本研究通过密度泛函理论结合全相对论赝势对钙钛矿CH_(3)NH_(3)PbBr_(3)中的各向异性Rashba效应进行了深入研究.发现,Pb-Br八面体的畸变引起了导带最小间隙的三重态在自旋轨道耦合(SOC)效应和晶格形变下的分裂,导致在不同方向上呈现出强烈的各向异性.Rashba带分裂的最大系数可达2.0 eV?,并通过分析能级和电荷密度分布解释了Rashba效应的形成机制.这些研究结果有助于深化对CH_(3)NH_(3)PbBr_(3)性质的理解,同时为其在自旋电子学领域的潜在应用提供了理论基础.

Lagrangian statistics in isotropic turbulent flows with deterministic and stochastic forcing schemes

Artificial input of energy into the flow is neces sary to create and maintain a statistically stationary isotropic turbulence for sampling in studying the statistics. Due to the nonlinear coupling among different Fourier modes through the triadic interaction, whether or not various forc ing schemes affect the statistics in turbulence is an impor tant and open question. We present detailed comparison of Lagrangian statistics of fluids particles in forced isotropic turbulent flows in 1283, 2563, and 5123 simulations, with Taylorscale Reynolds numbers in the range of 64-171, us ing a deterministic and a stochastic forcing scheme, respec tively. Several Lagrangian statistics are compared, such as velocity and acceleration autocorrelations, and moments of Lagrangian velocity increments. The differences in the La grangian statistics obtained from the two forcing schemes are shown to be small, indicating that the isotropic forcing schemes used have little effects on the Lagrangian statistics in the isotropic turbulence.

Understanding the role of heat transfer between catalysts and substrates is important for enhancing photothermal CO2 ***,we investigate the effect of different substrates,including silicon wafers,glass slides and copper plates,on the photothermal catalytic performance of commercial Ni *** highest CO2 conversion rate and CO selectivity are observed in the catalyst film on the glass substrate,and this can be traced to a reduced catalyst-to-substrate heat transfer that increases the catalyst temperature under *** study reveals the important role of thermal management between catalysts and substrates in photothermal catalysis and sheds light on reactor design for efficient solar-to-chemical energy conversions.

In resonance with the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident lesson, a novel fuel design to enhance safety regarding severe accident scenarios has become increasingly appreciated in the nuclear power industry. This research focuses on analysis of the neutronic properties of a silicon carbide(SiC) cladding fuel assembly, which provides a greater safety margin as a type of accident-tolerant fuel for pressurized water reactors. The general physical performance of SiC cladding is explored to ascertain its neutronic performance. The neutron spectrum, accumulation of ^(239)Pu, physical characteristics,temperature reactivity coefficient, and power distribution are analyzed. Furthermore, the influences of a burnable poison rod and enrichment are explored. SiC cladding assemblies show a softer neutron spectrum and flatter power distribution than conventional Zr alloy cladding fuel assemblies. Lower enrichment fuel is required when SiC cladding is adopted. However, the positive reactivity coefficient associated with the SiC material remains to be offset. The results reveal that SiC cladding assemblies show broad agreement with the neutronic performance of conventional Zr alloy cladding fuel. In the meantime, its unique physical characteristics can lead to improved safety and economy.

