DIFFuSION MODELLING IN GARNEt FROM tSO MORARI ECLOGItE AND IMPLICAtIONS FOR EXHuMAtION MODELS

the results of recent geothermobarometric and geochronological investigations of scarce eclogites of the NW Himalaya (tso Morari (Ladakh), India and Kaghan Valley, Pakistan) have caused a major rethink of tectonometamorphic models for India\|Asia collision. Numerous petrologic studies have been undertaken on the age and origin of metamorphism in the Higher Himalayan Crystallines (HHC) and Lesser Himalaya formations (LH) and their relationship to granite magmatism and movements along the Main Central thrust (MCt) and South tibetan Detachment Fault (StDF). However, all of these events are essentially Miocene (or younger) in age and can clearly be distinguished from subduction and exhumation processes undergone by the eclogites which are of Eocene age (tonarini et al. 1993; Spencer & Gebauer; 1996; de Sigoyer et al. 1999) and relate to the very early stages of the collision. Eclogites of eastern Ladakh are mafic lenses found in granitic gneisses (Ordovician int.usive age: Girard & Bussy 1999) and their surrounding late Pre\|Cambrian to early Cambrian sedimentary units in the tso Morari dome (see Steck et al. 1998). Detailed petrological and geochronological studies (Guillot et al. 1997; de Sigoyer et al. 1997, 1999) have identified an eclogite facies stage (2000±300)MPa, (580±60)℃ followed by isothermal decompression associated with glaucophane growth at around (1100±200)MPa. Dating of different phases by different methods yielded ages around 55Ma for this stage ((55±17) Ma, u\|Pb, Aln; (55±12) Ma, Lu\|Hf, Grt\|Cpx\|Rt; (55±7) Ma, Sm\|Nd, Grt\|Gln\|Rt). A subsequent amphibolite facies overprint at slightly higher temperature (610±70)℃ was dated at 45～48Ma (metabasite: (47±11) Ma, Sm\|Nd, Grt\|Hbl; metapelite: (45±4) Ma, Rb\|Sr, Mu\|Ap\|WR and (48±2) Ma, Ar\|Ar, Phe). By (30±1) Ma (Ar\|Ar, Bt\|Mu) retrogression into the greenschist facies had occurred (de Sigoyer et al. 1999). these data indicate a two stage history with early exhumation being much faster (>4mm/a) than

there is a lack of data regarding the incidence and clinical significance of apnoea or bradycardia (AB) following immunisation with combination vaccines containing an acellular pertussis (Pa) component in respiratory stable preterm infants. Medical records of respiratory stable preterm infants who received a first dose of a combined diphtheria (D) and tetanus (t) toxoids, Pa, Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib), inactivated poliovirus (IPV) vaccine with or without hepatitis B virus (HBV) in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICu) of the university Children’s Hospital Basel between January 2000 and June 2003 were analysed. For each infant, clinical data were recorded for a 72 h period before and after immunisation. Of 53 infants with a mean gestational age of 28 weeks, 7 (13% ) showed a transient recurrence of or increase in episodes of AB following immunisation. Five of these seven infants required intervention ranging from tactile stimulation to bag and mask ventilation. Regarding risk factors, children with recurrent or increased AB were indistinguishable from those without such events. the rate of fever (>38° C) following immunisation was higher in affected infants compared to those without recurrence of or increase in AB (3/7 vs 2/46, P =0.01). Conclusion:Although most infants tolerated immunisation well, the incidence of recurrent or increased apnoea or bradycardia in respiratory stable preterm infants following the first immunisation with penta- or hexavalent vaccines was 13% . Most apnoea or bradycardia events required intervention but did not have serious consequences. Monitoring of all preterm infants following immunisation in the neonatal intensive care unit is recomme-nded.

