To meet the challenges in software testing for automated vehicles,such as increasing system complexity and an infinite number of operating scenarios,new simulation methods must be ***-loop simulations for automated driving(AD)require highly complex simulation models for multiple controlled vehicles with their perception systems as well as their surrounding *** the realization of such models,different simulation domains must be coupled with ***,widely supported model integration standards such as functional mock-up interface(FmI)lack native support for distributed platforms,which is a key feature for AD due to the computational intensity and platform exclusivity of certain *** newer FmI companion standard distributed co-simulation protocol(DCP)introduces platform coupling but must still be used in conjunction with AD *** part of an assessment framework for AD,this paper presents a DCP compliant implementation of an interoperable interface between a 3D environment and vehicle simulator and a co-simulation platform.A universal Python wrapper is implemented and connected to the simulator to allow its control as a DCP slave.A C-code-based interface enables the co-simulation platform to act as a DCP master and to realize cross-platform data exchange and time synchronization of the environment simulation with other integrated models.A model-in-the-loop use case is performed with the traffic simulator carla running on a Linux machine connected to the co-simulation master xmOD on a Windows computer via *** virtual vehicles are successfully controlled by cooperative adaptive cruise controllers executed outside of *** standard compliance of the implementation is verified by exemplary connection to prototypic DCP solutions from 3rd party *** exemplary application demonstrates the benefits of DCP compliant tool coupling for AD simulation with increased tool interoperability,reuse potential,and per

Endometriosis is a gynecological condition that presents as endometrial-like tissue outside the uterus and induces a chronic inflammatory reaction. Up to 15% of women in their reproductive period are affected by this condition. Deep endometriosis is defined as endometriosis located more than 5 mm beneath the peritoneal surface. This type of endometriosis is mostly found on the uterosacral ligaments, inside the rectovaginal septum or vagina, in the rectosigmoid area, ovarian fossa, pelvic peritoneum, ureters, and bladder, causing a distortion of the pelvic anatomy. The frequency of bowel endometriosis is unknown, but in cases of bowel infiltration, about 90% are localized on the sigmoid colon or the rectum. Colorectal involvement results in alterations of bowel habits such as constipation, diarrhea, tenesmus, dyschezia, and, rarely, rectal *** diagnosis must be made in case of irritable bowel syndrome,solitary rectal ulcer syndrome,and a rectal tumor.A precise diagnosis about the presence,location,and extent of endometriosis is necessary to plan surgical *** laparoscopic treatment has become the standard of *** on the size of the lesion and site of involvement,fullthickness disc excision or bowel resection needs to be performed by an experienced colorectal *** outcomes,following bowel resection for severe endometriosis,regarding pain and recurrence rate are good with a pregnancy rate of 50%.

Crystal phase engineering on CulnS2(CIS)nanocrystals,especially polytypic structure,has become one of the research hotspots to design the advanced materials and devices for energy conversion and environment ***,the polytypic CIS nanosheets(NSs)including zincblende/wutzite and chalcopyrite/wurtzite types were first time achieved in a hot-injection system using oleic acid and liquid paraffin as the reaction ***-obtained polytypic CIS NSs exhibit significantly enhanced light-absorption abillty and visible-light-driven photocatalytic performance originating from the rational hetero-crystalline interfaces and surface defect states,which efficiently inhibit the recombination of photo-generated ***,the polytypic CIS NSs were spin-coated onto the surface of fluorinated-tin oxide glass substrate and used as the photoelectrode,which shows an excellent photoelectrochemical(PEC)activity in aqueous *** present work not only provides a facile,rapid,low-cost,and environmental-friendly synthesis strategy to design the crystal phase and defect structure of ternary chalcogenides,but also demonstrates the relationships between the polytypic structure and photocatalytic/photoelectrochemical properties.

