Objective:To explore the influences of andrographolide(Andro)on bladder cancer cell lines and a tumor xenograft mouse model bearing 5637 ***:For in vitro experiments,T24 cells were stimulated with Andro(0-40μmol/L)and 5637 cells were stimulated with Andro(0 to 80μmol/L).Cell growth,migration,and infiltration were assessed using cel counting kit-8,colony formation,wound healing,and transwel *** rate was examined using flow *** in vivo study,the antitumor effect of Andro(10 mg/kg)was evaluated by 5637 tumor-bearing mice,and levels of nuclear factorκB(NF-κB)and phosphoinositide 3-kinase/AKT related-proteins were determined by ***:Andro suppressed growth,migration,and infiltraion of bladder cancer cells(P 0.05or P 0.01).Additionally,Andro induced intrinsic mitochondria-dependent apoptosis in bladder cancer cell ***,Andro inhibited bladder cancer growth in mice(P 0.01).The expression of p65,p-AKT were suppressed by Andro treatment in vitro and in vivo(P 0.05 or P 0.01).Conclusions:Andrographolide inhibits proliferation and promotes apoptosis in bladder cancer cel s by interfering with NF-κB and PI3K/AKT signaling in vitro and in vivo.

Data on the origin and morphology of lake depressions caused by volcanism are scarce in *** studies focused on climate change patterns based on Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake *** present a result of existing reconstructions of lake depression development and changes in the hydrology system during the Khorgo volcanic activation and the Holocene environmental change.A depression of the Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake is formed by a lava flow barrier from the Khorgo ***,the Khorgo volcanic eruption and the lake depression that could shape a large lake have arisen instead from a *** morphometric analysis and field measurements indicate that the derivation of the Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake depression and Khorgo volcano may have evolved from movement on a sinistral strike-slip fault,which is about 70 km *** southern mountains and rivers were displaced from northwest to southeast along the Terkh *** offset along Terkh Fault is 4.02-5.28 km in the depression of the Terkhiin Tsagaan *** movement,a wide valley of the Terkh River developed in the present *** active Khorgo Volcano formed along the Khorgo *** Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake is formed by blocked water from the PaleoTerkh River after lava damming from the Khorgo *** initial paleo-lake area was about 195.7km^(2),which was three times larger than the modern *** current water volume of the Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake is 0.351 km^(3) while the volume of the paleo-lake was 2.248 km^(3).Based on this volume indicator the paleo-lake was 6.4 times larger than the current *** water from the lake depression formed the Suman River by a drying canyon through the lava plateau,but the canyon is along the Terkh *** in the water volume of Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake and erosion of Suman River canyon are inversely related to each *** present the morphometric relationships between the lava plateau of Khorgo Volcano and development of Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake depressi

An experimental apparatus including a dipleg and a trickle valve was established to simulate the operation of a suspended dipleg-trickle valve system of cyclone used in fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)*** flow regimes in the dipleg and the discharge modes in the trickle valve were studied by combining the observation of experimental phenomena with the analysis of transient pressure *** results show that the flow regimes in the dipleg have two types-the dilute–dense phase coexisting falling flow and the dilute falling ***,the trickle valve also has two discharge modes-the intermittent periodic dumping discharge and the continuous trickling *** power spectrum density of pressure fluctuation displays that the gas–solids flow in the dipleg-trickle valve system is characterized by a low-frequency *** coherence coefficient explains the origin and propagation of pressure fluctuation in the ***,a map describing the flow regimes and discharge modes related to the operation parameters was proposed,which can provide a helpful guidance for the operation of cyclone dipleg-trickle valve system in FCC unit.

Objective： To examine modulations caused by cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） inhibitors on altered microenvironments and overbalanced neurotransmitters in pilocarpine-induced epileptic status rats and to investigate possible mechanisms. Methods： Celecoxib （a COX-2 inhibitor） was administered 45 min prior to pilocarpine administration. The effects of COX-2 inhibitors on mlPSCs （miniature GABAergic inhibitory postsynaptic currents） of CA3 pyramidal cells in the hippocampus were recorded. Expressions of COX-2, c-Fos, newly generated neurons, and activated microgliosis were analyzed by immunohistochemistry, and expressions of c^-subunit of y-amino butyric acid （GABAA） receptors and mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase （MAPK/ERK） activity were detected by Western blotting. Results： Pretreatment with celecoxib showed protection against pilocarpine-induced seizures. Celecoxib prevented microglia activation in the hilus and inhibited the abnormal neurogenesis and astrogliosis in the hippocampus by inhibiting MAPK/ERK activity and c-Fos transcription. Celecoxib also up-regulated the expression of GABAA receptors. NS-398 （N-2-cyclohexyloxy-4-nitrophenyl-methanesulfonamide）, another COX-2 inhibitor, enhanced the frequency and decay time of mIPSCs. Conclusion： The COX-2 inhibitor celecoxib decreased neuronal excitability and prevented epileptogenesis in pilocarpine-induced status epilepticus rats. Celecoxib regulates synaptic reorganization by inhibiting astrogliosis and ectopic neurogenesis by attenuating MAPK/ERK signal activity, mediated by a GABAergic mechanism.

