Chitosan/Cellulose (CTS/CL) composite membranes were prepared by cross-linking reaction with 3-methy- lglutaric anhydride (3mGA). The cross-linked membranes with CTS/CL were obtained at different CTS con- tents in variations from 50 to 100 wt%, and these membranes were applied in the dehydration of ethanol/wa- ter mixtures. Especially, it was observed that in the case of a composite membrane containing chitosan 80% (CTS/CL-80/20) showed a performance with a separation factor of α = 17.1 and a total permeation flux of J = 326 g/(m2h). It was observed that the total permeation flux decreased when the cross-linking increased and the increase in the ethanol content in the feed solution showed an increase in the separation factor. The CTS/ CL-80/20 showed excellent performance with good mechanical strength and dehydration performance in the ethanol/water mixture separation.

mechatronic product development is a complex and multidisciplinary field that encompasses various domains, including, among others, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, control theory and software engineering. The integration of artificial intelligence technologies is revolutionizing this domain, offering opportunities to enhance design processes, optimize performance, and leverage vast amounts of knowledge. However, human expertise remains essential in contextualizing information, considering trade-offs, and ensuring ethical and societal implications are taken into account. This paper therefore explores the existing literature regarding the application of artificial intelligence as a comprehensive database, decision support system, and modeling tool in mechatronic product development. It analyzes the benefits of artificial intelligence in enabling domain linking, replacing human expert knowledge, improving prediction quality, and enhancing intelligent control systems. For this purpose, a consideration of the V-cycle takes place, a standard in mechatronic product development. Along this, an initial assessment of the AI potential is shown and important categories of AI support are formed. This is followed by an examination of the literature with regard to these aspects. As a result, the integration of artificial intelligence in mechatronic product development opens new possibilities and transforms the way innovative mechatronic systems are conceived, designed, and deployed. However, the approaches are only taking place selectively, and a holistic view of the development processes and the potential for robust and context-sensitive artificial intelligence along them is still needed.

Background: AntiRetroViral Treatment (ART) remains an important tool for reducing morbidity and mortality and improving the quality of life of people living with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (PLHIV). Under the pressure of ART, several parameters of PLHIV change and are the subject of different evaluations. Objective: The objective of this work was to study the clinical and anthropometric evolution of PLHIV after 6 months of ART based on Dolutegravir (DTG). methods: The present study was a non-interventional prospective cohort to assess the clinical and anthropometric evolution of PLHIV after 6 months of ART in the Ambulatory Treatment Center (CTA) for HIV in Kinshasa. The patients included were followed for 6 months in compliance with the schedule promulgated by the National Program. The parameters of interest were: Age, Sex, marital Status, Weight, Height, Body mass Index and Clinical Status. Results: On inclusion, 119 patients (56.3% women;43.7% men) were selected. During the consultation appointments, 42 patients (66.7% women;33.3% men) were present at m1, 37 patients (70.3% women;29.7% men) at m3, and 67 patients (61.3% women and 38.7% men) in m6. On inclusion, 41.5% of patients were at Stage 3 and 47.0% had a normal clinical condition. In m1, 48.7% of patients were at Stage 1 and 65.8% had a normal clinical condition. At m3, 41.7% of patients were at Stage 3 and 67.6% had a normal clinical condition. At m6, 61.8% of patients were at Stage 3 and 67.9% had a normal clinical condition. On D0, 45.5% of patients were in the 45 to 55 kg range and 56.5% had a normal Body mass Index (BmI). At m1, 45.7% were in the 45 to 55 kg range and 50.0% had a normal BmI. At m3, 34.4% were in the 45 to 55 kg range and 64.3% had a normal BmI. At m6, 31.8% were in the range of 45 to 55 kg and, respectively, 37.5% of patients were lean and had a normal BmI. mP2 method and different functionals such as m06-HF, m06-2X, cam-B3 LYP, PBE0, B3 LYP and m06 L incorporating different XC amounts were used to calculate the static first hyperpolarizabilies β(0) of eight molecules which are derivatives of benzene, stilbene and diphenylacetylene. The values were then compared to the experimental ones. The m06-2X functional was then selected for further calculations. NBO calculations were also performed to define the intramolecular charge transfer in each molecule. TD-DFT calculations were performed taking into account the solvent effect using the IEF-PCm formalism. Some parameters characterizing the vertical transitions such as the wavelength of the maximum absorption λ_(max) were compared to the experimental ones. Finally,solvation Gibbs free enthalpy ΔG_(solv) values have also been examined in order to determine which the specific solvent for a given molecule is.