Following the collision between the Indian and Eurasian plates, the Cenozoic vol- canic activities are rather frequent in the Qiangtang area of northern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. They can be divided into four series: alkaline basalt series, high-K calc-alkaline series, shoshonitic series and peralkaline potassic-ultrapotassic series. Geochemical data suggest that the magma sources of Cenozoic volcanic rocks have transferred from spinel lherzolite mantle in the early stage to garnet peridotite enriched mantle (EM2) in the later stage. The high Mg# number and extremely high Cr-Ni-Co abundance of high-K calc-alkaline and shoshonitic series andesites in the Qiangtang area indicate that the primary magma might be derived from subduction of conti- nent lithosphere from the Lhasa block. Incompatible element ratios of La/Rb, Zr/Rb, Rb/Nb, K/Nb, Pb/La and K/La of peralkaline potassic-ultrapotassic series lavas in northern Qinghai-Tibet Pla- teau are lower than island arc volcanic rocks and higher than and similar to oceanic island ba- salts. This signature indicates that the primary magma derive from a paleo-mantle wedge inter- fused by fluids derived from asthenosphere and/or subducted mantle lithosphere. But the above element ratios of ultrapotassic lavas in southern Tibet and ultrapotassic lamprophyres in eastern Tibet are higher than and similar to island arc volcanic rocks, which means that the primary magma sources contained a large quantity of crust contaminant from fluids and/or melts derived from subducted continent lithosphere. The studies result supports that the indian continental lithosphere has underthrust beneath Tibet to about the middle of the plateau, and Eurasian (Qaidam basin) mantle lithosphere has underthrust beneath the Qiangtang area of northern Tibet Plateau. Using a quantum channel composed of a two-atom and a three-atom nonmaximally entangled states, we present two schemes to teleport a three-atom GHZ class state via entanglement swapping in cavity QED with different success probabilities. The schemes can be respectively realized with the large-detuned vacuum cavities and with the large-detuned thermal cavities by separate atomic measurements after we choose appropriate atom-cavity-field interaction time.

建立了超级微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定宠物饲料中硫含量的新方法。系统探究了超级微波消解条件对消解液中残留碳含量(RCC)和残留酸量(RA)的影响,以这两项指标为依据,有效评估了消解效果,建立了优化微波消解条件的新策略。系统性研究了五种不同价态的硫形态对硫元素测定的影响,发现低价态硫标准物质在酸性条件下制备时,硫元素发射强度显著增强,而高价态硫标准物质在三种条件(酸性、中性和碱性)下制备时,硫元素发射强度均较稳定,为配制介质和硫标准物质的选择提供了有益的指导。研究发现,超级微波消解系统所创造的高温高压环境以及消解试剂的强氧化性条件,能有效消除低价态硫在酸性前处理条件下的发射强度增强效应。采用酸性条件配制高价态硫(SO_(4)^(2-))标准物质,并结合超级微波消解系统,能够实现宠物饲料中五种不同价态硫的准确测定。加标回收率为86.5%~108%,RSD值为1.69%~4.18%,检出限为6.2 mg·kg^(-1),与国家标准方法相比,该方法具有灵敏度高、成本低、绿色环保、工作效率高的优点。研究发现宠物饲料中硫含量与总蛋白质含量之间存在极显著正相关性(相关系数=0.819,p<0.01),可以为宠物饲料中总蛋白质含量的准确测定提供新思路和方向。

BACKGROUND Histological transformation is one of the numerous mechanisms of acquired resistance to epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors(EGFRTKIs).Given its rarity,the underlying transformational mechanisms,clinical features,and therapeutic prognoses are only studied through limited case *** To analyze the clinical characteristics and underlying mechanisms in non-small cell lung cancer(SCLC)patients with histological transformation after treatment with *** We retrospectively investigated nine patients diagnosed with non-SCLC transforming to SCLC,large-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma(LCNEC),or squamous cell carcinoma on re-biopsy after first-or third-generation *** The median age of nine patients was 60 *** them,six patients had the EGFR 19del mutation,one had the L858R mutation,and one had wild-type *** level of plasma NSE was measured in six patients with SCLC or LCNEC transformation when transformation occurred,and five patients had elevated plasma NSE *** patients received standard chemotherapy after transformation with the exception of one patient who received chemotherapy and *** Tumor re-biopsy should be performed routinely when EGFR-TKI therapy fails in lung cancer patients to avoid ignoring histological transformation and to select a subsequent therapeutic *** transformed tumor retained the original EGFR mutation,indicating that histological transformation represents an evolution from the initial tumor.

We calculate the concurrence and spin squeezing parameter of three atoms induced by a coherent field. It shows that when the mean numbers of photon of the field is very small, concurrence exhibits a certain kind of approximative periodic vibration. With the increase of the mean numbers of photon, its periodicity will be interrupted. As for the relationship between the concurrence and spin squeezing, numeric result shows that under Dick model, spin squeezing serves as a sufficient but not necessary condition for concurrence.
