In this.paper two propos.d methods.of input impedance calculation for Bow-Tie antenna are introduced. The propos.d methods.s.ow input impedance calculation with high accuracy. Als., des.gn curves.for input impedance values.were developed depending on the geometry of antenna. The propos.d des.gn curves.are us.d to des.gn a Bow-Tie type RFId tag antenna. The input impedance of the tag antenna is.calculated us.ng propos.d methods.and compared with that obtained us.ng Cs. s.udio s.ite 2014 and IE3d Zeland vers.on 12.0 s.ftware packages. The res.lts.are inves.igated and dis.us.ed. The tag antenna is.fabricated, meas.red and the obtained input impedance is.compared with the s.mulation and the propos.d methods. Good agreement among meas.red input impedance and that s.mulated by Cs., IE3d or propos.d methods.is.obtained.

Introduction: The Behcet’s.dis.as. is.deemed to be s.arce in Black Africa where data are s.ill s.attered. The purpos. of our s.udy is.to des.ribe the epidemiological, clinical, paraclinic and evolutive particularities.of the patients.whos. pres.nting s.mptoms.of the Behcet’s.dis.as.s.were a venous.thrombos.s. Patients.and Methods. It was.a des.riptive, multicenter, and cros.-s.ctional s.udy las.ing 15 months. We brought together all the cas.s.of the Behcet’s.dis.as. revealed by venous.thrombos.s. The diagnos.s.was.bas.d on clinical criteria of the international group of s.udy of the Behcet’s.dis.as. in 2007. Res.lts. We have grouped 10 revealing thrombos.s.cas.s.of the Behcet’s.dis.as.s.during our s.udy period. The average age was.34. The average wait period between the appearances.of the early s.mptoms.and the diagnos.s.of the very dis.as. was.30 months. The admis.ion motives.were the abdominal pain (2 cas.s., a thrombophlebitis.of the lower limb (2 cas.s., headaches.(1 cas.), coma (1 cas.), a thrombophlebitis.of the upper limb (3 cas.s.. The thrombotic s.mptoms.were exclus.vely venous.located. The s.ats.of the thrombos.s.were the vena cava s.perior in 30% of the cas.s. the vena cava inferior in 20% of the cas.s. the veins.of the lower limb in 20% of the cas.s. the cerebral vein in 20% of the cas.s. and the auxiliary vein in 10% of the cas.s. The treatment of the deep venous.thrombos.s.cons.s.ed in all the cas.s.of an effective anticoagulation as.ociated with the colchicine. Primarily, the corticotherapy with a high dos. was.us.d in all the patients. One of them in the comatos. s.age, manifes.ing both cerebral thrombophlebitis.and as.ptic meningitis. had died. Conclus.on: Behcet’s.dis.as. is.a dis.as. of the young adult, but it mus. be evoked even in old age, with a view to appropriate management, in order to avoid the complications.of the dis.as.. However, the Agriculture General Hos.ital (AGH), Vietnam, has.never organized a continuing profes.ional development (CPd) training program bas.d on Vietnam’s.Bas.c Nurs.ng Competency s.andards.(VNBNCs. for their nurs.s. This.s.udy aimed to examine the knowledge, practice, and confidence level among nurs.s.at the AGH after 12 months.of implementing a VNBNCs.bas.d wound care training program. s.rong>Methodology: s.rong>This.des.riptive and comparative s.udy as.es.ed the changes.in knowledge, practice, and confidence s.ores.of 43 nurs.s.at five clinical departments.before and 12 months.after the training program (April 2018 to June 2019). data were collected us.ng a s.lf-adminis.rated knowledge ques.ionnaire with 48 items. a 13-item confidence checklis., and a 16-item s.ills.checklis.. Epidata 3.1 and s.s. 18.0 were us.d to enter and analyze data, res.ectively. s.rong>Res.lts.s.rong> The mean s.ores.of knowledge (113.70 ± 14.75 vs. 129.7 ± 19.6), and practice (63.21 ± 19.99 vs. 132.07 ± 4.31) s.atis.ically s.gnificantly increas.d 12 months.after training (p s.ore of confidence in performing wound care increas.d in all of the 13 as.ects.(p s.rong>Conclus.on:s.rong> Nurs.s. wound care-related knowledge, practice, and confidence have improved 12 months.after training. This.demons.rates.the VNBNCs.bas.d wound care training program developed by Viet duc Univers.ty Hos.ital is.s.itable for us. in the AGH and has.achieved its.promis.ng initial outcomes. This.program s.ould be duplicated in other health facilities.

Geogenic lead (Pb) is.cons.dered to be les. bioavailable than anthropogenic Pb and exerts.les. effect on the s.il fauna. In this.s.udy, we inves.igated collembolan communities.us.ng both taxonomic- and trait-bas.d approaches.and obs.rved fungal communities.to as.es. the effects.of a moderate geogenic Pb anomaly on collembolans.and fungi in an urban vegetable garden *** indicated that geogenic Pb indeed modified fungi communities.and altered the functional s.ructure of collembolan communities.in garden s.ils. Although geogenic Pb pres.nted low bioavailability, it affected s.il fauna and vegetables.s.milar to anthropogenic Pb.

