Nanoindentation technique was adopted to investigate the chemomechanical properties change of hardened cement paste before and after *** was found that the mean elastic modulus and mean hardness obviously increase after the carbonation ***,the probability of the elastic modulus showed a sharp reduction for the elastic modulus at the range of 7-34 and 83-160 GPa,in comparison of a large increase for the elastic modulus between 34-83 *** the same reason,the probability of the hardness showed a large decrease when the hardness fell within 0.15-1.75 and 4.15-8.20 GPa and a dramatic increase for the hardness at the range of 1.75-4.15 *** addition,low density C-S-H was affected by the carbonation degradation more seriously than high density *** carbonation reaction led to distinct decrease of the number and size of unhydrated cement paste particles.

As“Bohai Red”scallops were originated from the hybrids between the Peruvian scallop(Argopecten purpuratus)and the bay scallop(Argopecten irradians)northern subspecies(Argopecten irradians irradians).Twelve Wnt members were identified from the two subspecies of bay scallop,and 13 Wnt genes were found in the genome of the Peruvian *** structure analyses showed that most Wnt genes poses all 5 conserved motifs except Wnt1,Wnt2,Wnt6,and Wnt9 in the bay scallops and Wnt2 and Wnt9 in the Peruvian ***,Wnt8 gene was present while Wnt3 was absent in both the bay scallops and the Peruvian *** analysis revealed that Wnt3 might have disappeared in the early evolution of *** expression profile of Wnt genes in the“Bohai Red”exposed to different temperatures was examined by *** show that expression of Wnt genes responded differentially to temperature *** Wnt genes such as Wnt1,Wnt6,Wnt7,Wnt11,and WntA that responded slowly to low and high temperature stresses may be related to the maintenance of basic *** Wnt genes such as Wnt4,Wnt9,Wnt5,and Wnt2 that responded rapidly to low temperature may play an important role in organismal protection against low temperature *** yet some Wnt genes including Wnt10,Wnt16,and Wnt8 that responded quickly to high temperature stress may play key roles in response to high temperature *** results provide new insights into the evolution and function of Wnt genes in bivalves and eventually benefit culture of“Bohai Red”scallops.

We present the specific ab-initio calculations that detail the variations of perovskite BaZrO3 caused by in-plane strain. Specifically, the internal relaxation, which was not captured in the widely used biaxial strain model, was included in a complementary manner to lattice relaxation. Density functional theory as well as a hybrid functional method based on a plane wave basis set was employed to calculate the lattice structure, elastic constants, electronic properties and optical properties of perovskite BaZrO3. The lattice parameter c exhibited a clear linear dependence on the imposed in-plane strain, but the Poisson＇s ratio caused by internal relaxation was smaller than the elastic deformation, indicating an ＂inelastic＂ or ＂plastic＂ relaxation manner caused by the introduction of internal relaxation. As a result, the related electronic and optical properties of perovskite BaZrO3 were also strongly affected by the in-plane strain, which revealed an effective way to adjust the properties of perovskite BaZrO3 via internal relaxation.

Wax apple(Syzygium samarangense)is an economically important fruit crop with great potential value to human health because of its richness in antioxidant ***,we present a haplotype-resolved autotetraploid genome assembly of the wax apple with a size of 1.59 *** genomic analysis revealed three rounds of whole-genome duplication(WGD)events,including two independent WGDs after WGT-γ.Resequencing analysis of 35 accessions partitioned these individuals into two distinct groups,including 28 landraces and seven cultivated species,and several genes subject to selective sweeps possibly contributed to fruit growth,including the KRP1-like,IAA17-like,GME-like,and FLACCA-like *** analysis of three different varieties during flower and fruit development identified key genes related to fruit size,sugar content,and male *** found that AP2 also affected fruit size by regulating sepal development in wax *** expression of sugar transport-related genes(SWEETs and SUTs)was high in‘ZY’,likely contributing to its high sugar *** sterility in‘Tub’was associated with tapetal abnormalities due to the decreased expression of DYT1,TDF1,and AMS,which affected early tapetum *** chromosome-scale genome and large-scale transcriptome data presented in this study offer new valuable resources for biological research on *** and shed new light on fruit size control,sugar metabolism,and male sterility regulatory metabolism in wax apple.

The interfacial transition zone (ITZ) between the aggregates and the bulk paste is the weakest zone of ordinary concrete, which largely determines its mechanical and transporting properties. However, a complete understanding and a quantitative modeling of ITZ are still lacking. Consequently, an integrated modeling and experimental study were conducted. First, the theoretical calculation model of the ITZ volume fraction about the rotary ellipsoidal aggregate particles was established based on the nearest surface function formula. Its calculation programs were written based on Visual Basic 6.0 language and achieved visualization and functionalization. Then, the influencing factors of ITZ volume fraction of the ellipsoidal aggregate particles and the overlapping degree between the ITZ were systematically analyzed. Finally, the calculation models of ITZ volume fraction on actual ellipsoidal aggregate were given, based on cobblestones or pebbles particles with naturally ellipsoidal shape. The results indicate that the calculation model proposed is highly reliable.

