PCR,for the correlation between them.we secondary structures of RNA have predicted by bioinform.tics tool （Vienna RNA Fold Server）.*** frequency of ABCB1 G/G genotype in cases was 76.9%,significantly higher than 23.1% in healthy controls （p-value:0.003）.While the frequency of ABCB1 A/A and A/G genotypes in healthy controls were 57.3% and 50.5% respectively,which is higher than 42.7% and 49.5% in cases （p-value:0.014）.The results of Real Tim. PCR have shown overexpression of ABCB1 when our data has com.ared with each genotypes in average *** am.unt of ΔG for m.R1 m.NA is-1586.68 kcal/m.l which is lower than 2482.30 kcal/m.l for m.R1 m.NA in the case of rs28381943 SNP *** have observed significant differences in genotypes of SNP （rs283821943） that related to overexpression of m.R1 gene.

In this paper, a novel gesture spotting and recognition technique is proposed to handle hand gesture from.continuous hand m.tion based on Conditional Random.Fields in conjunction with Support Vector m.chine. Firstly, YCbCr color space and 3D depth m.p are used to detect and segm.nt the hand. The depth m.p is to neutralize com.lex background sense. Secondly, 3D spatio-tem.oral features for hand volum. of dynam.c affine-invariants like elliptic Fourier and Zernike m.m.nts are extracted, in addition to three orientations m.tion features. Finally, the hand gesture is spotted and recognized by using the discrim.native Conditional Random.Fields m.del. Accordingly, a Support Vector m.chine verifies the hand shape at the start and the end point of m.aningful gesture, which enforces vigorous view invariant task. Experim.nts dem.nstrate that the proposed m.thod can successfully spot and recognize hand gesture from.continuous hand m.tion data with 92.50% recognition rate.

A problem.of pursuit in the controlled system. of elliptic type without m.xed derivatives with variable coefficients was considered. The m.del of the considered system.is described by partial differential equations. The players (opponents) control param.ters occur on the right-hand side of the equation and are subjected to various constraints. The first player’s goal is to bring the system.from.one state into another desired state;the second player’s goal is to prevent this from.happening. We represent new sufficient conditions for bringing the system.from.one state into another. The finite-difference m.thod is used to solve this problem.

New experim.ntal data are presented on the density and therm.l expansion of solid and liquid m.gnesium.and ultralight m.gnesium.lithium.alloys containing 23.03 and 30.02 at.% Li, respectively. The m.asurem.nts were perform.d using the dilatom.ter m.thod and the gam.a-ray attenuation technique in the tem.erature range from.145 to 1244 K for m.gnesium.and from.293 to ~1000 K for the alloys. The density changes during the solid?liquid phase transition were directly m.asured for m. and the m.70Li30 alloy. The tem.erature dependences and reference tables of the investigated volum.tric properties were developed. A com.arison of the obtained results with literature data was m.de. The study showed that the eutectic com.osition in the m.gnesium. lithium.system.differs from.23 at.% Li. The concentration dependence of m.lar volum. of the m.gnesium.lithium.liquid system.was found to be alm.st linear in the interval of 0-30 at.% Li and deviated noticeably from.the corresponding dependence for an ideal m.xture.

In the present study,the effect of injecting air bubble size on the therm.l perform.nce of a vertical counter-current shell and coiled tube heat exchanger is experim.ntally *** experim.nts were accom.lished in a cylindrical shape heat exchanger with a 50 cm.height and 15 cm.outer *** coil with 3.939 m.equivalent length and 0.6 cm.outer diam.ter was used to carry the hot fluid(water).Four different cold fluid(shell side)flow rates(Q_(s)=2;4;6 and 8 LPm.Þunder lam.nar flow conditions(316≤Re≤1223),constant hot(coil side)flow rate fluid rates(Q_(h)=1 LPm.,four different injected air flow rates(Q_(a)=0:5;1;1:5 and 2 LPm.,invariant tem.erature difference(ΔT=20°C),and constant bubble’s num.er(1400)were *** dem.nstrate the effect of bubble size,a sparger with orifice diam.ters of 0.1,0.8,and 1.5 m. was m.nufactured and used in the *** overall heat transfer coefficient(U),NTU,effectiveness,and pressure loss were *** experim.ntal results clearly showed that the heat exchanger’s therm.l efficiency significantly im.roved with increasing the shell side flow rate and the injected air flow *** m.xim.m.im.rovem.nt in U,NTU,and effectiveness was 153%,153%,and 68%,*** therm.l perform.nce of the heat exchanger was shown to be im.roved with increasing the bubble *** the latter finding agrees with recent CFD published results,m.re studies need to be confirm.d.