An efficient generic static headspace gas chromatography （HSGC） method was developed, optimized and validated for the routine determination of several residual solvents （RS） in drug substance, using a strategy with two sets of calibration. Dimethylsulfoxide （DmSO） was selected as the sample diluent and internal standards were used to minimize signal variations due to the preparative step. A gas chroma- tograph from Agilent model 6890 equipped with flame ionization detector （FID） and a DB-624 （30 m × 0.53 mm i.d., 3.00 μm film thickness） column was used. The inlet split ratio was 5：1. The influ- encing factors in the chromatographic separation of the analytes were determined through a fractional factorial experimental design. Significant variables： the initial temperature （IT）, the final temperature （FT） of the oven and the carrier gas flow rate （F） were optimized using a central composite design. Response transformation and desirability function were applied to find out the optimal combination of the chromatographic variables to achieve an adequate resolution of the analytes and short analysis time. These conditions were 30 ℃ for IT, 158 ℃ for FT and 1.90 mL/min for F. The method was proven to be accurate, linear in a wide range and very sensitive for the analyzed solvents through a comprehensive validation according to the ICH guidelines.

Background There are different definitions to identify/classify children with medical complexity(CmC).We aimed to investigate and describe the definitions used to classify CmC in epidemiological *** Pubmed,SciELO,LILACS,and EmBASE were searched from 2015 to 2020(last updated September 15th,2020)for original studies that presented the definition used to classify/identify CmC in the scientific research *** applied the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and meta-Analyses *** the included studies,the following were identified:first author,year of publication,design,population,study period,the definition of CmC used,limitations,and *** Nine hundred and sixty-seven records were identified in the searched databases,and 42 met the inclusion *** the 42 studies included,the four most frequent definitions used in the articles included in this review were classification of CmC into nine diagnostic categories based on the International Classification of Diseases,Ninth Revision(ICD-9)(35.7%,15 articles);update of the previous classification for ICD-10 codes with the inclusion of other conditions in the definition(21.4%,nine articles);definition based on a medical complexity algorithm for classification(16.7%,seven articles);and a risk rating system(7.1%,three articles).Conclusions CmC definitions using diagnostic codes were more ***,several limitations were found in its *** research highlighted the need to improve health information systems to accurately characterize the CmC population and promote the provision of comprehensive care.

The nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is the hepatic manifestation of the metabolic syndrome. NAFLD encompasses a wide histological spectrum ranging from benign simple steatosis to non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH). Sustained inflammation in the liver is critical in this process. Hepatic macrophages, including liver resident macropaghes(Kupffer cells), monocytes infiltrating the injured liver, as well as specific lymphocytes subsets play a pivotal role in the initiation and perpetuation of the inflammatory response, with a major deleterious impact on the progression of fatty liver to fibrosis. During the last years, Th17 cells have been involved in the development of inflammation not only in liver but also in other organs, such as adipose tissue or lung. Differentiation of a na?ve T cell into a Th17 cell leads to pro-inflammatory cytokine and chemokine production with subsequent myeloid cell recruitment to the inflamed tissue. Th17 response can be mitigated by T regulatory cells that secrete anti-inflammatory cytokines. Both T cell subsets need TGF-β for their differentiation and a characteristic plasticity in their phenotype may render them new therapeutic targets. In this review, we discuss the role of the Th17 pathway in NAFLD progression to NASH and to liver fibrosis analyzing different animal models of liver injury and human studies.

A three-dimensional density model of the crust and uppermost mantle is determined by the inversion of a set of GOCE gravity and gradients residual anomalies beneath the eastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau and its surrounding areas. In our work, we choose five independent gravity gradients （Txx, Tzz, Txy, Txz, Tyz） to perform density inversion. Objective function is given based on Tikhonov regularization theory. Seismic S-wave velocities play the role of initial constraint for the inversion based on a relationship between density and S-wave velocity. Damped Least Square method is used during the inversion. The final density results offer some insights into understanding the underlying geodynamic processes：（1） Low densities in the margin of the Tibet, along with low wave velocity and resistivity results, yield conversions from soft and weak Tibet to the hard and rigid cratons. （2）The lowest densities are found in the boundary of the plateau, instead of the whole Tibet indicates that the effects of extrusion stress environment in the margin affect the changes of the substance there. The substances and environments conditioning for the earthquake preparations and strong deformation in this transitional zone. （3） Evident low-D anomaly in the upper and middle crust in the Lasha terrane and Songpan-Ganzi terrane illustrated the eastward sub-ducted of southeastern Tibet, which could be accounts for the frequent volcano and earthouakes there.
