We perform Hartree–Fock calculations to obtain occupied orbitals for triatomic molecule CO_(2),based on one-center method and B-splines to deal with cusps and speed up *** the orbital energies and charge distribution are in good accordance with the reference *** valence orbital is propagated with single-active-electron approximation,and the alignment-dependent ionization yield peaks about 40°.However,there are discrepancies between our results and the experimental data,and many-electron effects may need to be exploited further to describe them.

An automated flow-injection stopped-flow micellar enhanced Spectrofluorimetric method for determination of L-ascorbic acid (AA) is described. The method is based on the interference of laccase by AA. causing a decrease in the rate of the laccase-catalysed fluorescence reaction in the presence of Brij-35. The resulting change of fluorescence intensity at em 530nm (ex430nm) is proportional to the concentration of AA with the linear range over 0. 2 to 2. 0μg/ml. The significant interference from ferric and cupric ions can be eliminated by addition of EDTA. The method has been applied to the determination of AA in pharmaceuticals. the results agree well with the nominal values and those obtained by the reference method. The recovery of AA in pharmaceuticals are between 91.5% and 115.4%.

The interaction between transferrin (Tf) and its antibody was investigated by atomic force microscope. Tf-antibody was immobilized on the Au-coated glass slide, and the specific combination between antibody and antigen was also character-ized by AFM. The results showed that holo-transferrin was jogged with anti-transferrin, and binded anti-tran- sferrin more tightly than apo-transferrin. The force- distance curves revealed that the affinity of anti-trans- ferrin and holo-transferrin was much stronger than that of apo-transferrin.

Modeling of multiphase flow in low permeability porous media:Effect of wettability and pore structure properties

Multiphase flow in low permeability porous media is involved in numerous energy and environmental ***,a complete description of this process is challenging due to the limited modeling scale and the effects of complex pore structures and *** address this issue,based on the digital rock of low permeability sandstone,a direct numerical simulation is performed considering the interphase drag and boundary slip to clarify the microscopic water-oil displacement *** addition,a dual-porosity pore network model(PNM)is constructed to obtain the water-oil relative permeability of the *** displacement efficiency as a recovery process is assessed under different wetting and pore structure *** show that microscopic displacement mechanisms explain the corresponding macroscopic relative *** injected water breaks through the outlet earlier with a large mass flow,while thick oil films exist in rough hydrophobic surfaces and poorly connected *** variation of water-oil relative permeability is significant,and residual oil saturation is high in the oil-wet *** flooding is extensive,and the residual oil is trapped in complex pore networks for hydrophilic pore surfaces;thus,water relative permeability is lower in the water-wet *** the displacement efficiency is the worst in mixed-wetting systems for poor water *** negatively correlates with invading oil volume fraction due to strong capillary resistance,and a large microporosity corresponds to low residual oil *** work provides insights into the water-oil flow from different modeling perspectives and helps to optimize the development plan for enhanced recovery.

Potassium ions （K+） doped graphitic carbon nitride （g-C3N4） was prepared by a thermal etching method using potassium hydroxide （KOH） as an ion *** transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）results showed that the generation of the cyano group was detected while introducing K+.Under simulated sunlight irradiation,the sample with a K+doping amount of 10%showed the highest hydrogen peroxide （H2O2） generation rate of2,140.2μmol *** apparent quantum yield （AQY） at 400 nm and the solar-to-chemical conversion （SCC） are 4.35%and1.23%,respectively.K+acted as a bridge between g-C3N4layers,which enhanced charge transfer ***,the cyano group enhanced the adsorption capacity of protons （H+） and promoted the yield of *** catalyst exhibited excellent photocatalytic stability based on four-cycle *** addition,a mechanism study showed that superoxide radicals （·O2-）were the most important active species in the reaction *** production of H2O2was achieved through consecutive single-electron *** study deepens the understanding of the oxygen reduction reaction process and opens up a new venue for improving H2O2generation.

Spatiotemporal patterns of column-averaged dry air mole fraction of CO2(XCO2)have not been well characterized on a regional scale due to limitations in data availability and *** paper addresses these issues by examining such patterns in China using the long-term mapping XCO2 dataset(2009-2016)derived from the Greenhouse gases Observing SATellite(GOSAT).XCO2 simulations are also constructed using the high-resolution nested-grid GEOS-Chem *** following results are found:Firstly,the correlation coefficient between the anthropogenic emissions and XCO2 spatial distribution is nearly zero in summer but up to 0.32 in ***,on average,XCO2 increases by 2.08 ppm every year from2010 to 2015,with a sharp increase of 2.6 ppm in ***,in the analysis of three typical regions,the GOSAT XCO2 time series is inbetter agreement with the GEOS-Chem simulation of XCO2 in the Taklimakan Desert region(the least difference with bias 0.65±0.78 ppm),compared with the northern urban agglomerationregion(-1.3±1.2 ppm)and the northeastern forest region(-1.4±1.4 ppm).The results are likely attributable to uncertainty in both the satellite-retrieved XCO2 data and the model simulation data.