Aim: to evaluate the effect of different doses of intravitreal triamcinolone a cetonide on diffuse diabetic macular oedema. Methods: the prospective, randomise d, double mas- ked, clinical interventional study included 27 eyes (27 patients) with diffuse diabetic macular oedema. they were randomly divided into three study groups rec eiving an intravitreal injection of filtered triamcinolone acetonide of about 2 mg (n=8 eyes), 5 mg (n=10), or 13 mg (n=9), respectively. Dosage measurement was performed before filtration. Mean follow up was 6.6 (SD 2.4) months (3-12 mont hs). Main outcome measures were visual acuity and intraocular pressure. Results: Maximal increase in visual acuity was significantly (p=0.046; 95%CI: 0.032 to 2.99; r=0.38) correlated with the dosage of intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide . Additionally, the duration of the effect of intravitreal triamcinolone acetoni de increased significantly with the dosage of intravitreal triamcinolone acetoni de (r=0.45; p=0.014). Increase in intraocular pressure during follow up was stat istically not significantly associated with the dosage used (p=0.77). Conclusion s: In patients with diffuse diabetic macular oedema receiving intravitreal triam cinolone acetonide, treatment response may last longer and be more pronounced wi th a dosage of 13 mg than in lower doses of 5 mg or 2 mg. triamcinolone acetonid e induced increase in intraocular pressure may not be markedly associated with t he dosage used.

硫化氢对肝硬化胶原蛋白生成的影响

目的观察硫化氢（H2s）对肝硬化胶原蛋白形成的影响，探明其在肝硬化形成过程中的作用。方法采用四氯化碳（CCl4）复合因素法建立肝硬化大鼠模型。选取Wistar大鼠20只，按数字表法随机分成正常对照组6只、肝硬化遭模组（造模组）7只和肝硬化造模并加硫化氢钠（NaHS）组（观察组）7只，对观察组进行腹腔注射NaHS1．4gmol／kg，2次／d。4周后，取造模大鼠肝组织行胱硫醚．弘裂解酶（csE）w蕊把m印迹检测和羟脯氨酸测定及H2s检测，分析屿s与羟脯氨酸的相关性。结果经过4周造模，造模组和观察组均有1只大鼠死亡。肝脏病理表现为造模组肝小叶破坏，假小叶形成，而观察组肝硬化程度较造模组轻。与正常对理相比，造模组肝硬化形成后，肝脏内源性H2s含量明显减少，两组的H2S含量分别为（344．544-33．19）和（166．11±50．54）tmaol／L（t=4．366，P〈0．01），肝脏羟脯氨酸含量明显升高，分别为（0．254-0．12）和（2．111-0．86）mg／s（t=5,018，P〈0．01）；与观察组比较，造模组肝脏H2s含量明显增加，分别为（306．974-36．08）和（166．114-50．54）tmaol／L（t=4．297，P〈0．01）；羟脯氨酸明显减少，分别为（1．034-O．41）和（2．114-0．86）mg／g（t=4．874，P〈0．01）。肝硬化过程中CSE含量逐渐降低，但观察组肝脏CASE表达却明显增加，表达水平与正常对照组相似。结论HeS在肝硬化形成过程中，能抑制肝脏胶原蛋白的合成，具有负向调整肝硬化进展的作用。

目的探讨牙周炎症对缺血性脑卒中患者高敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）和纤维蛋白原水平的影响。方法选取缺血性脑卒中伴中重度牙周炎患者（脑卒中伴牙周炎组）、单纯缺血性脑卒中患者（脑卒中组）、单纯中重度牙周炎患者（牙周炎组）及健康者（对照组）各20例。记录牙周临床指标包括牙周探诊深度、附着丧失、出血指数、菌斑指数，检测血清***和纤维蛋白原的含量。结果脑卒中伴牙周炎组牙周探诊深度、附着丧失、出血指数、菌斑指数均高于脑卒中组、牙周组、对照组（均P〈0．05）。牙周炎组、脑卒中组、脑卒中伴牙周炎组的hs—CRP和纤维蛋白原明显高于对照组[hs—CRP：（2．7±0．8）、（3．2±0．5）、（5．9±3．2）mg／L比（1．4±0．8）mg／L；纤维蛋白原（2．72±0．20）、（2．91±0．54）、（3．24±0．20）g／L比（2．29-t-O．14）g／L]，脑卒中伴牙周炎组又明显高于脑卒中组、牙周组，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。相关性分析结果显示，hs—CRP、纤维蛋白原水平与牙周指数正相关（均P〈0．05）。结论牙周感染和炎症可能是缺血性脑卒中患者hs—CRP和纤维蛋白原水平升高的原因之一。

