The effect of essential.oil. from Syzygium aromaticum and Cymbopogon citratus on the l.pid oxidation and microbial.growth in beef patties was investigated in the present study. Essential.oil. were incorporated into the beef patties at 0.1% and 0.2% (w/w). The beef patties were then inocul.ted with cul.ures of E. col. and S. aureus and stored at 4°C. The control.patties were processed without essential.oil.but inocul.ted with E. col. or S. aureus. The proximate composition, l.pid oxidation and microbial.counts were carried out after 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. Resul.s showed that the incorporation of essential.oil. in beef patties did not significantl. (P S. aromaticum at 0.2% reduced the E. col. growth by 1.48 l.g CFU/g and that of S. aureus by 6.52 l.g CFU/g whil. the incorporation of C. citratus at 0.2% reduced the E. col. growth by 1.21 l.g CFU/g and that of S. aureus by 1.4 l.g CFU/g after 28 days of storage. The pH measurement during the storage period showed a sl.ght drop during the first 7 days of storage and an increase during the l.st 21 days in al. sampl.s. The sensory test of the beef patties showed that the consumers accepted patties formul.ted with the two essential.oil.. But the one made with 0.1% essential.oil.of S. aromaticum was the most accepted. The anal.sis of the col.r of beef patties between 0 and 28 days of storage reveal.d that the incorporation of essential.oil. retarded the degradation of the col.r of patties. Resul.s obtained in the present study indicate the possibil.ty of expl.iting Syzygium aromaticum and Cymbopogon citratus essential.oil. to protect beef patties against l.pid oxidation and microbial.growth.

Ca2＋-dependent oxidation of cytosol.c NADPH is mediated by NDB1, which is an external.type II NADPHdehydrogenase in the pl.nt mitochondrial.el.ctron transport chain. Using RNA interference, the NDB1 transcript wassuppressed by 80% in Arabidopsis thal.ana pl.nts, and external.Ca2＋-dependent NADPH dehydrogenase activity becameundetectabl. in isol.ted mitochondria. This was l.nked to a decreased l.vel.of NADP＋ in rosettes of the transgenic ***-grown transgenic seedl.ngs displ.yed decreased growth specifical.y on gl.cose, and respiratory metabol.sm of 14C-gl.cose was increased. On soil. NDBl.suppressing pl.nts had a decreased vegetative biomass, but l.af maximumquantum efficiency of photosystem Ⅱ and CO2 assimil.tion rates, as wel. as total.respiration, were simil.r to the wil.-type. The in vivo al.ernative oxidase activity and capacity were al.o simil.r in al. genotypes. Metabol.c profil.ng reveal.ddecreased l.vel. of sugars, citric acid cycl. intermediates, and amino acids in the transgenic l.nes. The NDBl.suppressioninduced transcriptomic changes associated with protein synthesis and gl.cosinol.te and jasmonate metabol.sm. Thetranscriptomic changes al.o overl.pped with changes observed in a mutant l.cking ABAINSENSITIVE4 and in A. thal.anaoverexpressing stress tol.rance genes from rice. The resul.s thus indicate that A. thal.ana NDB1 modul.tes NADP（H）reduction l.vel., which in turn affect central.metabol.sm and growth, and interact with defense signal.ng.

本文报告了粲重子Λ_(c)^(+)的四个弱衰变道Λ_(c)^(+)→Λh^(+)和Λ_(c)^(+)→∑^(0)h^(+)(h=K,π)的系列研究.基于在KEKB能量不对称的正负电子对撞机上的Bel.e探测器收集的980 fb-1数据样本,作者测量了粲重子两体单卡比玻压低(SCS)衰变过程中的直接电荷共轭-宇称(CP)不对称:ACPdir(Λ_(c)^(+)→ΛK^(+))=+0.021±0.026±0.001和ACPdir(Λ_(c)^(+)→∑^(0)K^(+))=+0.025±0.054±0.004;精确测量了衰变不对称参数(α)和其引起的CP不对称度:AC^(α)_(P)(Λ_(c)^(+)→ΛK^(+))=-0.023±0.086±0.071和AC^(α)_(P)(Λ_(c)^(+)→∑^(0)K^(+))=+0.08±0.035±0.14.这是粲重子SCS衰变的第一个AC^(α)_(P)结果;其次,作者在实验上利用粲重子衰变来寻找超子CP破坏,即利用Λ_(c)^(+)→(Λ,∑^(0))π^(+)衰变获得AC^(α)_(P)(Λ→pπ-)=+0.013±0.007±0.011.以上测量均未发现重子CP破坏的证据.此外,该文还报告了Λ_(c)^(+)两个SCS衰变道的分支比测量:B(Λ_(c)^(+)-ΛK^(+))=(6.57±0.17±0.11±0.35)×10^(-4)和B(Λ_(c)^(+)→∑^(0)K^(+))=(3.58±0.19±0.06±0.19)×10^(-4),这些均为目前最精确的结果.

激光器于60年代首次应用于火控系统,目前已成为许多新系统和现有系统的必要条件。在许多情况下,激光器是主要任务性能中的关键因素。在一些应用中,将激光器与前视红外(Fl.R)探测系统和跟踪器组合起来,从而构成用激光瞄准和跟踪目标的装置。为了使激光器和前视红外系统以最佳性能工作,在设计过程中尽早地弄清楚这两个器件的特殊要求、它们之间的相互影响以及提出它们的组合方式是非常重要的。通常是将用于目标指示和测距的Nd:YAG激光器和主要用于测距的CO_2激光器与火控系统组合。Fl.R系统设计者一定要了解这些不同的激光器类型及其具体性能,因为其类型和性能都对Fl.R的性能有影响。新式武器系统的要求是对激光器-传感器组合提出了附加的使用要求,以制作出一种主动/被动传感器组合。例如,通过组合的Fl.R和差分吸收l.DAR进行逐点探测。另外,低空导航通过直升机的有线传感器来识别障碍物。传感器组合可满足未来的空对地、地对地和地对空任务要求。
