Fe-N-C core-shell catalysts with single low-spin Fe(Ⅱ)-N_(4)species for oxygen reduction reaction and high-performance proton exchange membrane fuel cells

Fe-N-doped carbon materials(Fe-N-C)are promising candidates for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)relative to Pt-based catalysts in proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs).However,the intrinsic contributions of Fe-N_(4)moiety with different chemical/spin states(e.g.D1,D2,D3)to ORR are unclear since various states coexist inevitably.In the present work,Fe-N-C core-shell nanocatalyst with single lowspin Fe(Ⅱ)-N_(4)species(D1)is synthesized and identified with ex-situ ultralow temperature Mossbauer spectroscopy(T=1.6 K)that could essentially differentiate various Fe-N_(4)states and invisible Fe-O species.By quantifying with CO-pulse chemisorption,site density and turnover frequency of Fe-N-C catalysts reach 2.4×10^(-9)site g^(-1)and 23 e site~(-1)s^(-1)during the ORR,respectively.Half-wave potential(0.915V_(RHE))of the Fe-N-C catalyst is more positive(approximately 54 mV)than that of Pt/C.Moreover,we observe that the performance of PEMFCs on Fe-N-C almost achieves the 2025 target of the US Department of Energy by demonstrating a current density of 1.037 A cm^(-2)combined with the peak power density of 0,685 W cm^(-2),suggesting the critical role of Fe(Ⅱ)-N_(4)site(D1).After 500 h of running,PEMFCs still deliver a power density of 1.26 W cm^(-2)at 1.0 bar H_(2)-O_(2),An unexpected rate-determining step is figured out by isotopic labelling experiment and theoretical calculation.This work not only offers valuable insights regarding the intrinsic contribution of Fe-N_(4)with a single spin state to alkaline/acidic ORR,but also provides great opportunities for developing high-performance stable PEMFCs.

Kiwifruit is a recently domesticated horticultural fruit crop with substantial economic and nutritional value,especially because of the high content of vitamin C in its fruit.In this study,we de novo assembled two telomere-to-telomere kiwifruit genomes from Actinidia chinensis var.‘Donghong’(DH)and Actinidia latifolia‘Kuoye’(KY),with total lengths of 608327852 and 640561626 bp for 29 chromosomes,respectively.With a burst of structural variants involving inversion,translocations,and duplications within 8.39 million years,the metabolite content of DH and KY exhibited differences in saccharides,lignans,and vitamins.A regulatory ERF098 transcription factor family has expanded in KY and Actinidia eriantha,both of which have ultra-high vitamin C content.With each assembly phased into two complete haplotypes,we identified allelic variations between two sets of haplotypes,leading to protein sequence variations in 26494 and 27773 gene loci and allele-specific expression of 4687 and 12238 homozygous gene pairs.Synchronized metabolome and transcriptome changes during DH fruit development revealed the same dynamic patterns in expression levels and metabolite contents;free fatty acids and flavonols accumulated in the early stages,but sugar substances and amino acids accumulated in the late stages.The AcSWEET9b gene that exhibits allelic dominance was further identified to positively correlate with high sucrose content in fruit.Compared with wild varieties and other Actinidia species,AcSWEET9b promoters were selected in red-flesh kiwifruits that have increased fruit sucrose content,providing a possible explanation on why red-flesh kiwifruits are sweeter.Collectively,these two gap-free kiwifruit genomes provide a valuable genetic resource for investigating domestication mechanisms and genome-based breeding of kiwifruit.

IGG4-RELATED autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP) is themost common type of IgG4-related diseases. Theobservation of a diffused and localized enlargementof the pancreas and strictures in the main pancreaticduct on radiological imaging is essential fordiagnosing AIP. The clinical features of AIP which presentas a localized pancreatic mass greatly mimic pancreaticcancer. Cases with AIP mimicking pancreatic cancer arereported numerously. However, cases of IgG4-related AIPmanifesting acute pancreatitis symptoms and extensiveperipancreatic effusion are rarely observed. Meanwhile,acute pancreatitis is a common disease. If misdiagnosed asacute pancreatitis, IgG4-related AIP may progressseriously. Here, we report a rare case of IgG4-related AIPsuspected of acute pancreatitis because of epigastric painand extensive peripancreatic effusion on computed tomography(CT) images.

目的:分析非疾病状态人群外周血中淋巴细胞(LYM)数值、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)在不同性别人群随年龄变化的特征和规律,探讨这些指标用于评价非疾病状态人群免疫水平的可行性。方法:研究数据来自2019年1月至12月期间在河北中石油中心医院进行健康体检的人群,选取28~60岁年龄区间内10^(9)98例(男性5509例,女性5489例)非疾病状态人员,对其外周血LYM和NLR数值进行分析,按性别分别绘制散点图,进一步探讨这些指标在不同性别人群中,随年龄变化的差异和规律。结果:28~60岁年龄区间内,随年龄增长,男性和女性LYM、NLR散点图拟合曲线各自呈现规律性变化,其中,男性组LYM呈单调递减趋势,NLR呈单调递增趋势。女性组LYM随年龄增长大致呈“U”形,在28~30岁年龄区间,拟合曲线平直,LYM值约在(1.93~1.96)×10^(9)/L,30~35岁区间,呈下降趋势;35~50岁年龄区间,拟合曲线基本保持水平状态,LYM均值(1.79±0.02)×10^(9)/L;50~60岁年龄区间,拟合曲线呈上升趋势;NLR随着年龄的增长大致呈倒“U”形,在40~41岁年龄区间达到最大值。结论:LYM、NLR水平既有性别特征,又有年龄规律,作为非疾病状态人群免疫状态客观评估和健康管理的有效参考指标具有可行性。

在天然气水合物(简称水合物)钻采过程中,动态监测水合物沉积物具有非常重要的现实意义和应用价值.常规探测方法只能判断水合物分解前的大致分布情况,很难获得水合物分解过程中固-液交界面的动态变化和图像.本文将热声耦合引入到水合物的钻采监测中,首次提出了在瞬态强脉冲激励下水合物产生瞬态相变、并激发相变热声信号的物理机制,导出了脉冲激励与声源之间的耦合方程,提出了基于滤波反投影算法的相变界面成像方法.建立了三维仿真模型,开展了电场和声场耦合分析,在强脉冲激励下求解出了热函数及声压分布.然后模拟超声换能器接收到的声信号,利用声信号对不同半径的水合物重建声源的分布,从声源图像得到水合物的相变界面位置信息.为水合物松散沉积物的研究提供了一种全新的探测方法.
