＜正＞Nonparametric model learning adaptive control method（NMLAC） presented in this paper is based on new concepts called pseudo-partial-derivatives（PPD） for a class of nonlinear *** structural information,no mathematical model,no training process and no external testing signals are *** unmodelled dynamics do not *** this paper,nonparametric model learning adaptive control（NMLAC） approach of a class of SISO nonlinear discrete-time systems based on linearization of tight format is applied to DC motor rotate speed *** design of controller is model-free,based directly on pseudo-partial-derivatives（PPD） derived on-line from the input and output information of the motor motion model using novel parameter estimation *** experiment examples are provided for real nonlinear systems,which are known to be difficult to model,and control to demonstrate the correctness,effectiveness and advantages of the approaches proposed.

＜正＞Data-driven control methods have no relations with any structural information,and it is designed only by the I/O data of the controlled *** model-free direct adaptive nonlinear predictive control（MFDANPC） algorithm of linearization of tight format of a class of SISO of a generalized predictive control（GPC） based on data-driven control theory is applied to permanent magnet linear motor speed and position *** design of controller is based directly on estimate and prediction of pseudo-partial-derivatives（PPD） derived on-line from the input and output information of the motor motion model using a novel parameter estimation algorithm,predicted by approach for multi-degree ***,validity and robustness against exogenous disturbance are proved for nonlinear systems with vaguely known dynamics by the simulation examples and real experiments.

A new periodic least-squares estimator with nonlinear data weighting is developed and used to design a periodic adaptive control for a simple discrete-time nonlinear system in the presence of time-varying parametric uncertainties.A global stability result is obtained through Lyapunov analysis without assuming any growth conditions on the nonlinearities. Simulation results further confirm the effectiveness of the presented methods.

A new discrete-time adaptive iterative learning control（AILC）approach is developed to deal with systems in pres-ence of time-varying parametric *** using the analogy between the discrete time axis and the iterative learning axis,the new adaptive ILC can incorporate a Projection algorithm,hence the learning gain can be tuned iteratively along the learning axis and pointwisely along the time *** major advantage of the new AILC is that it can relax the identical con-ditions on the initial state and reference trajectory,in the sequel achieves an almost perfect tracking performance.

＜正＞In this paper,a discrete adaptive ILC is presented for a time-varying nonlinear system with both parametric and nonparametric uncertainties.A novel estimation of parametric and nonparametric uncertainties is constructed just using the past input and output data,and the uncertainties are completely compensated such that the output tracking error is only affected by external *** a main contribution of this paper,all the discussions are based on the random initial condition and the iteration-varying target *** the nonlinear function is generalized Lipschitz continuous and the external disturbance is iteration-varying within a bound,the robust property of the proposed adaptive ILC is *** when the nonlinear function is standard Lipschitz continuous and the system is free of external disturbance（or the external disturbance is strictly repeatable）,the proposed scheme guarantees an almost perfect tracking over the finite time interval.

Based on tabu search (TS) technique a novel hybrid genetic algorithm (GA) is proposed. The basic idea of the new algorithm is that introducing TS into crossover operator and mutation operator, and then applying this algorithm to the two-degree-of-freedom (2DOF) controller design. The better dynamic response performance of both the command tracking and disturbance rejection can be achieved simultaneously by optimizing two parameters of the controller. Simulation results validate the efficiency of the novel hybrid genetic algorithm.

In this paper,we present a discrete periodic adaptive control for systems with time-varying parametric uncertainties which are periodic,and the only priori is the *** new adaptive controller updates the parameters and the control signal periodically in a pointwise manner over one entire period,in the sequel achieves the asymptotic tracking convergence.A simulation example illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

A higher-order model-free adaptive control scheme is proposed for a class of discrete-time SISO nonlinear *** control scheme consists of the adaptive control law,parameter estimation law and reset *** controller design depends merely on the input and the output measurement data of the controlled *** proposed scheme can improve the control performance by using more error information derived from previous sampling time *** theoretical analysis shows that the proposed control scheme can guarantee the bounded input and bounded output （BIBO） *** simulation results further verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

＜正＞An adaptive ILC approach is presented for a linear MIMO discrete-time system to track different reference trajectory. The presented adaptive ILC is a data-driven approach in nature and the controller does not contain any modeling information of the *** unknown Markov parameter of the plant is iteratively estimated only using the I/O data of the *** rigorous analysis shows the asymptotic convergence of the presented method for iteration-varying reference trajectory.
