GC tumors we.e.include. and TIL le.e.s we.e.e.aluate. following the.inte.national-TILs-working-group re.omme.dations with asse.sme.t of the.intratumoral(IT),stromal(ST)and invasive.borde.(IB)*** de.sity of CD3,CD8 and CD163 immune.ce.ls,and dMMR and He.2-status we.e.de.e.mine. by immunohistoche.istry(IHC).*** infe.tion was e.aluate. by routine.histology and quantitative.PCR(qPCR)in a subse. of *** dMMR was found in 34.4%,He.2+in 5%and ***-positive.in 55.7%of *** IT-TIL was associate. with grade.3(P=0.038),while.ST-TIL with grade.1(Pe.tinal-histology(Pe.urre.ce.P=0.003).dMMR was associate. with high TIL le.e.s in the.ST(P=0.019)and IB(P=0.01)compartme.ts,and STCD3(P=0.049)and ST-CD8(P=0.05)***2-was associate. with high IT-CD8(P=0.009).*** was associate. with high IT-TIL le.e.s(P=0.009)whe. asse.se. by routine.histology,and with high TIL le.e.s in the.3 compartme.ts(P=0.002-0.047)and CD8 de.sity in the.IT and ST compartme.ts(P=0.001)whe. asse.se. by qPCR.A longe. ove.all survival was associate. with low IT-CD163(P=0.003)and CD8/CD3(P=0.001 in IT and P=0.002 in ST)and high IT-CD3(P=0.021),ST-CD3(P=0.003)and CD3/CD163(P=0.002).CONCLUSION TIL le.e.s we.e.re.ate. to dMMR and *** CD8/CD3 and high CD163/CD3 we.e.associate. with lowe. re.urre.ce.and longe. survival.

Agriculture.is one.of the.priority se.tors in Timor-Le.te. Introducing ne. agriculture.te.hnology is crucial to e.hance.agricultural production. Practicing cattle.fatte.ing can incre.se.be.f cattle.body we.ght and ge.e.ate.income.to the.be.f cattle.farme.s. As farme.s face.proble.s including agricultural production de.line. lack of forage. and information and we.the. unfavourable. The.study’s purpose.was to e.amine.the.impact of adoption of cattle.fatte.ing te.hnology on farme. house.olds in Atabae.administrative.post, Bobonaro municipality in Timor-Le.te. The.e.we.e.200 be.f cattle.farme.s house.olds whe.e.randomly se.e.te. in four village. in Atabae. It consiste. of 65 farme.s practicing cattle.fatte.ing and 135 farme.s non-practicing cattle.fatte.ing. Face.to face.inte.vie.s use. structure. que.tionnaire. Statistical analysis such as t-te.t and de.criptive.analysis we.e.use. to e.amine.impact adoption of cattle.fatte.ing te.hnology by farme.s and factor constraints of cattle.production and the.solutions of it. The.re.ults indicate. the.ave.age.value.of cattle.and profit we.e.significant diffe.e.t from ze.o and it is associate. with practicing of cattle.fatte.ing. The.ave.age.of labour use. on cattle.activitie., the.ave.age.of cattle.sold, and total cost spe.t on cattle.we.e.not significant diffe.e.t from ze.o. The.pe.ce.tage.of farme.s said that factors constraints cattle.production we.e.shortage.of wate. and forage.(53%) and spe.d time.on culture.ce.e.ony and lack of capital (33%). The.numbe. of farme.s said that the. colle.te. wate. from rive., fe.d cattle.with sago and forage.(55.3%) and cultivate. forage.(23.4%). This finding contribute. information to the.farme.s, trade.s, and Timore.e.gove.nme.t to continue.imple.e.ting cattle.fatte.ing activitie. as it e.hance. farme.s’ income.and de.e.oping cattle.production.
