Effectivenss of electroacupuncture for skeletal muscle pain in Parkinson's disease:a Clinical randomized controlled trial

OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of electroacupuncture on skeletal muscle pain in Parkinson's disease(PD).METHODS:A single-center randomized controlled trial was conducted with sixty patients with Parkinson's disease with skeletal muscle pain were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group and sham acupuncture control group with 30 patients *** electric acupuncture group was treated with electric acupuncture,while the control group was treated with Park needle *** groups were treated 5 times a week for a total of 4 weeks,and both groups completed 20 ***'s Parkinson's Pain Scale(KPPS)and visual analog scale(VAS)were used before and after treatment to evaluate the pain degree of *** shear wave elastography(SWE)and modified Ashworth score(MAS)were used to evaluate the changes of muscle ***'s comprehensive Score Scale(MDS-UPDRS,including UPDRS Ⅱ and UPDRS Ⅲ)was used to evaluate exercise *** Depression Scale(HAMD)score was used to evaluate the emotional changes of *** correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between pain degree and muscle tone,exercise ability and ***:During the study,one case fell off in the control group,and 30 cases were eventually included in the analysis and treatment group and 29 cases in the control *** treatment,Young's modulus of biceps and quadriceps and shear wave velocity of biceps were decreased in electroacupuncture group compared with before treatment,while KPPS score,VAS score,UPDRS Ⅱ,UPDRS Ⅲ and modified Ashworth score were decreased,with statistical significance(P0.05).After treatment,KPPS score,VAS score,UPDRS Ⅱ and UPDRS Ⅲ,MAS,HAMD score,Young's modulus of biceps and shear wave velocity in electroacupuncture group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that KPPS score was positively correl

旅游景区作为在维持区域生态环境和发展区域旅游经济方面具有重要作用的生态系统,近年来水土流失、植被退化等生态环境问题突出,景区生态脆弱性监测评估重要性显现。本文使用多源影像构建了遥感生态脆弱性指数(RSEVI),以安徽省12个国家5A级景区为例,选取2010年、2015年和2020年研究景区生态脆弱性时空分异,并通过地理探测器模型进行驱动力分析。结果表明:安徽省5A级景区生态环境脆弱性分布整体上存在较大差异,景区内脆弱性以中度脆弱为主;大部分地文景观类景区与文化遗址类景区的生态脆弱性总体得到缓解,水域风光类及娱乐购物类景区则逐年恶化;不同景区间主导因素与主导交互因素存在差异,其中人类干扰指标与其他评价因子存在较强的交互作用。研究结果可为旅游景区生态环境评价和保护提供方法借鉴,为区域生态建设及治理规划提供依据。

High-efficiency sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) are in great demand for energy storage applications,which are dominated by the Na+storage performance of electrode ***,a one-pot solvothermal method is developed to construct amorphous/crystalline MoO_(2)(a/c-MoO_(2)) homojunction for boosting Na+*** simulations signify that electrons redistribute at the homogenous interface of a/c-MoO_(2),resulting in an inbuilt driving force to easily adsorb charge carriers and promote the electron/ion transfer *** on its crystallographic superiorities,the a/c-MoO_(2)homojunction with high Na adsorbability(-1.61 eV) and low Na diffusion energy barrier(0.519 eV) achieves higher capacity(307 mA h g^(-1)at 0.1 A/g),better rate capability and cycling stability than either a-MoO_(2)or c-MoO_(2)*** in-situ X-ray diffraction(XRD) and ex-situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)techniques,the ’adsorption-insertion-conversion’ mechanism is well established for Na+storage of MoO_(2).Our work opens new opportunities to optimize electrode materials via crystallographic engineering for efficient Na+storage,and helps to better understand the effects of homojunction structure in enhanced electrochemical performance.

目的:探讨SERPINC1和亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因多态性与新疆地区恶性肿瘤患者静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)的相关性。方法:选取恶性肿瘤患者227例,根据是否发生VTE将患者分为VTE组(47例)和对照组(180例)。比较两组患者一般资料。观察并比较两组患者SERPINC1基因rs2227589位点和MTHFR基因rs1801133位点的基因多态性,分析与VTE的相关性。结果:VTE组有糖尿病史患者占比高于对照组(P0.05),符合Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡。VTE组和对照组SERPINC1基因rs2227589位点基因型及T基因频率比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。VTE组和对照组MTHFR基因rs1801133位点基因型比较差异有统计学意义,且VTE组A等位基因频率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:新疆地区恶性肿瘤患者MTHFR基因rs1801133位点基因多态性与VTE有关,等位基因A携带者VTE发生风险较高,且糖尿病史也与VTE有关。

作为家乡认同感浓厚且出现大规模流动人口的转型中国家,中国的创业者在区位选择上究竟偏好家乡还是异地亟待回答,这关乎地方创业政策的方向性布局。基于2014年中国劳动力动态调查数据,从微观个体层面实证检验了创业者在区位选择上是否存在家乡偏好,并探究了其驱动机制。研究发现:创业者在区位选择上的确存在家乡偏好,且这种偏好在生存型和机会型的创业者中均普遍存在;在剔除可能造成家乡偏好高估的样本后,上述发现依然成立。进一步的机制分析发现,创业者偏好在家乡创业是为了借助熟悉的社会网络拓展营销渠道并照顾子女和父母。上述发现为制定创业人才政策提供了科学依据。

