.r home.range..Our re.ults highlight the.importance.to alle.iate.ne.ative.impacts of e.tre.e.we.the. e.e.ts in wild birds through manage.e.t actions,e.pe.ially for se.e.tary spe.ie..

Agriculture.is one.of the.priority se.tors in Timor-Le.te. Introducing ne. agriculture.te.hnology is crucial to e.hance.agricultural production. Practicing cattle.fatte.ing can incre.se.be.f cattle.body we.ght and ge.e.ate.income.to the.be.f cattle.farme.s. As farme.s face.proble.s including agricultural production de.line. lack of forage. and information and we.the. unfavourable. The.study’s purpose.was to e.amine.the.impact of adoption of cattle.fatte.ing te.hnology on farme. house.olds in Atabae.administrative.post, Bobonaro municipality in Timor-Le.te. The.e.we.e.200 be.f cattle.farme.s house.olds whe.e.randomly se.e.te. in four village. in Atabae. It consiste. of 65 farme.s practicing cattle.fatte.ing and 135 farme.s non-practicing cattle.fatte.ing. Face.to face.inte.vie.s use. structure. que.tionnaire. Statistical analysis such as t-te.t and de.criptive.analysis we.e.use. to e.amine.impact adoption of cattle.fatte.ing te.hnology by farme.s and factor constraints of cattle.production and the.solutions of it. The.re.ults indicate. the.ave.age.value.of cattle.and profit we.e.significant diffe.e.t from ze.o and it is associate. with practicing of cattle.fatte.ing. The.ave.age.of labour use. on cattle.activitie., the.ave.age.of cattle.sold, and total cost spe.t on cattle.we.e.not significant diffe.e.t from ze.o. The.pe.ce.tage.of farme.s said that factors constraints cattle.production we.e.shortage.of wate. and forage.(53%) and spe.d time.on culture.ce.e.ony and lack of capital (33%). The.numbe. of farme.s said that the. colle.te. wate. from rive., fe.d cattle.with sago and forage.(55.3%) and cultivate. forage.(23.4%). This finding contribute. information to the.farme.s, trade.s, and Timore.e.gove.nme.t to continue.imple.e.ting cattle.fatte.ing activitie. as it e.hance. farme.s’ income.and de.e.oping cattle.production.
