Creating practice questions for programming learning is not *** requires the instructor to diligently organize heterogeneous learning resources,that is,conceptual programming concepts and procedural programming ***’s programming question generation(PQG)is still largely relying on the demanding creation task performed by the instructors without advanced technological *** this work,we propose a semantic PQG model that aims to help the instructor generate new programming questions and expand the assessment *** PQG model is designed to transform conceptual and procedural programming knowledge from textbooks into a semantic network by the Local Knowledge Graph(LKG)and Abstract Syntax Tree(AST).For any given question,the model queries the established network to find related code examples and generates a set of questions by the associated LKG/AST semantic *** conduct analysis to compare instructor-made questions from 9 undergraduate introductory programming courses and textbook *** results show that the instructormade questions had much simpler complexity than the textbook *** disparity of topic distribution intrigued us to further research the breadth and depth of question quality and also to investigate the complexity of the questions in relation to the student ***,we report a user study results on the proposed Artificial Intelligent-infused semantic PQG model in examining the machine-generated questions’quality.

AIM： To investigate the symptom presentation and quality of life in obese Chinese patients with gastro- esophageal reflux disease （GERD）. MKTHODS： Data from patients diagnosed with GERD according to the Montreal definition, were collected between January 2009 to March 2010. The enrolled patients were assigned to the normal [body mass in- dex （BMI）〈 25 kg/m2], overweight （25-30 kg/m2）, and obese （BMI 〉 30 kg/m2） groups. General demographic data, endoscopic findings, and quality of life of the three groups of patients were analyzed and *** 15 patients were classified in the normal, over- weight, and obese, respectively. There was significantly more erosive esophagitis （73.3% vs 64.3% vs 39.2%, P = 0.002）, hiatal hernia （60% vs 33.9% vs 16.7%, P = 0.001）, and males （73.3% vs 73.2% vs 32.4%, P = 0.001） in the obese cases. The severity and frequency of heartburn, not acid regurgitation, was positively cor- related with BMI, with a significant association in men, but not in women. Obese patients were prone to have low quality of life scores, with obese women having the lowest scores for mental health. CONCLUSION： In patients with GERD, obese men had the most severe endoscopic and clinical presenta- tion. Obese women had the poorest mental health.

A GIS-Based Framework for Real-Time Debris-Flow Hazard Assessment for Expressways in Korea

Debris flows caused by heavy rainfall in mountain areas near expressways lead to severe social and economic losses and sometimes result in ***, the development of a real-time system for debris-flow hazard assessment is necessary to provide preliminary information for rapid decision making about evacuations or restoration measures, as well as to prevent secondary disasters caused by debris flows. Recently,various map-based approaches have been proposed using multi-attribute criteria and assessment methods for debrisflow susceptibilities. For the macrozonation of debris-flow hazard at a national scale, a simplified method such as the Korea Expressway Corporation(KEC) debris-flow hazard assessment method can be applied for systematic analysis based on geographic information systems(GIS) and monitoring networks. In this study, a GIS-based framework of real-time debris-flow hazard assessment for expressway sections is proposed based on the KEC debris-flow hazard assessment method. First, the KEC-based method was standardized in a systematic fashion using Arc GIS,enabling the objective and quantitative acquisition of various attribute datasets. The quantification of rainfall criteria also was considered. A safety management system for debris-flow hazard was developed based on the GIS platform. Finally, the method was applied and verified on three expressway sections in Korea. The grading standard for each individual influencing attribute was subsequently modified to more accurately assess the debris-flow hazards.