Influences of cerium on structure and catalytic performance of n-heptane hydroisomerization of Ni-HPW/MCM-48

By means of X-ray diffraction（XRD）, N2 adsorption-desorption, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FT-IR）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM）, NH3-temperature（NH3-TPD）, Py-infrared（Py-IR） and thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry（TG/DTA） techniques, the influences of Ce on the structure, acidity, stability and hydroisomerization performance of Ni-HPW/MCM-48 and Ni-HPW/Ce-MCM-48 catalysts were studied. The results showed that introduction of appropriate content of Ce into MCM-48 could improve the crystallinity, acidity and stability of mesoporous silica. The acidity and stability of the Ni-HPW/Ce-MCM-48 catalyst was also increased. Besides, the catalytic performance of the Ni-HPW/Ce-MCM-48 catalyst for n-heptane hydroisomerization was promoted. The conversion and selectivity of the Ni-HPW/Ce-MCM-48 catalyst reached 41% and 91% respectively at the preparation conditions of 4 wt.% Ni, 20 wt.% HPW, 0.03 Ce/Si molar ratio.

Number of Solitons Emerged in the Initial Profile of Shallow Water Using Convolutional Neural Networks

The soliton resolution conjecture proposes that the initial value problem can evolve into a dispersion part and a soliton ***,the problem of determining the number of solitons that form in a given initial profile remains unsolved,except for a few specific *** this paper,the authors use the deep learning method to predict the number of solitons in a given initial value of the Korteweg-de Vries(KdV)*** leveraging the analytical relationship between Asech^(2)(x)initial values and the number of solitons,the authors train a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)that can accurately identify the soliton count from spatio-temporal *** trained neural network is capable of predicting the number of solitons with other given initial values without any additional *** extensive calculations,the authors demonstrate the effectiveness and high performance of the proposed method.

Multi-Sensor Fusion Adaptive Estimation for Nonlinear Under-observed System with Multiplicative Noise

The adaptive fusion estimation problem was studied for the multi-sensor nonlinear under-observed systems with multiplicative noise. A one-step predictor with state update equations was designed for the virtual state with virtual noise first of all. An extended incremental Kalman filter(EIKF) was then proposed for the nonlinear under-observed systems. Furthermore, an adaptive filtering method was given for optimization. The fusion adaptive incremental Kalman filter weighted by scalar was finally proposed. The comparison analysis was made to verify the optimization of the state estimation using adaptive filtering method in the filtering process.

In this study,we systematically investigated the effect of proton concentration on the kinetics of the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)on Pt(111)in acidic *** results demonstrate a rectangular hyperbolic relationship,i.e.,the ORR current excluding the effect of other variables increases with proton concentration and then tends to a constant *** consider that this is caused by the limitation of ORR kinetics by the trace oxygen concentration in the solution,which determines the upper limit of ORR kinetics.A model of effective concentration is further proposed for rectangular hyperbolic relationships:when the reactant concentration is high enough to reach a critical saturation concentration,the effective reactant concentration will become a constant *** could be due to the limited concentration of a certain reactant for reactions involving more than one reactant or the limited number of active sites available on the *** study provides new insights into the kinetics of electrocatalytic reactions,and it is important for the proper evaluation of catalyst activity and the study of structureperformance relationships.

Study on the Hook Effect in the Detection of Beta2-Microglobulin with Different Reagents in Fully Automated Biochemical Analyzers

Objective:To investigate the hook effect in the detection of beta2-microglobulin(β2-MG)with different reagents as well as on two fully automated biochemical analyzers and their ***:Using immunoturbidimetric assay forβ2-MG as the research object,β2-MG levels were detected by different concentration gradients ofβ2-microglobulin samples in Liedemann,Mack,and Myriad reagents of three manufacturers on two automatic biochemical analyzers,and the difference of the hook effect was comparatively ***:Leadman reagent showed the hook effect on the Beckman AU5800 automated biochemistry analyzer,while both Maccura and Mindray reagents did not show the hook *** the experiments,we found the limit value of the pre-zone check of Leadman reagent,and changed the parameters of the instrument,when the limit value of the pre-zone check was reached,the instrument automatically diluted the specimen five times and then detected it *** changing the parameters of the instrument,the correlation between the three methods of detecting samples of different concentrations was r>***:Before selecting the application of immunoturbidimetric reagents,we have to carry out the risk assessment of the hook effect and selectively set the parameters of the pre-zone check based on the highest concentration that may occur in the clinic;for the items that may have the hook effect,we have to selectively set the parameters of the pre-zone check when the ratio of average reaction rate and the immediate reaction rate is at the limit value,and the phenomenon of antigen excess may occur,the instrument will carry out automatic dilution before detection,so as to avoid the issuance of erroneous results of high-value samples due to the hook effect.