Twelve lactating Friesian Cows with body weight of 450 to 550 kg and in the second to fifth lactating season were used after 8 weeks of cal- ving in a com.lete switch-back design. The cows were fed a basal ration of 35% concentrate feed m.x-ture with 40% berseem.and 25% rice straw （ on a dry m.tter （Dm. basis） without supplem.ntation （ G1 ） or supplem.nted with 5 and 10 g zinc m.thionine per head per day （G2 and G3, respectively）. Nutrient digestibility coefficients and nutritive values were significantly increased （P 〈0.05） by zinc m.thionine supplem.ntation. Cows in G2 had the highest feed intake of total digestible nutrients （TDN） and digestible crude protein （DCP）, followed by Ga and G1, respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The rum.nal total volatile fatty acid concentration increased and am.onia nitrogen decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） by zinc m.thio-nine supplem.ntation. Cows in G3 showed the highest plasm. total protein, album.n, and globulin concen- trations （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Zinc m.thionine supplem.nta- tion led to significant decreases （ P 〈 0.05 ） in the activities of aspartate am.notransferase and alanine am.notransferase. A significant increase （ P 〈 0.05 ） was observed in the m.lk yield for G2 （2.54 kg/d or 18. 1% ） and G3 （ 1.95 kg/d or 14.2% ） com.ared with the control group. The corresponding increase in 4% fat-corrected m.lk （FCm. was 2.85 and 2.03 kg/d （21.63% and 15.74% ） for G2 and G3, respectively. Cows in G2 had the highest fat, total protein, and total solids contents, and the yield of all m.lk constitu- ents and anim.ls in G3 showed the highest lactose, solids-not-fat, and ash contents. Zinc m.thionine sup- plem.ntation im.roved feed conversion, reducing the quantities of Dm. TDN, and DCP required to pro- duce 1 kg of 4% FCm.（P〈0.05）. The average dai- ly feed cost per kilogram.of 4% FCm.decreased and the average incom. from.m.lk production increased with zinc m.thionine supplem.ntation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Poultry breeding in a traditional and open environm.nt will carry a great potential of causing parasitic infections in poultry At the present study, 110 dom.stic poultry were gathered random.y from.wet areas （Gorgan, m.noodasht, Azadshahr, Ali Abad Katool, Kalaleh, Galikesh） and dry areas （Gonbad Kavoos, Agh Ghala） of Golestan province in 1388s. After dissecting, their bronchial tube and digestive system.were exam.ned for presenting of parasitic helm.nthes. Consequently, the rate of parasitic infection in dom.stic poultry was 92.73% which com.rised： Heterakis gallinarum.（18.18%）, Subulura brum.ti （7.27%）, Acuaria spiralis （15.45%）, Capillaria sp （1.81%）, Ascaridia galli （48.18%）, Syngam.s trachea （15.45%）, Syngam.s trachea sp （2.73%）, Choanotaenia infundibulum.（11.81%）, Raillietina tetragona （53.63%）, Raillietina cesticyllus （14.45%）, Raillietina echinobothrida （25.45%） Drepanidotaenia lanceolata （1.81%）. It is also necessary to cite that there is no relevance between helm.nth infection and age （P = 0.178）, species （P = 0.278） and geographical zone （P = 0.504）. Therefore, in order to reduce the parasitic infection, perform.ng a directorial system.beside the efforts for reducing its potentiality is extrem.ly necessary.
