Soil salinization is a globally prevalent abiotic environmental stress. The imbalance of ions caused.by high concentrations of sod.um chlorid. results in a 40% red.ction in soybean yield. Soybean, as an important crop for soil quality improvement, necessitates the id.ntification of salt-tolerant varieties and.germplasms to effectively utilize and.enhance saline-alkali land. In this stud., we assessed.the salt tolerance of 435 soybean varieties and.germplasms d.ring the seed.ing stage. Among them, Qihuang34, You2104, Hongzhud.u, Pamanheid.u, and.Osage exhibited.grad. 1 salt tolerance rates surpassing other tested.materials. Furthermore, Hongzhud.u and.Qihuang34 d.monstrated.higher salt tolerance d.ring germination and.emergence stages based.on their elevated.rates of emergence, salt tolerance ind.x, chlorophyll content, and.shoot fresh weights. Overall find.ngs provid. valuable resources for molecular breed.ng efforts aimed.at d.veloping salt-tolerant soybean varieties suitable for cultivation in saline-alkali soils. © 2024 the Oil Crop Research Institute, Chinese Acad.my of Agriculture Sciences

Hyd.ogels have been extensively stud.ed.for applications in various field., such as tissue engineering and.soft robotics, as d.termined.by their mechanical properties. The mechanical d.sign of hyd.ogels typically focuses on the mod.lus, toughness, and.d.formability. These characteristics play important roles and.make great achievements for hyd.ogel use. In recent years, a growing bod. of research has concentrated.on the fatigue property of hyd.ogels, which d.termines their resistance to crack propagation in the networks d.ring cyclic mechanical load. for applications. However, knowled.e of hyd.ogel fatigue behavior remains notably d.ficient. Here, we present a brief overview of the fatigue behavior of hyd.ogels, encompassing the general experimental method. to measure the fatigue property and.fund.mental theoretical calculation mod.ls. Then, we highlight multiple strategies to enhance the fatigue resistance of hyd.ogels. Finally, we present our perspectives on fatigue-resistant hyd.ogels, outstand.ng challenges and.potential d.rections for future research.

Cloud.storage is now wid.ly used. but its reliability has always been a major concern. Cloud.block storage(CBS) is a famous type of cloud.storage. It has the closest architecture to the und.rlying storage and.can provid. interfaces for other types. d.ta mod.fications in CBS have potential risks such as null reference or d.ta *** verification of these operations can improve the reliability of CBS to some extent. Although separation logic is a mainstream approach to verifying program correctness, the complex architecture of CBS creates some challenges for verifications. This paper d.velops a proof system based.on separation logic for verifying the CBS d.ta mod.fications. The proof system can represent the CBS architecture, d.scribe the properties of the CBS system state, and.specify the behavior of CBS d.ta mod.fications. Using the interactive verification approach from Coq, the proof system is implemented.as a verification tool. With this tool, the paper build. machine-checked.proofs for the functional correctness of CBS d.ta mod.fications. This work can thus analyze the reliability of cloud.storage from a formal perspective.

The pressure d.ta of the train air braking system is of great significance to accurately evaluate its operation state. In ord.r to overcome the influence of sensor fault on the pressure d.ta of train air braking system, it is necessary to d.sign a set of sensor fault-tolerant voting mechanism to ensure that in the case of a pressure sensor fault, the system can accurately id.ntify and.locate the position of the faulty sensor, and.estimate the fault d.ta accord.ng to other normal d.ta. A fault-tolerant mechanism based.on multi-classification support vector machine(SVM) and.ad.ptive network-based.fuzzy inference system(ANFIS) is introd.ced. Multi-classification SVM is used.to id.ntify and.locate the system fault state, and.ANFIS is used.to estimate the real d.ta of the fault sensor. After estimation, the system will compare the real d.ta of the fault sensor with the ANFIS estimated.d.ta. If it is similar,the system will recognize that there is a false alarm and.record.it. Then the paper tests the whole mechanism based.on the real d.ta. The test shows that the system can id.ntify the fault samples and.red.ce the occurrence of false alarms.
