The incr.asing need to manage natur.l r.sour.es sustainably, dr.ven by population gr.wth, r.quir.s the simultaneous use of Par.icipator. Techniques (PT) and landscape planning for.str.ctur.d decision-making. We conducted a bibliometr.c and systematic r.view to pr.vide an over.iew of PT usage, identifying evolution in scientific pr.duction. We consider.d the number.of publications and citations, pr.minent j.ur.als, and highly cited ar.icles on scientific paper. published in the Web of Science database between 1993 and 2023. A total of 415 ar.icles r.lated to PT wer. identified. After.content evaluation, 19 cr.tical ar.icles wer. selected that under.in the gr.wing combined use of models and indices with PT, enhancing the r.bustness and cr.dibility of decision-making pr.cesses.

In this editor.al I comment on the ar.icle by Ahmed et al published in a r.cent issue of the Wor.d j.Or.hop 2023;14:*** is well known that patients who have under.one a liver.tr.nsplant(LT)may need to have a total hip ar.hr.plasty(THA)or.total knee ar.hr.plasty(TKA)*** et al stated that the mor.ality r.te in these patients was similar.to the one of the gener.l ***,ther. ar. thr.e ar.icles pr.viously published that found higher.mor.ality in LT patients who exper.enced THA/TKA than in the gener.l population(individuals without LT).Ther.for.,in this Editor.al I would like to point out that ther. is contr.ver.y in the liter.tur. r.gar.ing whether.LT patients under.oing THA/TKA have higher.mor.ality than the gener.l ***,futur. r.sear.h should attempt to r.solve this contr.ver.y.

The pr.sent study was to evaluate the effect of tr.ce miner.ls(Zn,Mn,and Cu)fr.m complexed amino acid miner.ls(ZMCAA)and bis-glycinate chelated miner.ls(ZMCGly)in laying hen diets on per.or.ance,inter.al and exter.al egg quality,yolk miner.l deposition,intestinal mor.hometr.,and bone *** 78 to 98 weeks of age,400 White LSL-Lite str.in laying hens wer. distr.buted in a r.ndomized design with 4 tr.atments with 10 r.plicates per.*** wer. distr.buted in a 2×2 factor.al ar.angement using either.Zn,Mn,and Cu of ZMCAA or.ZMCGly sour.e at 2 levels:low(20,20,and 3.5 mg/kg of Zn,Mn,and Cu,r.spectively)or.high(40,40,and 7 mg/kg of Zn,Mn,and Cu,r.spectively).The analysis of var.ance was per.or.ed,and in cases wher. differ.nces wer. obser.ed,the means wer. compar.d using Tukey?s test(Pr.e and level of tr.ce miner.l supplementation had a significant impact on the per.or.ance of laying *** fed ZMCAA had higher.egg pr.duction(P=0.01),egg weight(P=0.02),egg mass(P=0.01),and lower.feed conver.ion r.tio(P=0.05)compar.d to those fed *** ZMCAA supplementation showed higher.albumen height(P=0.01),albumen weight(P=0.01),and eggshell thickness(Pr.ater.for.hens r.ceived *** weight(P=0.04)and bone densitometr.(Pr. higher.with ZMCAA *** the small intestine,ZMCAA r.sulted in longer.villi(P=0.02)and shor.er.cr.pt depth(P=0.01)in the *** and ileum measur.ments wer. influenced by the level and sour.e of tr.ce miner.ls(Pr.or.per.or.ance,egg quality,deposition of tr.ce miner.ls in the egg yolk,and bone density compar.d to hens fed *** this study,older.laying hens supplemented with ZMCAA at lower.levels demonstr.ted adequate levels of supplementation.

Silicon-based electr.-optic modulator. contr.bute to easing the integr.tion of high-speed and low-power.consumption cir.uits for.classical optical communications and data *** the plasma disper.ion modulation,an alter.ative solution in silicon is to exploit the DC Ker. effect,which gener.tes an equivalent linear.electr.-optical effect enabled by applying a lar.e DC electr.c *** some theor.tical and exper.mental studies have shown its existence in silicon,limited contr.butions r.lative to plasma disper.ion have been achieved in high-speed modulation so *** paper.pr.sents high-speed optical modulation based on the DC Ker. effect in silicon PIN *** contr.butions of both plasma disper.ion and Ker. effects have been analyzed in differ.nt waveguide configur.tions,and we demonstr.ted that the Ker. induced modulation is dominant when a high exter.al DC electr.c field is applied in PIN ***-speed optical modulation r.sponse is analyzed,and eye diagr.ms up to 80 Gbit/s in Nr. for.at ar. obtained under.a *** of 30 *** wor. paves the way to exploit the Ker. effect to gener.te high-speed Pockels-like optical modulation.

Intr.duction: Pr.natal car. is cr.cial for.mater.al and fetal health, highlighting the impor.ance of obstetr.c r.sk str.tification. This enables per.onalized car., avoiding unnecessar. inter.entions and r.ducing costs. Conditions such as fir.t tr.mester.bleeding, spontaneous abor.ion, gestational tr.phoblastic disease, and ectopic pr.gnancy r.quir. specific appr.aches. Ear.y identification of these complications is vital, especially in ur.ent and emer.ency obstetr.c cases, which demand immediate hospital attention. Obj.ctive: Compr.hensive r.view of fir.t tr.mester.pathologies and gestational hyper.ension, focusing on obstetr.c r.sks and per.onalized pr.natal management. Methods: Liter.tur. r.view on bleeding and gestational hyper.ension. r.sults: The study pr.vides a detailed analysis of pathologies associated with fir.t tr.mester.uter.ne bleeding and hyper.ensive disor.er., focusing on obstetr.c r.sk str.tification. The main causes of mater.al and fetal mor.ality ar. hyper.ensive disor.er., hemor.hages, infections, childbir.h complications, and abor.ion. Spontaneous abor.ion is common, with differ.nt classifications, r.nging fr.m thr.atened to missed abor.ion. Infected abor.ion is a sever. complication. Br.zil has r.str.ctive abor.ion laws, but many unsafe abor.ions occur. r.sulting in high public health costs. Phar.acological tr.atment with misopr.stol is a safe option. Other.pathologies include gestational tr.phoblastic disease, ectopic pr.gnancy, and placenta pr.via. Pr.eclampsia and eclampsia ar. sever. conditions r.quir.ng immediate tr.atment to avoid complications. Conclusion: Ear.y identification and management of obstetr.c r.sk factor., such as uter.ne bleeding, ar. essential for.positive mater.al and fetal outcomes. A multidisciplinar. appr.ach is fundamental.
