Accumulation and Reformation of Silurian Reservoir in the Northern Tarim Basin

Silurian sandstone in Tarim Basin has good reservoir properties and active oil and gas shows, especially thick widely-distributed bituminous sandstone. Currently, the Silurian was found containing both bitumen and conventional reservoirs, with petroleum originating from terrestrial and marine source rocks. The diversity of their distribution was the result of ＂three sources, three stages＂ accumulation and adjustment processes. ＂Three sources＂ refers to two sets of marine rocks in Cambrian and Middle-Upper Ordovician, and a set of terrestrial rock formed in Triassic in the Kuqa depression. ＂Three stages＂ represents three stages of accumulation, adjustment and reformation occurring in Late Caledonian, Late Hercynian and Late Himalayan, respectively. The study suggests that the Silurian bitumen is remnants of oil generated from Cambrian and Ordovician source rocks and accumulated in the sandstone reservoir during Late Caledonian-Early Hercynian and Late Hercynian stages, and then damaged by the subsequent two stages of tectonic uplift movements in Early Hercynian and Pre-Triassic. The authors presumed that the primary paleo-reservoirs formed during these two stages might he preserved in the Silurian in the southern deep part of the Tabei area. Except for the Yingmaili area where the Triassic terrestrial oil was from the Kuqa Depression during Late Himalayan Stage, all movable oil reservoirs originated from marine sources. They were secondary accumulations from underlying Ordovician after structure reverse during the Yanshan- Himalayan stage. Oil/gas shows mixed-source characteristics, and was mainly from Middle-Upper Ordovician. The complexity and diversity of the Silurian marine primary properties were just defined by these three stages of oil-gas charging and tectonic movements in the Tabei area.

Influence of pulse polarity on electron emission property of antiferroelectric ceramic

The electron emission property of a novel antiferroelectric cathode material lanthanum-doped lead zirconate stannate titanate (PLZST) on the application of positive or negative triggering voltage pulses has been investigated. All experiments were performed in a vacuum of 10^(-5) Torr and at room tempera-ture. It was discovered that there were two electron emission pulses when low positive triggering voltage was applied to the rear electrode, and three electron emission pulses when high positive trig-gering voltage was applied. However there were always two electron emission pulses when negative triggering pulses were applied. This phenomenon is proposed to be a result of both field electron emission at triple junctions and electron emission caused by polarization reversal. The experimental observations indicate that domain movement in the vicinity close to the triple junction under applica-tion of the triggering voltage pulse may be a primary origin of electron emission from PLZST.

Acupuncture Regulates the Balance of CD4^+ T Cell Subtypes in Experimental Asthma Mice

Objective: To evaluate the involvement of different CD4+ T cell subtypes in the anti-asthmatic effects of acupuncture in asthmatic mice. Methods: BALB/c mice were challenged by ovalbumin (OVA) for the establishment of experimental asthma model. Mice were divided into 4 groups by a random number table including the normal control, asthma model, acupuncture and sham acupuncture groups (14 per group). Acupoints Dazhui (GV 14), bilateral Fengmen (BL 12) and Feishu (BL 13) were selected for manual acupuncture treatment every other day for 4 weeks and Huantiao (GB 30) was selected for sham acupuncture. Airway hyperresponsiveness was examined by Buxco Pulmonary System. Pulmonary histopathology analysis was performed for inflammatory cell infiltration and mucus hypersecretion by haematoxylin eosin staining and periodic acid-Schiff staining. Inflammatory mediators assays of serum were investigated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and Bio-Plex. CD4+ T cell subpopulations including the expression levels of important factors in T lymphocyte polarization in lung tissue were examined by flow cytometric and Western blot analyses. Related pathways were detected by Western blot assay. Results: Compared with the OVA-induced asthma model group, acupuncture could attenuate airway hyperresponsiveness, inhibit inflammatory cell infiltration and mucus hypersecretion (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Furthermore, acupuncture increased the expressions of T-bet and Foxp3+, the cell numbers of CD4+ interferon gamma (IFN-γ)+ and CD4+ Foxp3+ in lung tissue and the level of Treg type cytokine interleukin (IL)-10 in serum (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Meanwhile, acupuncture reduced the RAR-related orphan receptor gamma t (RORγ t) level, the cell numbers of CD4+ IL-17A+ as well as the levels of IL-5, IL-13 and IL-17A in serum (P<0.05 or P<0.01). In addition, both acupuncture and sham acupuncture could inhibit the phosphorylation of p38 and p44/42 (P<0.01). 目的探究免疫治疗联合化疗治疗程序性死亡受体配体1(PD-L1)高表达晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法回顾性抽取安康市中心医院2020年1月至2022年12月收治的PD-L1高表达晚期非小细胞肺癌患者76例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组接受单纯化疗,观察组接受免疫治疗联合化疗治疗,比较两组临床疗效,血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、磷状细胞癌相关抗原(SCC-Ag)、细胞角蛋白19血清片段21-1(CYFRA21-1)水平及远期生存情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(63.16%,24/38)高于对照组(39.47%,15/38),P<0.05。治疗后,观察组CEA、SCC-Ag、CYFRA21-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中位生存时间[(12.26±3.26)个月]长于对照组[(8.59±1.26)个月],P<0.05。结论免疫治疗联合化疗治疗PD-L1高表达晚期非小细胞肺癌中能获取满意成效,能进一步控制病灶进展,且降低肿瘤标志物水平,延长患者生存期。