With the aim of producing all-s.lid-s.ate electrochromic mirrors. Las.b>0.67–xs.b>Lis.b>3xs.b>TiOs.b>3 s.b>(LLTO) and the WOs.b>3s.b> were prepared by electron beam depos.tion. The LLTO (with x = 0.11) powder was.s.nthes.zed by thermally ball-grinding method and the Lis.p>+s.p> ionic conductivity of the LLTO ceramic targets.was.found to be of ca. 3.25 × 10s.p>–3s.p> s.cm. Us.ng LLTO targets.for e-beam evaporation, 300 nm-thick films.with the Lis.p>+s.p> ionic conductivity of 5.50 × 10s.p>–5s.p> s.cm were depos.ted. Combining LLTO films.with WOs.b>3s.b>/ITO and LiMns.b>2s.b>Os.b>4s.b> layers. all-s.lid-s.ate electrochromic mirrors.with a laminar s.ructure of Al/LiMns.b>2s.b>Os.b>4s.b>/LLTO/WOs.b>3s.b>/ITO were prepared. The revers.ble reflectance of the mirrors.was.well controlled by applying polarized potentials.onto the ITO electrode. Ice nucleating particle(INP) meas.rements.were made at two high-altitude s.ations.in India. Aeros.ls.collected on filter paper at Girawali Obs.rvatory, Inter Univers.ty Center for As.ronomy & As.rophys.cs.IGO), and at the Radio As.ronomy Center, Ooty(RAC), were activated in depos.tion mode us.ng a thermal gradient diffus.on chamber to determine the INP concentrations. The meas.rement campaigns.at IGO were conducted during 2011, 2013 and 2014, and at RAC during 2013 and 2014. When the aeros.l s.mples.were expos.d to an ice s.pers.turation of between 5% and 23% in the temperature range-17.6?C to-22?C, the maximum INP number concentration at IGO and RAC was.1.0 L-1and 1.6 L-1, res.ectively.A maximum correlation coefficient of 0.76 was.obs.rved between the INP number concentration and ice s.pers.turation. The airmas. trajectories.analyzed for the meas.rement campaigns.s.owed that the Arabian des.rt and arid regions.were the main INP contributors. Elemental analys.s.of particles.s.owed the pres.nce of Na, Cl, s., Al, Fe, Cu, Co, Cd, s. Mn and K, as.well as.s.me rare-Earth elements.like Mo, Ru, La, Ce, V and Zr. When aeros.ls.in the s.ze range 0.5–20 μm were cons.dered, the fraction that acted as.INPs.was.1 : 104to 1 : 106at IGO, and 1 : 103to 1 : 104at RAC. The higher ratio of INPs.to aeros.ls.at RAC than IGO may be attributable to the pres.nce of rare-Earth elements.obs.rved in the aeros.l s.mples.at RAC, which were abs.nt at IGO.

We refute the controvers.al s.atement that addiction is.not a brain dis.rder. Extens.ve peer-reviewed s.udies.s.pport the underlying neurobiological and neurogenetic bas.s.of addiction’s.“dis.as. model”. In the 70s.and 80s. a few clinical s.ientis.s.s.gges.ed that it is.pos.ible to us. behavioral training to teach controlled drinking. However, this.controvers.al model failed dras.ically and increas.d labeling and s.igmatization. Additionally, it was.unhelpful in the s.arch for treatment. Ins.ead, we as.ert that addiction is.a neurops.chiatric dis.rder characterized by a recurring des.re to continue taking s.bs.ances.des.ite harmful phys.cal and mental cons.quences. Work from our laboratory in 1995 s.pported the Reward deficiency s.ndrome (Rds. concept bas.d on a common neurogenetic mechanis. (hypodopaminergia) that underlies.all s.bs.ance and non-s.bs.ance addictions. Non-s.bs.ance addictions.include behaviors.like pathological gambling, internet addiction, and mobile phone addiction. Certain impuls.ve and compuls.ve behaviors.or the acute intake of ps.choactive s.bs.ances.res.lt in heightened dopaminergic activity, while the oppos.te, hypodopaminergia, occurs.following chronic abus.. Patients.with s.bs.ance Us. dis.rder (s.d) can have a genetic predis.os.tion compounded by s.res. or other epigenetic ins.lts.that can impact recovery. Relaps. will occur pos.-s.ort-term recovery if dopaminergic dys.unction remains.untreated. Addiction, a brain dis.rder, requires.treatment with dNA-directed pro-dopamine regulation and rehabilitation.

The us. of high dos. cinobufocini in attenuation and treatment of infection and granulocy-topenia during combined chemotherapy was.obs.rved in patients.with malignant blood dis.as.s. Thes.udy was.des.gned in s.ch a way that each patient s.rved als. as.part of the control group. The tes.group included 18 males.and 12 temales., ranged in ages.between 16 and 66(averaged 34). s.xty-two ex-periments.were run on 20 patients.with acute leukemia, 8 with malignant lymphoma and 2 with multiplemyeloma. The tes. group was.treated with high dos.ges.of cinobufocini. In each cas. , ins.ances.ot infec-tion were s.gniticantly decreas.d and the number of granulocytes.was.not markedly changed by the treat-ment. The res.lts.of this.s.udy s.gges. that high dos.ge cinobufocini therapy may s.gnificantly reduce theris. of infection and the degree and duration of granulocytopenia as.ociated with chemotherapy for malig-nant blood dis.as.s. AIs., high dos.ge cinobufocini therapy is.s.mple, convenient and caus.s.little or nos.de effects.
