Addressing pollution caused by economic development,especially the overcapacity of polluting enterprises,is crucial for promoting sustainable economic *** environmental policies are essential for strengthening environmental constraints on enterprises and enhancing the effectiveness of regulatory *** study focused on the Environmental Credit Evaluation policy by examining its potential to improve capacity utilization and assessing its broader impact on heavily polluting *** constructed a time-varying difference-in-difference-in-differences model using panel data from 965 industrial enterprises from 2009 to *** findings reveal that,in comparison with their non-heavily polluting counterparts,heavily polluting enterprises subject to the policy demonstrated significant improvements in capacity *** polluting enterprises that experienced a substantial increase in financing costs also exhibited a marked reduction in inefficient investment,without negatively affecting innovation investments or output.

以盆栽平邑甜茶为试材,分别将盆浸没于5种浓度硫化氢(H_2S)释放剂硫氢化钠(Na HS;0、0.02、0.05、0.1、0.2 mmol·L^(-1))水溶液,以及添加有次牛磺酸(HT;H_2S清除剂)的Na HS水溶液中,10 d后调查根系形态构型、叶片活性氧生成和光合气体交换参数以及植株生长的变化.结果表明:在淹水处理液中加入0.02～0.1 mmol·L^(-1)NaHS,能增加土壤淹水时根系总长度、表面积、体积、直径、根尖数、分形维数、一级侧根数量和根系活力,降低叶片超氧阴离子(O_2^(-·))生成速率和过氧化氢(H_2O_2)含量,提高叶片光合速率(P_n)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、气孔导度(g_s)、水分利用效率(WUE)和表观CO_2利用效率(CUE),还提高幼苗株高和植株生物量,其中NaHS在浓度0.1 mmol·L^(-1)时作用效果最显著;当NaHS施用浓度达到0.2 mmol·L^(-1)或在0.1 mmol·L^(-1)NaHS中加施次牛磺酸时,上述指标均降回到单纯淹水时的水平.这说明添加适量H_2S能够有效缓解土壤淹水对平邑甜茶根系生长的抑制,可以通过减少活性氧产生以及提高CUE,从而减轻淹水胁迫对叶片光合性能和植株生长的不利影响.

Objective:In Pakistan,traditional medicines are an important component of the medical system,with numerous varieties and great ***,due to the scattered resources and the lack of systematic collection and collation,adulteration of traditional Pakistani medicine(TPM) is common,which severely affects the safety of their medicinal use and the import and export ***,it is urgent to systematically organize and unify the management of TPM and establish a set of standards and operable methods for the identification of ***:We collected and organized the information on 128 TPMs with regard to their medicinal parts,efficacy,usage,and genetic material,based on Pakistan Hamdard Pharmacopoeia of Eastern Medicine:Pharmaceutical *** genetic information of TPM is summarized from national center for biotechnology information(NCBI) and global pharmacopoeia genome database(GPGD).Furthermore,we utilized bioinformatics technology to supplement the chloroplast genome(cp-genome) data of 12 *** build the web server,we used the Linux+Apache+MySQL+PHP(LAMP) system and constructed the webpage on a PHP:Hypertext Preprocessor(PHP) model view controller(MVC) ***:We constructed a new genomic database,the traditional Pakistani medicine genomic database(TPMGD).This database comprises five entries,namely homepage,medicinal species,species identification,basic local alignment search tool(BLAST),and ***,TPMGD contains basic profiles of 128 TPMs and genetic information of 102 TPMs,including 140 cytochrome c oxidase subunit I(COI)sequences and 119 mitochondrial genome sequences from Bombyx mori,1 396 internal transcribed spacer 2(ITS2) sequences and 1 074 intergenic region(psbA-trnH) sequences specific to 92 and 83 plant species,***,TPMGD includes 199 cp-genome sequences of 82 ***:TPMGD is a multifunctional database that integrates species description,functional information inquiry,genetic information

Trap-assisted charge recombination is one of the primary limitationsof restricting the performance of organic solar cells. However, effectivelyreducing the presence of traps in the photoactive layer remains ***, wide bandgap polymer donor PTzBI-dF is demonstrated as an effectivemodulator for enhancing the crystallinity of the bulk heterojunction active layerscomposed of D18 derivatives blended with Y6, leading to dense and orderedmolecular packings, and thus, improves photoluminescence quenching *** a result, the photovoltaic devices exhibit reduced trap-assisted charge recombinationlosses, achieving an optimized power conversion efficiency of over 19%.Besides the efficiency enhancement, the devices comprised of PTzBI-dF as athird component simultaneously attain decreased current leakage, improved chargecarrier mobilities, and suppressed bimolecular charge recombination, leading toreduced energy losses. The advanced crystalline structures induced by PTzBI-dFand its characteristics, such as well-aligned energy level, and complementaryabsorption spectra, are ascribed to the promising performance *** findings suggest that donor phase engineering is a feasible approach to tuning the molecular packings in the active layer, providingguidelines for designing effective morphology modulators for high-performance organic solar cells.

