Due to the mechanical stability of PP layer,the PP/HDPE double-layer microporous mem brane could be prepared at a higher heat-setting temperatu re than that of PE monolayer *** this work,the effects of heat-setting temperature on the pore structure and properties of PP/HDPE dou ble-layer membrane were *** the increase of heat-setting temperature from 120℃to 130℃,the length of connecting bridge crystal and crystallinity in the PE layer increase due to the melting of thin lamellae and the stability of connecting bridge structure during *** corresponding air permeability,po rosity,wetta bility of liquid electrolyte and mechanical property of the heat-set microporous membrane increase,exhibiting better electrochemical ***,when the heat-setting temperature is further increased to 140℃,higher than the melting point of PE resin,some pores are closed since the lamellae and connecting bridges melt and shrink during heat-setting,resulting in a decrease of air permeability and *** contrast,there is negligible change in the PP layer within the above heat-setting temperature *** study successfully builds the relationship between the stable pore structure and property of microporous membrane during heat-setting,which is helpful to guide the production of high-pe rformance PP/PE/PP lithium batteries separator.

The crystalline and amorphous regions were alternately arranged in the hard elastic polypropylene(PP)films with row-nucleated *** this work,their structure evolution during stretching and recovery at room temperature was followed and the elastic recovery mechanism was discussed by twice cyclic tensile *** the first stretching to 100%,the lamellae crystals are parallel separated and the intercrystallite crazing is formed at the first yield *** nano-cavities within the intercrystallite crazing appear when the strain reaches 20%.The strain-hardening process accompanies with the lamellae long period increasing and the intercrystallite crazing *** the secondary yield point,the lamellae cluster is further separated and more nano-cavities *** first and second recovery processes are complete *** recovery,firstly,the energy elasticity provided by nano-cavities surface tension drives the shrinkage of material,and then the entropy elasticity related to amorphous chain relaxation plays a leading role when the strain is smaller than the secondary yield *** elastic recovery process of hard elastic material is the co-contribution of energy elasticity and entropy *** work gives a clearer recognition about the source of hard elastic property and the role of amorphous region in material's deformation.

基于区域宽频带数字地震台网观测到的地震记录,采用多点源地震矩张量反演方法对2023年甘肃积石山M_(S)6.2地震进行了地震矩张量反演研究。结果显示,该地震震源机制解的NE倾的节面(走向312°,倾角48°,滑动角76°)为发震断裂,主体地震矩从震源向地表沿滑动矢量的方向(方位角236°,倾伏角40.5°)释放,主破裂持续时间约为5.8 s,与此同时,地震破裂区断层面上发生了次级的双侧破裂。

Due to the mechanical stability of the PP layer,the oriented PP/PE double-layer film with a row-nucleated crystalline structure can be annealed at a higher temperature than the PE monolayer *** this work,the effects of annealing temperature within the melting range of PE on the crystalline structure and properties of PP/PE double-layer films were *** the annealing temperature is between 100 and 130℃,below the melting point of PE,the crystallinity,the long period,lateral dimension and orientation of the lamellae in the PE layer increase with the annealing temperature due to the melting of thin lamellae and the self-nucleated effect of partially-melted melts during *** the annealing temperature further increasing to 138℃,near the melting ending point of PE,since the lamellae melt completely and the melt memory becomes weak during annealing,some spherulite structures are formed in the annealed sample,resulting in a decrease of *** contrast,the annealing only causes the appearance of a low-temperature endothermic plateau in the PP *** improved size and orientation of lamellar structure in the PE layer increase the pore arrangement and porosity of the stretched PP/PE microporous *** study successfully applies the self-nucleation effect of partially-melted polymer melt into the practical annealing process,which is helpful to guide the production of high-performance PP/PE/PP lithium batteries separator and the annealing process of other multilayer products.

This work investigated the microstructure and impact behavior of Mg-4Al-5RE-xGd(RE represents La-Ce mischmetal;x=0,0.2,0.7 wt.%)alloys cast by high-pressure die casting(HPDC),permanent mold casting(PMC),and sand casting(SC)*** results indicated that with increasing Gd content,the grain sizes of the HPDC alloy had a slight change,but the grains of the PMC and SC alloys were significantly ***,the acicular Al_(11)RE_(3)phase was modified into the short-rod shape under the three casting *** impact toughness of the studied alloy was mainly dominated by the absorbed energy during the crack *** increasing Gd content,the impact toughness of the studied alloy monotonically increased due to the lower tendency of the modified second phase toward crack *** impact stress was higher than the tensile stress,exhibiting a strain rate sensitivity for the mechanical response;however,the HPDC alloy had an inconsistent strain rate sensitivity during the impact event due to the transformation of the deformation mechanism from twinning to slip with increasing *** dimples covered the fracture surface of the fine-grained HPDC alloys,indicating a typical ductile ***,due to the deficient{1012}twinning activity and the suppressed grain boundary sliding during the impact event,the HPDC alloys showed insufficient plastic deformation capacity.

The reactive oxygen species(ROS) generation efficiency is always limited by the extreme tumor microenvironment(TME), leading to unsatisfactory antitumor effects in photodynamic therapy(PDT). As a promising gas therapy molecule, nitric oxide(NO) is independent of oxygen and could even synergize ROS to enhance the therapeutic effect. However, the short half-life, instability, and uncontrollable release of exogenous NO limited the application of tumor synergistic therapy. Herein, we reported a novel kind of red-emissive carbon dots(CDs) that was capable of lysosome-targeted and light-controlled NO delivery. The CDs were synthesized by using metformin and methylene blue(MB) via a hydrothermal *** obtained metformin-MB CDs(MMCDs) exhibited a higher1O2quantum yield and NO generation efficiency under light emitting diode(LED) light irradiation. Noteworthily, the1O2could further in situ oxidize NO into peroxynitrite anions(ONOO-), which own the higher cytotoxicity against cancer *** experiments indicate that MMCDs could destruct lysosome membrane integrity and kill almost 80%of Hep G2 cells under light irradiation while very low cytotoxicity in the dark. Moreover, MMCDs significantly decreased tumor volume and weight after phototherapy in hepatoma Hep G2-bearing mice. Our study provides a new strategy for light-controlled NO generation as well as precise lysosome-targeting for enhancement of PDT efficiency.

Extracellular vesicles are nano-to micro-scale,membrane-bound particles released by cells into extracellular space,and act as carriers of biomarkers and therapeutics,holding promising potential in translational ***,the challenges remain in handling and detecting extracellular vesicles for disease diagnosis as well as exploring their therapeutic capability for disease ***,we review the recent engineering and technology advances by leveraging the power of sound waves to address the challenges in diagnostic and therapeutic applications of extracellular vesicles and biomimetic *** first introduce the fundamental principles of sound waves for understanding different acoustic-assisted extracellular vesicle *** discuss the acoustic-assisted diagnostic methods including the purification,manipulation,biosensing,and bioimaging of extracellular ***,we summarize the recent advances in acoustically enhanced therapeutics using extracellular vesicles and biomimetic ***,we provide perspectives into current challenges and future clinical applications of the promising extracellular vesicles and biomimetic nanovesicles powered by sound.