The precise aetiology of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） remains unclear; however, it is known that immunological inflammatory processes have a role in the pathogenesis of BPH initiation and progression. Nitric oxide synthase 2 （NOS2） inducible expression is closely correlated with prostatic disease, including prostate cancer and BPH. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between NOS2 polymorphisms and BPH. With a cohort of 205 controls and 229 BPH subjects, we genotyped three single nucleotide polymorphisms （SNPs） in the NOS2 gene, including rs2779248 （promoter, -278 T/C）, rs 10459953 （5＇-untranslated region） and rs2297518 （exon 16, missense, Ser608Leu）, using direct sequencing and restriction fragment length polymorphism. The genotypic and allelic frequencies between control and BPH subjects were compared, and the associations among the BPH subjects were analyzed. SNPStats, SNPAnalyzer and HelixTree programmes were used to analyze SNPs. There was no association on SNPs between control and BPH subjects. When BPH subjects were analyzed, there was no association on SNPs between the low and high prostate-specific antigen groups. However, one SNP （rs 10459953, odds ratio [OR] = 0.44, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 0.29-0.65, P 〈 0.0001, in codominant model; OR = 0.23, 95% CI = 0.12-0.46, P 〈 0.0001, in dominant model; and OR = 0.46, 95% CI = 0.24-0.86, P = 0.015, in recessive model） was associated with prostatic volume in BPH. We detected a strong association in genotype frequencies of NOS2 SNP （rs10459953） between subjects with small and large prostatic volume in BPH. The result suggests that NOS2 may be associated with prostatic volume in BPH.

采用厌氧-好氧移动床生物膜反应器串联处理城市垃圾渗滤液．探讨了各种操作条件对垃圾渗滤液生物降解效率的影响，并对其影响机理作了分析．结果表明，水力停留时间和有机容积负荷对系统的处理效率影响较大，当系统进水的COD容积负荷在4．01～7．87kg／（m3·d）范围内，系统COD平均总去除率为94．2％，其中厌氧反应器对COD的去除率占总去除率的87．95％～92．76％；当系统进水的容积负荷高达10．23～16．14kg／（m^3·d）时，系统总COD平均去除率仍高达92．64％，其中厌氧反应器对COD的去除率占总去除率的79．05％～86．56％．当好氧段HRT大于1．25d，系统对氨氮的总去除率始终在97％以上．当HRT=0．75d时，系统对氨氮的总去除率仅在20％左右．该系统具有很强的抗冲击负荷能力，即使在24h内受到超过正常运行负荷4倍的冲击时，系统经过约3d可恢复正常．

In the smart farm,we can control every detail for *** every factor that affects the crop’s final yield is necessary to optimize its *** SPAD values were observed in the‘Star’cultivar blueberry(Vaccinium darrowii)three times a day and at three different plant *** pattern of SPAD value change was different by the planting *** planted blueberry(***)represented a stable SPAD value during the day and at the different ***,the SPAD value was increased by time in pot-planted blueberry(***).Also,the SPAD value of pot-planted blueberry was lower than ground planted blueberry(***).Even when plants were of the same cultivar and age,planting conditions affected the changing pattern of SPAD in a *** planting condition had ***,proper management is needed to compensate SPAD value in pot-planted blueberry(***).This study suggests that environmental conditions like planting factors affect the final ***,to maximize the efficiency at the smart farm,the factors that could affect the final yield should be investigated and accumulated.

The switch from methadone to buprenorphine-naloxone for individuals with heroin dependence is associated with several obstacles and *** patients may experience discomfort from discontinuing methadone, precipitated withdrawal symptoms induced by buprenorphine-naloxone,and poor psychosocial adjustments such as anticipatory anxiety regarding severe opioid *** herein describe a 46-year-old man with a history of heroin dependence who underwent Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)-facilitated switching from methadone to buprenorphine-naloxone. No precipitated withdrawal was induced by buprenorphine-naloxone. The drug-switching process was successful and smooth. He maintained abstinence from heroin for the following year. In this case, we applied TCM for enhancement of methadone metabolism and detoxification, analgesic effects, and anxiolytic and hypnotic effects during the drug switch. We observed that TCM effectively facilitated the switch from methadone to buprenorphine-naloxone in our case. Further studies regarding TCM-facilitated treatment for heroin dependence should be conducted.