In the field of optoelectronics, certain types of data may be difficult to accurately annotate, such as high-resolution optoelectronic imaging or imaging in certain special spectral ranges. Weakly supervised learning can provide a more reliable approach in these situations. Current popular approaches mainly adopt the classification-based class activation maps (CAM) as initial pseudo labels to solve the task.

Agricultural heritage systems have the characteristics of ecological fragility and cultural *** a long time,the conservation and sustainable development of agricultural heritage systems have received attention from all ***,there are few measurements of tourism disturbance(TD)and community resilience(CR)in agricultural heritage sites,and research on the relationship between the two is even more *** study selects six villages in the Honghe Hani Rice Terraced System(HHRTS)as examples and constructs an evaluation system for TD and *** questionnaires and in-depth interviews,it explores the response relationship between TD and CR of heritage site,and compares the response relationship of villages in different stages of tourism *** results indicate that the heritage site's current response relationship between TD and CR shows a positive response type,and the development of tourism has brought positive responses and *** are differences in the interactive relationship between TD and CR among communities with different levels of tourism *** communities with poor tourism development,CR is more susceptible to the impact of TD than other *** stability of the relationship between TD and CR response gradually tends to stabilize from poor,good,and moderate tourism development.

Drought is an important disaster factor disturbing the stability of the ecosystem in the middle reaches of the Yellow River(YRM).In this study,the spatiotemporal distribution of drought in the YRM from 2000 to 2021 was quantitatively investigated by constructing the TVPDI(Temperature-VegetationPrecipitation Dryness Index),and its driving mechanism was *** results show that:(1)a significant decreasing trend was observed in the regional annual TVPDI of the YRM,while the autumn TVPDI index showed an increasing trend during 2000-2021.(2)Plants are more susceptible to drought during the growing season.(3)Drought in YRM showed significant spatial heterogeneity,and the high gully area in the Loess Plateau and the earth-rocky mountain areas were less affected by drought than other regions.(4)The Structural Equation Model(SEM)indicated that regional soil moisture and vegetation coverage have a direct influence on regional TVPDI *** study has explored the regional differences of drought in different seasons and landforms in the YRM,providing a basis for carrying out targeted seasonal ecological management and refining regional environmental governance,as well as a reference for formulating differentiated ecological restoration and water resource allocation strategies according to local conditions.

公共数据是我国占比最大的数据资源,评估其开放共享对资本市场定价效率的影响,是探寻数据要素何以成为经济增长新动能的基础性问题。本文以我国各省份逐步上线公共数据开放平台为准自然实验,检验了公共数据开放对资本市场定价效率所产生的实际影响及其内在机理。研究发现,公共数据开放显著改善了资本市场定价效率,表现为公司股价同步性显著降低。促进投资者私有信息搜集和提升上市公司信息披露质量是上述关系的两条影响路径。公共数据开放对资本市场定价效率的积极影响在数据开放质量较高、企业数字化转型程度较低、散户规模较大以及地方政府信息透明度较高中更为显著。本文不仅为新时代我国数据要素驱动资本市场高质量发展提供了基于定价效率层面的经验证据,还对不断完善和优化我国地区层面公共数据开放以及逐步完善资本市场价格形成机制具有有益启示。

Constraints on triggered seismicity and its control on permeability evolution

Triggered seismicity is a key hazard where fluids are injected or withdrawn from the subsurface and may impact permeability. Understanding the mechanisms that control fluid injection-triggered seismicity allows its mitigation. Key controls on seismicity are defined in terms of fault and fracture strength, second-order frictional response and stability, and competing fluid-driven mechanisms for arrest. We desire to constrain maximum event magnitudes in triggered earthquakes by relating pre-existing critical stresses to fluid injection volume to explain why some recorded events are significantly larger than anticipated seismic moment thresholds. This formalism is consistent with several uncharacteristically large fluid injection-triggered earthquakes. Such methods of reactivating fractures and faults by hydraulic stimulation in shear or tensile fracturing are routinely used to create permeability in the subsurface. Microearthquakes (MEQs) generated by such stimulations can be used to diagnose permeability evolution. Although high-fidelity data sets are scarce, the EGS-Collab and Utah FORGE hydraulic stimulation field demonstration projects provide high-fidelity data sets that concurrently track permeability evolution and triggered seismicity. Machine learning deciphers the principal features of MEQs and the resulting permeability evolution that best track permeability changes – with transfer learning methods allowing robust predictions across multiple eological settings. Changes in permeability at reactivated fractures in both shear and extensional modes suggest that permeability change (Δk) scales with the seismic moment (M) of individual MEQs as Δk∝M. This scaling relation is exact at early times but degrades with successive MEQs, but provides a method for characterizing crustal permeability evolution using MEQs, alone.
