Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)ad hoc network has achieved significant growth for its flexibility,extensibility,and high deployability in recent *** application of clustering scheme for UAV ad hoc network is imperative to enhance the performance of throughput and energy *** conventional clustering scheme,a single cluster head(CH)is always assigned in each ***,this method has some weaknesses such as overload and premature death of CH when the number of UAVs *** order to solve this problem,we propose a dual-cluster-head based medium access control(DCHMAC)scheme for large-scale UAV *** DCHMAC,two CHs are elected to manage resource allocation and data forwarding ***,two CHs work on different *** of CH is used for intra-cluster communication and the other one is for inter-cluster communication.A Markov chain model is developed to analyse the throughput of the *** result shows that compared with FM-MAC(flying ad hoc networks multi-channel MAC,FM-MAC),DCHMAC improves the throughput by approximately 20%~50%and prolongs the network lifetime by approximately 40%.

Transcription factor OsSPL10 interacts with OsJAmyb to regulate blast resistance in rice

The paper is based on the Red Flag Hybrid Electric Car, which belongs to the electric vehicle project of 863 program in the Tenth Five-Year Plan period. Considering the requirements of vehicle, the motor and its drive system is developed. The system adopts permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and vector control technique. The power system is complex hybrid structure, the typical operating modes include: idle speed shut down mode, pure electric mode, series mode, parallel mode, pure ICE mode, hybrid mode and regenerative braking mode. The maximum rate of torque/current control strategy has been investigated and the control strategy of the system in the primary driving modes was presented in this paper. Meanwhile the control system of integrate starter generator (ISG) has been investigated;great starting torque and generating control in the wide speed range have been implemented.

Transcription factors(TFs)play essential roles in transcriptional reprogramming during activation of plant immune responses to ***10(SQUAMOSA promoter binding protein-like10)is an important TF regulating trichome development and salt tolerance in *** we report that knockout of OsSPL10 reduces whereas its overexpression enhances rice resistance to blast ***10 positively regulates chitin-induced immune responses including reactive oxygen species(ROS)burst and callose *** show that OsSPL10 physically associates with OsJAmyb,an important TF involved in jasmonic acid(JA)signaling,and positively regulates its protein *** then prove that OsJAmyb positively regulates resistance to *** results reveal a molecular module consisting of OsSPL10 and OsJAmyb that positively regulates blast resistance.

Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) currently occupy an important position in the energy storage market, and the development of advanced LIBs with higher energy density and power density, better cycle life and safety is a hot topic for both academia and industry. In recent years, high-entropy materials(HEMs) with complex stoichiometric ratios have attracted great attention in the field of LIBs due to their various promising functional properties. The adjustability and synergistic effects of multiple elements in HEMs make them possible to break through the bottleneck of traditional electrode materials and electrolytes, providing new opportunities for the development of high-performance LIBs. This article provides an overview of the opportunities and challenges of HEMs in LIBs, including cathodes, anodes and electrolytes. The progress of HEMs in LIBs is first summarized and analyzed, then the potential advantages and limitations of HEMs used in LIBs are concluded, finally some envisioned solutions are proposed to develop more advanced LIBs through HEMs.

Hypoxia is the common characteristic of almost all solid tumors,which prevents therapeutic drugs from reaching the ***,the development of new targeted agents for the accurate diagnosis of hypoxia tumors is widely *** carbonic anhydrase IX(CA IX)is abundantly distributed on the hypoxia tumor cells,it is considered as a potential tumor biomarker.4-(2-Aminoethyl)benzenesulfonamide(ABS)as a CA IX inhibitor has inherent inhibitory activity and good targeting *** this study,Ag_(2)S quantum dots(QDs)were used as the carrier to prepare a novel diagnostic and therapeutic bioprobe(Ag_(2)S@polyethylene glycol(PEG)-ABS)through ligand exchange and amide condensation ***_(2)S@PEG-ABS can selectively target tumors by surface-modified ABS and achieve accurate tumor imaging by the near infrared-II(NIR-II)fluorescence characteristics of Ag_(2)S *** modification of Ag_(2)S QDs greatly improves its water solubility and stability,and therefore achieves high photothermal stability and high photothermal conversion efficiency(PCE)of 45.17%.Under laser irradiation,Ag_(2)S@PEG-ABS has powerful photothermal and inherent antitumor combinations on colon cancer cells(CT-26)in *** also has been proved that Ag_(2)S@PEG-ABS can realize the effective treatment of hypoxia tumors in vivo and show good ***,it is a new efficient integrated platform for the diagnosis and treatment of hypoxia tumors.

In the new tunnel under close distance through the existing tunnel risk source,the grouting scheme developed to compensate for stratum losses is still based on empirical methods,relying on the overburden thickness of existing *** can potentially lead to an excessively high or low probability of uplift of existing *** a coupled deformation analysis method between the grouting construction and adjacent existing tunnels is of great theoretical significance for developing grouting *** order to reasonably limit the design parameters of grouting construction,based on the theory of fluid–solid coupling elastic pore-column expansion and the theory of random media,the calculation method of stratum displacement which simultaneously considers the coexistence of grout compaction expansion and permeability diffusion mode is derived,and the accuracy of the calculation method is verified by engineering *** accuracy of this calculation method was verified through engineering *** with the deformation coordination condition,the existing tunnel is regarded as an elastic Euler-Bernoulli continuous beam,and the finite element coupling balance equation of the interaction between the existing tunnel and the surrounding soil is *** on this,a coupling calculation model of the grouting construction and the deformation response of the adjacent existing tunnel is *** with three times of grouting construction examples in the shield tunneling project of Beijing Metro Line 12 under the existing airport line,the reliability of the coupling calculation model to determine the grouting construction parameters is *** calculation parameters in the coupling calculation model have clear physical meanings,which can provide a theoretical basis for the grouting design of similar risk source projects.