Background Schistosomiasis is highly endemic in sub-Saharan Africa and frequently imported to Europe. male urogenital manifestations are often neglected. We aimed to ascertain the prevalence of genitourinary clinical signs and symptoms among long-term African migrants in a non-endemic European country using a serology *** We carried out a prospective, community-based cross-sectional study of adult male migrants from sub-Saharan Africa living in *** serology tests and microscopic urine examinations were carried out, and clinical data were obtained from an electronic medical record search and a structured *** We included 388 adult males, mean age 43.5 years [Standard Deviation (SD) = 12.0, range: 18–76]. The median time since migration to the European Union was 17 [Interquartile range (IQR): 11–21] years. The most frequent country of origin was Senegal (N = 179, 46.1%). Of the 338, 147 (37.6%) tested positive forSchistosoma. Parasite eggs were present in the urine of only 1.3%. Nine genitourinary clinical items were significantly associated with positiveSchistosoma serology results: pelvic pain (45.2%;OR = 1.57, 95%CI: 1.0–2.4), pain on ejaculation (14.5%;OR = 1.85, 95%CI: 1.0–3.5), dyspareunia (12.4%;OR = 2.45, 95%CI: 1.2–5.2), erectile dysfunction (9.5%;OR = 3.10, 95%CI: 1.3–7.6), self-reported episodes of infertility (32.1%;OR = 1.69, 95%CI: 1.0–2.8), haematuria (55.2%;OR = 2.37, 95%CI: 1.5–3.6), dysuria (52.1%;OR = 2.01, 95%CI: 1.3–3.1), undiagnosed syndromic STIs (5.4%), and orchitis (20.7%;OR = 1.81, 95%CI: 1.0–3.1). 为了加工微小沟槽的菲涅尔透镜模具,设计了配置B转台的超精密切削机床机电系统并研究了相关工艺。介绍了机床机构模块,设计了驱动及反馈环节。采用直线电机直接驱动的方式,将Heidenhain纳米级分辨率光栅信号通过驱动器细分后,反馈给数控系统,构成全闭环控制。设计了超精密切削机床数控系统,该系统采用开放式全软件型PA数控系统。机床两直线轴组装后导轨直线度达到0.15μm/200mm,B转台角位移分辨率达到0.036″,定位精度为3″。在机床上进行了直径280mm平面、100mm半球面、高次曲面切削实验。利用机床的B轴旋转功能,开发了菲涅尔透镜模具B轴旋转加工方法。加工后平面试件的表面粗糙度Ra可达5nm,菲涅尔透镜模具的表面粗糙度Ra为7.3nm。实验验证了基于高精度B轴旋转加工菲涅尔透镜模具的工艺可行性。

本文采用实地考察、数据统计分析等方法对胡志明市及周边地区有汉语教学的5所大学的具体情况进行了调查,调查总人数为364人。结果显示:目前越南大学汉语培养的类型主要有汉语语言专业与非汉语语言专业两类,招生条件日趋灵活,招生数量呈逐年上升的趋势;学生方面,汉语学习的动机主要是为工作服务,学习态度与策略需要改善与协助;教师方面,博士学位教师及外籍教师资源少,有的学校甚至没有;教材方面,由于一些客观原因未能及时更新,教材及参考书籍缺乏。针对目前的汉语教学现状,本文提出以下对策:组织丰富、有效的活动,以帮助学生改善学习态度和策略;通过更多的渠道营造语言环境;越南本土教师积极参加编写具有针对性、统一性的教材;携手创办汉语书架,以丰富汉语参考资料。