2型糖尿病与C-反应蛋白及空腹血胰岛素原的相关性研究

目的:研究C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、空腹血胰岛素原(fasting plasma proinsulin,FPI)与2型糖尿病(t2DM)及其合并高血压的关系,探讨CRP参与t2DM的发生机制。方法:70例t2DM患者按有无高血压分为t2DM合并高血压组30例和单纯t2DM组40例,另设35名正常对照,均检测血CRP、FPI、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fg)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,tC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,tG)、高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)等,并进行组间比较,t2DM组进行CRP与FPI等指标的相关性分析。结果:单纯t2DM组CRP值较正常对照组明显升高(Pt2DM合并高血压组CRP值也较单纯t2DM组明显升高(Pt2DM组CRP与FPI呈正相关关系(Pt2DM及其合并高血压的发生、发展可能与CRP升高有关。

目的探讨人血清白蛋白(HSA)和依他尼酸的相互作用。方法通过荧光光谱、紫外可见吸收光谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱、圆二色谱、分子模拟技术考察两者的相互作用。结果利用Scatchard方程确定了两者相互作用的结合位点数以及结合常数;根据van't Hoff方程求得了相互作用的摩尔焓变、摩尔熵变和吉布斯自由能变;计算出了两者相互作用的距离;利用分子模拟技术证明了两者之间主要的作用力是疏水作用力和氢键。结论 HSA和依他尼酸间存在相互作用,可改变HSA的二级结构。

吡罗昔康提高γδt细胞杀伤胃癌细胞作用的机制研究

目的探讨吡罗昔康提高γδt细胞杀伤胃癌细胞作用的机制。方法按常规方法培养γδt细胞;在培养第9天的γδt细胞中加入不同浓度吡罗昔康(分别为0.01、0.02、0.04、0.08、0.16 mmol/L)诱导,24 h后收集培养上清液用于细胞因子γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tNF-α)、白细胞介素12(IL-12)检测,沉淀细胞用流式细胞术测定穿孔素、粒酶B和NKG2D及用LDH法检测γδt细胞杀伤胃癌细胞活性。结果吡罗昔康浓度为0.04 mmol/L时诱导的γδt细胞穿孔素和粒酶B分别为78.7%和71.8%,明显高于对照组(分别为51.4%和60.9%)。吡罗昔康能显著抑制γδt细胞NKG2D的表达,并随着药物浓度的增加作用越明显。γδt细胞经吡罗昔康诱导24 h后,培养上清液中IFN-γ和IL-12浓度与对照组比较没有明显变化;但能抑制tNF-α的分泌,并且随着药物浓度的增加抑制作用越明显。γδt细胞杀伤胃癌细胞BCG-823的活性在0.04 mmol/L时最高(75%),明显高于对照组(58%)。结论经吡罗昔康诱导后γδt细胞杀伤BCG-823活性明显增高的机制可能与γδt细胞表达较高浓度的穿孔素和粒酶B有关。

摘要目的 3 t及7 t MRI的血管壁序列已见报道,本研究比较3 t和7 t MRI对颅内动脉血管壁和血管壁病变的显示情况。方法在注射对比剂前、后,应用3 t和7 t MRI的颅内血管壁扫描序列,对21例无症状老年志愿者进行扫描。2位评估者对影像质量、血管壁病变的存在和特征进行评分。结果在研究的动脉分段中,即使存在很多伪影影响评估,7 t MRI对血管壁的显示仍要等于或显著优于3 t MRI。7 t MRI的优势可以更好地显示近端的大脑前循环与大脑后动脉的血管壁。在无症状老年人群中,3 t MRI显示了48处