The Transport Properties of Concrete under the Simultaneous Coupling of Fatigue Load and Environment Factors

A set of coupling experimental instrument was designed to study the transport properties of chloride ion in concrete under simultaneous coupling action of fatigue load and environmental factors. Firstly the water-saturated performance of modem concrete was investigated, then diffusion performance of chloride ion under different stress levels and different temperature were studied respectively; meanwhile, the time- dependent behavior of the chloride ion diffusion in concrete was also researched. The results showed that the saturation degree of concrete can reach as high as 99%. Besides, diffusion coefficient of chloride ion increased with increasing of the stress level and temperature, and when the stress level and temperature are at 0.6 and 60 ℃ respectively, the diffusion coefficient is 6.3 ×10 -14 m2/s, moreover the diffusion coefficient of chloride ion in concrete decreased with time under the simultaneous coupling action of fatigue load and environment factors.

开裂是导致结构混凝土过早出现劣化和提前退出服役的主要原因,但其劣化本质上均是侵蚀性介质通过混凝土自身的孔隙、微裂纹或者荷载作用下的裂缝传输所致,因此,要揭示现代混凝土的劣化本质,必须科学地认识并建立其宏观、微观之间的本构关系。过去国内外提出的关于侵蚀性介质在混凝土材料中的传输理论,如Fick定律或者Darcy定律,其本质上属于唯象理论,尽管可以描述离子传输的现象,但关键参数如扩散系数、渗透系数均是通过试验回归,并没有深究现象背后的物理意义。更重要的是,这些理论难以确定混凝土微结构在各尺度层次上对离子传输的影响,进而难以从根源上对混凝土微结构进行调控,难以调节混凝土侵蚀性介质传输的性能。而现代混凝土具有多孔、多相、多层次和多尺度特征,因此需要逐尺度建立侵蚀性介质在混凝土中的传输本构关系。本文以氯离子(诱发钢筋锈蚀导致混凝土劣化最主要的原因之一)在现代混凝土中的扩散为例,介绍了现代混凝土宏观、微观之间传输本构关系建立的理论方法,影响氯离子在现代混凝土中传输行为的主要微结构特征参数(如硬化水泥石的水化产物及其空间分布、界面过渡区孔隙分布、界面过渡区体积分数),混凝土在各尺度上已建立的氯离子扩散与其微结构特征参数之间的本构关系等的国内外研究现状。现有的基于细观力学建立的各尺度传输模型,如常用的自洽模型、广义自洽模型和有效介质理论等均假定夹杂是球形的,夹杂与基体之间保持完好,而对混凝土这种复杂的复合材料需充分考虑夹杂形貌、夹杂体分比以及夹杂与基体之间存在的界面过渡区对传输行为的影响。在混凝土微结构特征参数预测模型中,已初步建立了球形骨料周围界面过渡区体积分数预测模型并充分考虑了界面之间的重叠程度,界面过渡区孔结构分布模型,硅酸盐水泥水化过程的模拟以及水化产物体积分数计算模型。这些模型为混凝土宏观、微观之间的传输本构关系的建立奠定了基础。本文还系统地介绍了从影响离子传输的最小尺度即纳米尺度逐步过渡到宏观尺度的建模过程。最后指出各尺度理论预测模型和微结构特征参数定量表征方面目前存在的不足和今后研究的重点,以期为结构混凝土微结构的调控和服役寿命的预测研究提供参考。

Internal Curing Mechanism of Sepiolite in Cement Paste

In order to explore the internal curing mechanism of sepiolite in cement-based materials,the effects of sepiolite on the water consumption of standard consistency,setting time,viscosity,strength,pore structure characteristics,micro-hardness characteristics and two-dimensional surface characteristics of cement paste were studied,*** experimental results show that the water consumption of standard consistency increases linearly with the increase of sepiolite *** setting time and viscosity are also lengthened and increased with the addition of sepiolite,*** the content of sepiolite exceeds 5%,the strength of the specimen increases *** BET results show that the pore structure of the interfacial transition zone(ITZ)in hardened cement paste(HCP)with sepiolite is optimized after curing for28 d and its pore volume content with below 10 nm is decreased,especially for the specimen with a lower watercement *** characteristics of microhardness and strength of specimens have the same *** electron image(BSE-IA)shows that the ITZ of the specimen with sepiolite is denser and the unhydrated cement particles are less than the reference specimen.
