Venom and ovarian proteins in braconid and ichneumonid wasps play an important role in the successful parasitism of their host, especially for immune suppression immediately after oviposition. In this study, we compared the effect of venom and ovarian proteins collected from the female wasps of Macrocentrus cingulum, a polyembryonic parasitoid of the larvae of Ostriniafunacalis, on the encapsulation capacity of Sephadex A- 25 beads at 4 h and 24 h post-injection both in vivo and in vitro. The results showed that the ovarian proteins significantly interfered with the encapsulation capacity of hemocytes in a dose-dependent manner. Spreading and viability of hemocytes in O. furnacalis was not disrupted by venom and ovarian proteins at various concentrations injected. It seems likely that the ovarian proteins from M. cingulum play a role in suppressing the encapsulation capacity of host hemocytes.

Using ammonium sulphate precipitation, Blue-Sepharose CL-6B, Phenyl-Sepharose CL-4B, prophenoloxidase (PPO) was isolated and purified from hemolymph of Ostrinia furnacalis larvae. This zy- mogen was a heterodimer, and composed of two subunits with the relative molecular mass ranging from 66.2 kD to 97.4 kD determined by SDS-PAGE. Western blotting and indirect immunofluorescence test showed that PPO was present in integument, hemolymph plasma and cell membrane of granular hemocytes and oenocytoids of O. furnacalis larvae.

目的了解中国≥40岁居民肺功能检查状况及其分布特征，为完善COPD综合防控策略与措施，评价综合防控效果提供依据。方法对象来源于2014－2015年中国居民COPD监测调查，该监测覆盖中国31个省（自治区、直辖市）的125个监测县/区，采用... 详细信息

目的了解中国≥40岁居民肺功能检查状况及其分布特征，为完善COPD综合防控策略与措施，评价综合防控效果提供依据。方法对象来源于2014－2015年中国居民COPD监测调查，该监测覆盖中国31个省（自治区、直辖市）的125个监测县/区，采用多阶段分层整群抽样，共调查≥40岁常住居民75 107人，以面对面询问调查方式收集调查对象既往肺功能检查情况。对样本进行复杂抽样加权，估计≥40岁居民肺功能检查率及其95% CI。结果 74 591名调查对象纳入分析。中国≥40岁居民肺功能检查率为4.5%（95% CI：3.7%-5.2%），男性高于女性（P〈0.001），城镇高于乡村（P〈0.001），且随居民文化程度增高呈上升趋势（P〈0.001）。在职业分布中，离退休人员的肺功能检查率最高为10.8%（95% CI：8.2%-13.3%），农林牧渔水利行业人群肺功能检查率最低为2.4%（95% CI：2.0%-2.9%）。有慢性呼吸系统疾病史、有呼吸道症状的居民肺功能检查率较高，分别为13.4%（95% CI：10.5%-16.4%）、15.0%（95% CI：10.5%-19.4%）。曾经吸烟者肺功能检查率为7.4%（95% CI：6.0%-8.8%），略高于现在吸烟和从不吸烟者，分别为4.7%（95% CI：3.9%-5.5%）和3.9%（95% CI：3.0%-4.7%）。在不同特征人群中，小学以下文化程度的乡村居民肺功能检查率最低（1.8%，95% CI：1.2%-2.3%），有呼吸道症状的城镇居民肺功能检查率最高（20.2%，95% CI：12.6%-27.8%）。结论中国≥40岁居民肺功能检查水平极低，应采取有效措施，通过多种途径提高其肺功能检查率。

Atomic-scale doping strategies and structure design play pivotal roles in tailoring the electronic structure and physicochemical property of electromagnetic wave absorption(EMWA)***,the relationship between configuration and electromagnetic(EM)loss mechanism has remained ***,drawing inspiration from the DNA transcription process,we report the successful synthesis of novel in situ Mn/N co-doped helical carbon nanotubes with ultrabroad EMWA *** calculation and EM simulation confirm that the orbital coupling and spin polarization of the Mn–N4–C configuration,along with cross polarization generated by the helical structure,endow the helical converters with enhanced EM *** a result,HMC-8 demonstrates outstanding EMWA performance,achieving a minimum reflection loss of−63.13 dB at an ultralow thickness of 1.29 *** precise tuning of the graphite domain size,HMC-7 achieves an effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 6.08 GHz at 2.02 mm ***,constructing macroscale gradient metamaterials enables an ultrabroadband EAB of 12.16 GHz at a thickness of only 5.00 mm,with the maximum radar cross section reduction value reaching 36.4 dB *** innovative approach not only advances the understanding of metal–nonmetal co-doping but also realizes broadband EMWA,thus contributing to the development of EMWA mechanisms and applications.

BACKGROUND At present,the existing internal medicine drug treatment can alleviate the high glucose toxicity of patients to a certain extent,to explore the efficacy of laparoscopic jejunoileal side to side anastomosis in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,the report is as *** To investigate the effect of jejunoileal side-to-side anastomosis on metabolic parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).METHODS We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 78 patients with T2DM who were treated via jejunoileal lateral *** indicators were collected preoperatively,as well as at 3 and 6 months *** metabolic indicators analyzed included body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour blood glucose(PBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting C-peptide,2-hour C-peptide(PCP),fasting insulin(Fins),2-hour insulin(Pins),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),βCellular function index(HOMA-β),alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,serum total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(L DL-C),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein,and uric acid(UA)*** SBP,DBP,PBG,HbA1c,LDL-C,and TG were all significantly lower 3 months postoperative vs preoperative values;body weight,BMI,SBP,DBP,FBG,PBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,UA,and HOMA-IR values were all significantly lower 6 months postoperative vs at 3 months;and PCP,Fins,Pins,and HOMA-βwere all significantly higher 6 months postoperative vs at 3 months(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION Side-to-side anastomosis of the jejunum and ileum can effectively treat T2DM and improve the metabolic index levels associated with it.
