BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)is the fifth most common and the fourth most lethal malignant tumour in the world.Most patients are already in the advanced stage when they are diagnosed,which also leads to poor overall survival.The effect of posto-perative adjuvant chemotherapy for advanced GC is unsatisfactory with a high rate of distant metastasis and local recurrence.AIM To investigate the safety and efficacy of a programmed cell death 1(PD-1)inhibitor combined with oxaliplatin and S-1(SOX)in the treatment of Borrmann large type III and IV GCs.METHODS A retrospective analysis(IRB-2022-371)was performed on 89 patients with Borrmann large type III and IV GCs who received neoadjuvant therapy(NAT)from January 2020 to December 2021.According to the different neoadjuvant treatment regimens,the patients were divided into the SOX group(61 patients)and the PD-1+SOX(P-SOX)group(28 patients).RESULTS The pathological response(tumor regression grade 0/1)in the P-SOX group was significantly higher than that in the SOX group(42.86%vs 18.03%,P=0.013).The incidence of ypN0 in the P-SOX group was higher than that in the SOX group(39.29%vs 19.67%,P=0.05).The use of PD-1 inhibitors was an independent factor affecting tumor regression grade.Meanwhile,the use of PD-1 did not increase postoperative complications or the adverse effects of NAT.CONCLUSION A PD-1 inhibitor combined with SOX could significantly improve the rate of tumour regression during NAT for patients with Borrmann large type III and IV GCs.

This work investigated transfer and change of paint evidences in a case of hit-and-run.Two kinds of attachments were found on the clothes of the victim and they were initially considered paint fragments from the vehicle causing the accident.Infrared spectroscopy(IR),scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive spectrometer,and Microspectrophotometry were applied for examination of paints and clothing fibers.Polyester was detected in one of the attachments and in the clothing fibers of the victim by IR.A traffic accident simulation experiment was designed and conducted to research whether the polyester attachments come from suspected vehicle paints or victim’s clothing fibers.The results showed that a melt mixture of transferred paints and clothing fiber was formed after a violent collision.Because the amount of transferred paints was too low to be detectable in the mixture,the components detected by IR were mainly from clothing fibers.Thereby,we inferred that only one kind of attachment and paint fragments existed on the clothes of the victim,and the polyester attachments cannot be used to indicate the composition of suspected vehicle paint.Clothing fibers and paints are both common trace evidence in traffic accident cases,and more attention should be paid to the examination of transferred paints on clothing fibers.

In Xinjiang's perennial cotton(Gossypium hirsutum)-planting soil,the average residual amount of plastic film is as high as 265.3 kg/hm2,and the problem of pollution with residual plastic film in the tillage layer has become a major problem.To explore the mechanism of the separation of residual film and soil in the tillage layer and determine the conditions favorable for the separation of residual film-soil,this study established a constitutive model of residual film-soil contact based on the discrete element method and used the established constitutive model to simulate the process of separating residual film and soil.In addition,the influence of parameters,such as soil particle size and water content,on the force to separate the residual film and soil was studied using single factor and orthogonal experiments.The simulation results showed that the changing trend of the residual film-soil separation force curve did not differ much between the simulation and the actual comparison,and the curves were roughly the same.They all decreased after the separation force reached its peak value,but the simulated separation force curve was similar to that of the actual separation force.It increased rapidly from the beginning and reached peak separation force first.The single-factor experiment showed that the separation force of the used residual mulching film was higher than that of the unused mulching film.Under the same conditions,the maximum separation force required to separate the residual membrane was proportional to the positive pressure on the surface of the residual membrane and the size of soil particles.Under the same conditions,the maximum separation force required to separate the residual film is proportional to the positive pressure on the surface of the residual film and the size of soil particles.The maximum separation force decreased first and then increased as the soil moisture content increased.The results of the orthogonal experiment showed that the soil particle size had the greatest effect on the maximum

Objective:Reconstruction of the digestive tract for adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction(AEG)is in dispute.This study evaluated Cheng’s gastric tube interposition esophagogastrostomy with reconstruction of His angle and fundus(Cheng’s GIRAFFE anastomosis)in laparoscopic/open proximal gastrectomy for Siewert typeⅡAEG,which was performed at Zhejiang cancer Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University.Here,we discuss the preliminary results of gastric emptying and anti-reflux.Methods:From a retrospective database,74 patients with advanced Siewert typeⅡAEG underwent curative proximal gastrectomy with GIRAFFE anastomosis,and their gastric emptying and anti-reflux outcomes were evaluated by the Reflux Disease Questionnaire(RDQ)score,nuclide gastric emptying,24-h impedance-pH monitoring and gastroscopy.Results:Seventy-four patients successfully completed proximal partial gastrectomy with Cheng’s GIRAFFE esophagogastric anastomosis.RDQ score six months after the operation was 2.2±2.5.Results of nuclide gastric emptying examinations showed that the gastric half-emptying time was 67.0±21.5 min,the 1-h residual rate was(52.2±7.7)%,the 2-h residual rate was(36.4±5.1)%,and the 3-h residual rate was(28.8±3.6)%;24-h impedance-p H monitoring revealed that the mean De Meester score was 5.8±2.9.Reflux esophagitis was observed by gastroscopy in 7 patients six months after surgery.Conclusions:Cheng’s GIRAFFE anastomosis is safe and feasible for Siewert typeⅡAEG.

