The intrinsic resistance of MRSA coupled with biofilm antibiotic tolerance challenges the antibiotic treatment of MRSA biofilm ***-based nanoplatform is a promising emerging approach for treatment of biofilm ***,their therapeutic efficacy was restricted by the low drug loading capacity and lack of ***,we constructed a surface charge adaptive phytochemical-based nanoparticle with high isoliquiritigenin(ISL)loading content for effective treatment of MRSA biofilm.A dimeric ISL prodrug(ISL-G2)bearing a lipase responsive ester bond was synthesized,and then encapsulated into the amphiphilic quaternized *** obtained ISL-G2loaded NPs possessed positively charged surface,which allowed cis-aconityl-D-tyrosine(CA-Tyr)binding via electrostatic interaction to obtain ISL-G2@TMDCOS-Tyr *** NPs maintained their negatively charged surface,thus prolonging the blood circulation *** response to low pH in the biofilms,the fast removal of CA-Tyr led to a shift in their surface charge from negative to positive,which enhanced the accumulation and penetration of NPs in the ***,the pH-triggered release of D-tyrosine dispersed the biofilm and lipase-triggered released of ISL effectively kill biofilm *** in vivo study was performed on a MRSA biofilm infected wound *** phytochemical-based system led to~2log CFU(>99%)reduction of biofilm MRSA as compared to untreated wound(P1)with negligible biotoxicity in *** phytochemical dimer nanoplatform shows great potential for long-term treatment of resistant bacterial infections.

Highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI)subtype H5Nx viruses have spread globally and are a major concern for poultry,wild birds,mammals,and even humans(de Vries et al.2015;Zeng et al.2022).The hemagglutinin(HA)genes of H5 subtype viruses have evolved into multiple clades and some of these clades have been further divided into subclades(Cui et al.2022).Clade 2.***.4.4H5N8 HPAI viruses(HPAIVs)have caused several waves of disease outbreaks in wild birds and domestic poultry(wang et al.2022).

There is a rather limited understanding concerning the antibiotic-resistance of the airborne S. aureus and the transmission of the antibiotic-resistant genes it carries Therefore, we isolated 149 S. aureus strains from the samples collected from the feces, the indoor air and the outdoor air of 6 chicken farms, and performed the research on them with 15 types of antibiotics and the REP-PCR trace identification. The 100% homologous strains were selected to conduct the research on the carrying and transmission status of the antibiotic-resistant genes. The results revealed that 5.37% strains（8/149） were resistant to methicillins （MRSA）, and 94% strains （140/149） were resistant to compound sulfamethoxazole, etc. In addition, these strains displayed a resistance to multiple antibiotics （4, 5 or 6 types） and there were also 3 strains resistant to 9 antibiotics. the strains with the same REP-PCR trace identification result carried the same type of antibiotic-resistant genes. The results showed that airborne transmission not only causes the spread of epidemic diseases but also exerts threats to the public health of a community.

Objective:Amphenicols(chloramphenicol,thiamphenicol and forfenicol)can cause aplastic anaemia and other severe side effects to consumers;therefore,it is necessary to inspect their residues in foods of animal ***,there has been no report on the use of amphenicols receptor for the determination of their residues,and none of the previously reported immunoassays for amphenicols can differentiate the specifc *** and Methods:In this study,the ribosomal protein L16 of Escherichia coli was frst expressed,and its intermolecular interaction mechanisms with the three amphenicols was studied using the molecular docking *** protein was then combined with three enzymelabelled conjugates to develop a direct competitive array on microplate for determination of the three drugs in ***:Due to the use of principal component analysis to analyse the data,this method could discriminate the three drugs in the range 0.1–10 ng/mL,and the limits of detection for the three drugs were in the range of 0.0002–0.0009 ng/*** analysis results for the unknown egg samples were consistent with a liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method,and the method performances were superior to the previous immunoassays for ***:This is the frst paper reporting the use of ribosomal protein L16 to develop a competitive array for discriminative determination of amphenicols in food samples.

用Lasota系ND疫苗分别于 10、2 0日龄进行点眼免疫后采用SLAB免疫组织化学方法对鸡哈氏腺在鸡新城疫 (NewcastleDisease ,ND)疫苗点眼免疫后IgA、IgM、IgG型浆细胞的数量变化及分布特征进行了研究。研究发现 ,Lasota系ND疫苗点眼免疫后鸡哈氏腺中 (HarderianGland ,HG)中IgA、IgM、IgG型浆细胞的出现较对照组早 ,并于 48日龄达到峰值 ,一免及二免后三种类型的浆细胞数量均极显著高于对照组 (P 1) ,其中IgA型浆细胞的数量最多 ,IgM型浆细胞次之 ,IgG型浆细胞的数量最少。IgA、IgM、IgG型三种浆细胞均散在分布于哈氏腺的间质中 ,且主要围绕各级管腔上皮及腺上皮分布 ,其中成熟的浆细胞紧贴腺上皮及管腔上皮分布。表明Lasota系ND疫苗点眼免疫后可促进哈氏腺中的IgA、IgM、IgG型浆细胞的分化、成熟 ,这些浆细胞分泌的抗体成分可通过上皮而被分泌到管腔中去 ,最后到达泪液中 ,在眼区及上呼吸道起到保护作用。