A power amplifier’s linearity determines the emission signal’s quality and the efficiency of the system.Nonlinear distortion can result in system bit error,out-of-band radiation,and interference with other channels,which severely influence communication system’s quality and reliability.Starting from the third-order intermodulation point of the milimeter wave(mm-Wave)power amplifiers,the circuit’s nonlinearity is compensated for.The analysis,design,and implementation of linear class AB mm-Wave power amplifiers based on GlobalFoundries 45 nm CMOS silicon-on-insulator(SOI)technology are presented.Three single-ended and differential stacked power amplifiers have been implemented based on cascode cells and triple cascode cells operating in U-band frequencies.According to nonlinear analysis and on-wafer measurements,designs based on triple cascode cells outperform those based on cascode cells.Using single-ended measurements,the differential power amplifier achieves a measured peak power-added efficiency(PAE)of 47.2%and a saturated output power(P_(sat))of 25.2 dBm at 44 GHz.The amplifier achieves a P_(sat)higher than 23 dBm and a maximum PAE higher than 25%in the measured bandwidth from 44 GHz to 50 GHz.

利用UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap四极杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱联用技术对半夏的化学成分进行快速识别和鉴定。以80%(V/V)甲醇提取,Acquity UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)分离,0.1%甲酸水(A)-0.1%甲酸的乙腈(B)溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱。质谱采用正、负离子监测模式,利用全扫描及自动触发二级质谱扫描,快速识别和鉴定半夏中的化学成分。根据高分辨质谱数据,从半夏中共分析鉴定出111个化合物,包括生物碱类37个、氨基酸及其衍生物20个、黄酮类17个、萜类12个、有机酸及其衍生物6个、苯丙素类5个、其它类14个。该方法可为半夏质量控制和药效物质研究提供参考。

目的系统评价通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的有效性和安全性。方法通过网络检索中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang Data)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science,检索时间从建库至2023年8月31日,全面筛选通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的临床随机对照试验(RCT),使用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入16项RCTs,总病例数1 654例,治疗组832例、对照组822例。Meta分析结果显示:在阿托伐他汀治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊能降低总胆固醇(TC)[MD=-0.62,95%CI(-0.87,-0.37),P<0.000 01]、三酰甘油(TG)[MD=-0.28,95%CI(-0.41,-0.15),P<0.000 1]、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)[MD=-0.38,95%CI(-0.56,-0.20),P<0.000 1]和提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平[MD=0.22,95%CI(0.06,0.38),P=0.008],降低颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)[MD=-0.21,95%CI(-0.27,-0.15),P<0.000 01]和斑块Crouse积分[MD=-1.05,95%CI (-1.29,-0.80),P<0.000 01],降低超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)[MD=-0.44,95%CI(-0.57,-0.31),P<0.000 01]和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平[MD=-3.96,95%CI(-6.25,-1.66),P=0.000 7],差异均有统计学意义。两组不良反应发生率[OR=1.48,95%CI(0.78,2.82),P=0.23]比较,差异无统计学意义。结论通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化能改善血脂水平与炎症反应、减轻动脉粥样硬化程度,疗效和安全性均较好,建议临床进一步推广使用。

Effects of Space Flight on Expression of Key Proteins in Rice Leaves

As a unique form of abiotic stress, the environmental conditions of outer space are expected to induce changes in plant genomes, proteomes and metabolic pathways. However, the effect of outer space conditions on the overall physiology of plants at the protein level has yet to be reported. To investigate the effects of outer space conditions on the growth-and development-related physiological processes and metabolic pathways of rice different stages, the seeds of rice variety DN423 were sent into orbit for 12.5 d aboard the SJ-10 Returning Satellite, and then the seedlings of both treated and control rice were compared at the three-leaf stage(TLS) and tillering stage(TS). In addition to comparing plant growth and reactive oxygen species(ROS) levels, seedling proteomes were also compared using isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation(i TRAQ). Space flight increased TLS plant height by 20%, reduced and increased ROS levels of the TLS and TS seedlings, respectively, and affected the expression of 36 and 323 proteins in TLS and TS leaves, respectively. Furthermore, the functions of the differentially abundant proteins were mainly associated with metabolism, energy, and protein synthesis and degradation. These results suggested that the exposure of seeds to outer space conditions affects the subsequent abundance of key signaling proteins, gene expression, and the processes of protein synthesis and degradation, thereby affecting metabolic processes and promoting adaptation to the abiotic stress of outer space. As such, the present study sheds light on the effects of space flight on plants and contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of extraterrestrial biology.
