Evaluating two stages of silicone-containing arylene resin oxidation via experiment and molecular simulation

Silicon-containing aryl acetylene resin(PSA)is a new type of high-temperature resistant resin with excellent oxidation resistance,whereas antioxidant reaction mechanism of PSA resin under ultra-high temperatures still remains ***,the oxidation behavior and mechanisms of PSA resin are systematically investigated combining kinetic analysis and Reax FF molecular dynamics(MD)*** analysis indicates that the oxidation process of PSA resin undergoes two main steps:oxidative mass gain and oxidative *** distributed activation energy model(DAEM)is employed for describing oxidation processes and the best-fit one is obtained using genetic algorithms and differential *** model demonstrates that the oxidative weight gain stage is dominated by two virtual reactants and the oxidative degradation stage consists of three virtual ***,the observation of MD reaction pathways indicates that oxygen oxidation of unsaturated structures occurs in the initial stage,which results in the formation of PSA resin ***,cracked pieces react with O_(2)to generate CO and other chemicals in the second *** resin matrix's great antioxidation resilience is illustrated by the formation of SiO_(2).The analysis based on MD simulations exhibits an efficient computational proof with the experiments and DAEM *** on the results,a two-stage reaction mechanism is proposed,which provides important theoretical support for the subsequent study of the oxidation behavior of silica-based resins.

The unique structural features of hard carbon (HC) make it a promising anode candidate for sodium-ion batteries (SIB). However, traditional methods of preparing HC require special equipment, long reaction times, and large energy consumption, resulting in low throughputs and efficiency. In our contribution, a novel synthesis method is proposed, involving the formation of HC nanosheets (NS-CNs) within minutes by creating an anoxic environment through flame combustion and further introducing sulfur and nitrogen sources to achieve heteroatom doping. The effect of heterogeneous element doping on the microstructure of HC is quantitatively analyzed by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and image processing technology. Combined with density functional theory calculation, it is verified that the functionalized HC exhibits stronger Na+ adsorption ability, electron gain ability, and Na+ migration ability. As a result, NS-CNs as SIB anodes provide an ultrahigh reversible capacity of 542.7 mAh g-1 at 0.1 A g-1, and excellent rate performance with a reversible capacity of 236.4 mAh g-1 at 2 A g-1 after 1200 cycles. Furthermore, full cell assembled with NS-CNs as the can present 230 mAh g-1 at 0.5 A g-1 after 150 cycles. Finally, in/ex situ techniques confirm that the excellent sodium storage properties of NS-CNs are due to the construction of abundant active sites based on the novel synthesis method for realizing the reversible adsorption of Na+. This work provides a novel strategy to develop novel carbons and gives deep insights for the further investigation of facile preparation methods to develop high-performance carbon anodes for alkali-ion batteries. A carbon nanosheet rich in nitrogen and sulfur elements can be obtained in a few minutes using a flame combustion method. Surrounding rock pressure in the tunnel portal section through moraine under freeze-thaw action

Moraines,characterized by the accumulation of rock and soil debris transported by glacial activity,present unique challenges for tunnel construction,particularly in portal sections,due to prevailing geographical and climatic conditions that facilitate freeze-thaw *** these challenges,there is a dearth of studies investigating the influence of freeze-thaw action and water content on the mechanical properties of moraines,and no research on calculating surrounding rock pressure in moraine tunnels subjected to freeze-thaw *** this study,direct shear tests under freeze-thaw cycles were conducted to examine the effects of freeze-thaw cycles and water content on the mechanical properties of frozen moraine.A comprehensive parameter K,integrating the number of freeze-thaws and water content,was introduced to model cohesion *** on Terzaghi Theory,we propose an improved algorithm for calculating surrounding rock pressure at the portal section of moraine *** a tunnel as a case study,surrounding rock pressure was calculated under various conditions to validate the Improved Algorithm's *** results show that:(1)Strength loss exhibits a linear trend with the number of freeze-thaw cycles at water content levels of 4%and 8%,while at 12%water content,previous freeze-thaw cycles induce more significant damage to the soil.(2)Moraine saturation peaks between 8%and 12%water *** repeated freeze-thaw cycles,moraine shear strength initially increases before decreasing with varying water content.(3)The internal friction angle of moraine experiences slight reductions with prolonged freeze-thaw cycles,but both freeze-thaw cycles and water content significantly influence cohesion.(4)Vertical surrounding rock pressure increases after the initial freeze-thaw cycle,particularly with higher water content,although freeze-thaw cycles have minimal effect on it.(5)Freeze-thaw cycles lead to a substantial increase in lateral surrounding rock pre

Multi-Objective Optimization Based on Life Cycle Assessment for Hybrid Solar and Biomass Combined Cooling,Heating and Power System

用一维火焰分析并构建火焰面数据库,基于稳态层流火焰面(SLFM)模型分析不同化学反应机理对火焰面数据库及模拟结果的影响。基于大涡模拟(LES)程序AECSC(aero engine combustor simulation code)软件,SLFM模型结合DRG(direct relation graph)方法简化机理、Smooke机理、GRI 3.0详细机理模拟高雷诺数甲烷射流Flame D、E、F火焰,其中GRI 3.0机理的温度平均值和脉动值与实验数据最接近。相比LES-概率密度函数输运方程湍流燃烧(TPDF)模型,LES-SLFM方法计算速度快,整体精度接近TPDF计算结果。对化学机理影响火焰面数据库,从而影响模拟时间和精度的原因进行了系统分析。LES-SLFM模型结合详细机理速度快、精度合适,未来可以进一步用燃烧室算例检验,具有应用的潜力和发展价值。

In recent years, Flash LiDAR sensors based on direct timeof-flight(DToF) have been playing an increasingly important role in various 3D imaging fields. In order to perform a histogram on the chip to reduce the data rate, it is inevitable to use a large-size histogramming time-to-digital converter(hTDC) in a Flash LiDAR sensor. However, a large-size hTDC limits the spatial resolution of the sensor.

Effects of landscape fragmentation of plantation forests on carbon storage in the Loess Plateau,China

Etching Mechanism of Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(2) MXene Phases by CuCl_(2)-Lewis Molten Salt Method

We described a method for obtaining fluorine-free Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(2)MXene phases by melting copper in CuCl_(2)instead of aluminum in Ti_(3)AlC_(2).XRD results show that when molten salt CuCl_(2)etches Ti_(3)AlC_(2),it forms an intermediate product Ti_(3)CuC_(2),and then reacts with Ti_(3)CuC_(2)to obtain Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(2).The reaction of Ti_(3)AlC_(2)and CuCl_(2)at a temperature of 800℃for 2 h to obtain Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(2)with an optimal lamellar structure is shown in SEM *** pseudopotential plane-wave(PP-PW)method is used to calculate on the electronic *** etching mechanism is investigated by the total energies of each *** chemical reaction of Ti_(3)AlC_(2)and CuCl_(2)will first become Ti_(3)CuC_(2)and Cu,and then become Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(2)during the Lewis acid etching process,which are consistent with the experimental results.