Aim:Scavenger receptor class B,type I(SR-BI)is an integral plasma membrane protein that has been reported to be overexpressed in various malignancies,such as renal cancer,breast cancer,and prostate cancer,and is an independent prognostic factor.However,the clinical value and expression of SR-BI in GC are unknown.Our research aimed to explore the role of SR-BI in combination with immune markers as a diagnostic and prognostic marker for gastric cancer(GC).Methods:GC tissues,paracancerous tissues,and clinicopathological data of 149 patients were collected.The expression level of SR-BI,Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs),and PD-L1 were evaluated by immunohistochemistry(IHC).The associations of the SR-BI staining intensity with clinicopathological features and immune markers were determined by the chi-square test.Univariate and multivariate COX regression analyses were used to evaluate independent prognostic factors.Kaplan–Meier analyses were performed to plot the survival curve.Results:Our results indicated that SR-BI was expressed at higher levels in tumor tissues than in adjacent paracancerous tissues(pcant(p=0.030).Conclusion:SR-BI is highly expressed in GC tissue and associated with poor prognosis.Moreover,SR-BI can also regulate the GC tumor immune microenvironment.

Microplastic distribution is non-homogeneous in agricultural soil following plastic film degradation.However,the distribution of microplastics by shape and particle size in different soil aggregates remains unknown.To elucidate the distribution of microplastic shapes and particle sizes in soil aggregates with increasing years of film mulching,four paired fields with film mulching(FM)and no mulching(NM)were examined at 1,5,10,and 20 years after continuous mulching.An increase in soil aggregates of 0.053–0.25 mm diameter was observed;however,soil organic carbon content decreased after long-term FM.Microplastics primarily combined with 0.053–2 mm soil aggregates.Specifically,long-term FM was associated with dominance of film-and fiber-shaped microplastics in soil aggregates of 0.25–2 mm and 0.053–0.25 mm diameter,respectively.Fiber-and granule-shaped microplastics of 0.25–1 mm diameter primarily combined with 0.053–0.25 and 0.25–2 mm soil aggregates,respectively.Film-shaped microplastics of diameter>1 mm and diameter 0.05–0.25 mm primarily combined with 0.25–2 mm soil aggregates.Therefore,distribution of microplastics in soil aggregates can be used to monitor soil health and quality,greatly enhancing our understanding of the risk posed by microplastics to the environment.

针对智能仓储多AGV(automated guided vehicle)路径规划实时性差,障碍物识别能力弱,多AGV碰撞、死锁和拥堵等问题,提出了一种智能仓储交通信号控制与多AGV路径规划协同控制方法,将交通信号与多AGV路径规划视为一个整体,设计一种交通信号与多AGV路径规划协同控制框架,并提出LS-A3C(long short-asynchronous advantage actor-critic)算法和Bi-LSTM-CBAM(bi-long short-term memory-convolutional block attention module)算法作为框架的核心算法。LS-A3C算法使用长短时编码器和注意力机制分别对交通信号的长期信息和短期信息进行编码,以学习元特征表示,并使用A3C框架计算元Q值和控制策略,实现交通信号时间自适应AGV流量,解决多AGV碰撞、死锁和拥堵等问题。Bi-LSTM-CBAM算法通过计算本时刻和前置时刻状态特征,对输出结果进行拼接处理,可以有效解决神经网络梯度消失和爆炸的问题,提高AGV路径规划实时性;引入注意力机制模块CBAM,根据输入信息重要程度分配权重,加强AGV对障碍物识别能力。在Sumo和Gazebo联合仿真平台进行仿真实验,实验结果表明,该协同控制方法使AGV碰撞、死锁及拥堵情况明显降低,障碍物识别能力显著提高,路径规划实时性大幅增强,达到提升AGV作业效率的目的。

With the improvement of people’s requirements for food quality,food safety has become the focus of society.More and more researchers continue to develop specific and convenient biochemical sensors for the detection of certain components in food,which also imposes higher requirements for the structure and performance of nanomaterials.Biochemical sensors based on carbon nanotubes,metal nanowires,nanofibers,metal-organic framework(MOF)compounds and other functional composite materials have the advantages of high sensitivity,great detection speed and reliable results,and have been continuously developed and widely used in medical,environmental and food safety fields.This paper reviews the progress of research on the application of the sensors based on the above functional nanomaterials in food detection in recent years,demonstrates the advantages brought by the functional composite materials,and discusses the challenges faced by the functional nanomaterials in the field of food safety testing,to provide an effective reference for developing functional composite material sensors for food safety testing.
