Measurement of 11B,13C,16O(7Li,6He) Angular Distributions

B(p,γ) is the most important reaction to produce C in inhomogeneous big bang models(IBBNs). The C(p,γ)N and O(p,γ) F reactions are the key reactions in the most famous CNO *** is difficult to measure these reactions directly below the coulomb *** we plan to deduce the astrophysical reaction rates of these reactions from the B,C,O(li,He) *** measurements of the B,C,O(li,He) angular distributions was complete on Q3D magnetic spectrometer of Beijing HI-13 tandem accelerator in April 2009.

Mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR) inhibitor as an attractive drug target with promising antitumor effects has been widely investigated. High quality clinical trial has been conducted in liver transplant(LT) recipients in Western countries. However, the pertinent studies in Eastern world are paucity. Therefore, we designed a clinical trial to test whether sirolimus can improve recurrence-free survival(RFS) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients beyond the Milan criteria after LT. This is an open-labeled, single-arm, prospective, multicenter, and real-world study aiming to evaluate the clinical outcomes of early switch to sirolimus-based regimens in HCC patients after LT. Patients with a histologically proven HCC and beyond the Milan criteria will be enrolled. The initial immunosuppressant regimens are center-specifc for the frst 4-6 weeks. The following regimens integrated sirolimus into the regimens as a combination therapy with reduced calcineurin inhibitors based on the condition of patients and centers. The study is planned for 4 years in total with a 2-year enrollment period and a 2-year follow-up. We predict that sirolimus conversion regimen will provide survival benefts for patients particular in the key indicator RFS as well as better quality of life. If the trial is conducted successfully, we will have a continued monitoring over a longer follow-up time to estimate indicator of overall survival. We hope that the outcome will provide better evidence for clinical decision-making and revising treatment guidelines based on Chinese population data.

大兴凸起东缘断裂位于北京平原的东南部,是控制大兴凸起与廊固凹陷的边界断裂,向N与控制大厂凹陷的曾发生1679年8级地震的NNE向夏垫断裂斜接,总体走向NE,倾向SE。以往的研究认为该断裂断错的最新地层为第四系中更新统,其不属于晚第四纪以来的活动断裂。文中在高精度浅层地震勘探的基础上开展了高密度钻孔联合地质剖面探测,获得了该断裂晚第四纪以来具有明显活动的证据。该断裂在钻孔联合地质剖面中显示出正断活动特征,一套厚约7m的粉砂质黏土标志层在其断层下盘的顶界面埋深约为74m,而在其上盘的顶界面埋深约为102m,位错量约为28m,且可在其中的2个钻孔中分别深54.2m和39.4m的岩芯内发现断层滑动面。水平距离为2m的2个钻孔的标志层顶面埋深分别为8m和10m,位错量为2m,结合2个钻孔岩芯的变形特征分析认为断层的上断点埋深可能更浅。根据邻近已有钻孔的年代学资料推断,该断裂属于全新世活动断裂。文中研究改变了大兴凸起东缘断裂带并非为活动断裂的认识,此新发现不仅对大兴凸起东缘断裂带的强震危险性和北京市地震灾害风险的认识具有重要的应用价值,也对华北地区晚新生代以来断裂发展演化及其深浅耦合特征研究具有科学意义。

Pancreatic cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer-related mortality in both developed and developing *** incidence of pancreatic cancer in China accounts for about a quater of the global incidence,and the epidemiological characteristics and therapeutic strategies differ due to social,economic,cultural,environmental,and public health ***-domestic guidelines do not reflect the clinicopathologic characteristics and treat-ment patterns of Chinese ***,in 2018,the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO)organized a panel of senior experts from all sub-specialties within the field of pancreatic oncology to compile the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic *** guidelines were made based on both the Western and Eastern clinical evidence and updated every one or two *** experts made consensus judg-ments and classified evidence-based recommendations into various grades according to the regional differences,the accessibility of diagnostic and treatment resources,and health economic indexes in *** we present the latest version of the guidelines,which covers the diagnosis,treatment,and follow-up of pancreatic *** guidelines might standardize the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer in China and will encourage oncologists to design and conduct more clinical trials about pancreatic cancer.

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a public health disaster that has not been encountered for a hundred *** January 12,2020,the World Health Organization(WHO)confirmed and named the coronavirus which caused unexplained pneumonia as 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV).Since then,the disease caused by this virus had been named as coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).On February 11,2020,the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses announced that the English name of the novel coronavirus was severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)[1].At present,SARS-CoV-2 infection is still rampant *** of September 10,2021,there were about 222 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 and more than 4.5 million deaths worldwide[2].According to the American Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,by July 29,2021,4.19 million pediatric COVID-19 cases had been reported in the United States。

The East Asian Very Long Baseline Interferometry(VLBI) Network(EAVN) is a rapidly evolving international VLBI array that is currently promoted under joint efforts among China,Japan and *** aims at forming a joint VLBI Network by combining a large number of radio telescopes distributed over East Asian *** the combination of the Korean VLBI Network(KVN) and the VLBI Exploration of Radio Astrometry(VERA) into Ka VA,further expansion with the joint array in East Asia is actively *** we report the first imaging results(at 22 and 43 GHz) of bright radio sources obtained with Ka VA connected to Tianma 65-m and Nanshan 26-m Radio Telescopes in *** test the EAVN imaging performance for different sources,we observed four active galactic nuclei(AGN) having different brightness and *** a result,we confirmed that the Tianma 65-m Radio Telescope(TMRT) significantly enhances the overall array sensitivity,a factor of 4 improvement in baseline sensitivity and 2 in image dynamic range compared to the case of Ka VA *** addition of the Nanshan 26-m Radio Telescope(NSRT) further doubled the east-west angular *** the resulting high-dynamic-range,high-resolution images with EAVN(Ka VA+TMRT+NSRT),various fine-scale structures in our targets,such as the counter-jet in M87,a kink-like morphology of the 3 C 273 jet and the weak emission in other sources are successfully *** demonstrates the powerful capability of EAVN to study AGN jets and to achieve other science goals in *** expansion of EAVN will further enhance the angular resolution,detection sensitivity and frequency coverage of the network.

为研究风、地震单独及联合作用下,主体结构和玻璃幕墙的性能变化和相互影响,基于高烈度区98 m高框筒结构,依据规范要求增设玻璃幕墙形成总体有限元分析模型,选取3组三向地震动记录,并通过比例为1∶440的缩尺模型风洞试验获得不同重现期的风压时程数据,采用动力弹塑性分析方法,研究风、地震单独与联合作用下主体结构和玻璃幕墙的受力变化。结果表明:主体结构对玻璃幕墙的受力影响大于玻璃幕墙对主体结构的,在风、地震单独及联合作用下,主体结构的层间变形大于玻璃幕墙自身变形。在设防大震和超烈度大震作用下,主体结构的响应和玻璃幕墙的损毁范围随荷载增大而增大,结构变形增长大于结构基底剪力;玻璃幕墙在风荷载作用下未坏,主体结构完好,结构基底剪力、顶部楼层位移和楼层层间位移角呈线性增长;与单独大震作用相比,在1.1倍100年重现期风压和大震联合作用时,结构出现扭转现象,楼层层间位移角之比由1.0增至1.3,主体结构和玻璃幕墙的非线性响应大于风震单独作用的叠加,其中结构顶点位移和最大层间位移角为单独作用时求和值的121%、106%。在大震及风震联合作用下,玻璃幕墙容易发生破坏的位置为平行地震作用主向的侧面。