The Huolin River catchment(HRC)is located in the semi-arid region of Northeast China,which is very sensitive to climate *** runoff in HRC is closely related to the recovery of local vegetation in the Greater Khingan Mountains and the survival of downstream *** runoff fluctuations and increasing no-flow days confirmed the water crisis in this ***,it is extremely urgent to study the current situation and characteristics of *** this study,hydrological and meteorological data of HRC during 1956-2018 were analyzed to elucidate the processes,characteristics,trends of the river runoff and revealed its response to climate *** Mann-Kendall test and linear regression method showed that runoff in the HRC demonstrated a downward trend over the study period with a marked annual *** runoff in the high flow years was 100 times that of the low flow years,showing a typical continental climatic river *** are two runoff peak flows in the intra-annual runoff distribution in March and July,whereas two runoff valleys occurred around May and September to *** runoff positively correlates with precipitation in summer and temperature in early *** influenced by rising temperatures in April and precipitation in July is the main driving factor for the two peaks *** rose with precipitation decline and temperature increased,which may influence the runoff *** annual runoff is well synchronized with the annual precipitation,and precipitation change is the main driving factor of variation and abrupt change points of annual runoff in the *** study would be beneficial for water resource management in developing adaptation strategies to offset the negative impact of climate change in HRC.

The wetland ecosystem and its driving mechanism are significance impact on the ecological environment and the sustainable development of semi-arid regional *** and industrial land use/land cover change(LUCC) is also important for wetland *** Daihai wetland(DW)in Inner Mongolia has been suffering from severe environmental problems such as water resource shortages and wetland areas *** analyzed spatiotemporal LUCC at the catchment scale of Daihai Lake,which has recently exhibited a dramatic loss of water area,and investigated the potential role of climatic changes and human activities in the wetland *** 1976 to 2015,the arable land and construction land increased by 71.72 and 15.81 km2,with ranges of 18.72% and 39.61%,***,the wetland area decreased by 84.47 km2,accounting for 29.07% of the area *** 1960 to 2015,the area of Daihai Lake decreased by 100.73 km^2,diminishing to 37.09% of the area in 1960,and the lake storage accordingly shrank from 12.9×10~8 to approximately 3.9×10~8 m^*** lake level also rapidly *** 1962 to2014,the lake water mineralization,total nitrogen(TN),and total phosphorus(TP) increased by 2410,7.86,and 0.182 mg L-1,*** pollution sources included not only mineral fertilizers and pesticides,but also livestock,poultry breeding,aquaculture,and rural household *** lake area decreased with increasing agricultural development,Daihai power plant(DHPP) water consumption,and catchment climatic ***,the urgent implementation of effective restoration and mitigation measures are needed.

We investigated the soil microbiologic characteristics, and the yield and sustainable production of winter wheat, by conducting a long-term fertilization experiment. A single application of N, P and K （NPK） fertilizer was taken as the control （CK） and three organic fertilization treatments were used： NPK fertilizer＋pig manure （T1）, NPK fertilizer＋straw return （T2）, NPK fertilizer＋pig manure＋straw return （T3）. The results showed that all three organic fertilization treatments （T1, T2 and T3） significantly increased both soil total N （STN） and soil organic carbon （SOC） from 2008 onwards. In 2016, the SOC content and soil C/N ratios for T1, T2 and T3 were significantly higher than those for CK. The three organic fertilization treatments increased soil microbial activity. In 2016, the activity of urease （sucrase） and the soil respiration rate （SRS） for T1, T2 and T3 were significantly higher than those under CK. The organic fertilization treatments also increased the content of soil microbial biomass carbon （SMBC） and microbial biomass nitrogen （SMBN）, the SMBC/SMBN ratio and the microbial quotient （qMB）. The yield for T1, T2 and T3 was significantly higher than that of CK, respectively. Over the nine years of the investigation, the average yield increased by 9.9, 13.2 and 17.4% for T1, T2 and T3, respectively, compared to the initial yield for each treatment, whereas the average yield of CK over the same period was reduced by 6.5%. T1, T2, and T3 lowered the coefficient of variation （CV） of wheat yield and increased the sustainable yield index （SYI）. Wheat grain yield was significantly positively correlated with each of the soil microbial properties （P〈0.01）. These results showed that the long-term application of combined organic and chemical fertilizers can stabilize crop yield and make it more sustainable by improving the properties of the soil.

The solid sintering behavior and mechanical properties of Fe Ni powders prepared by mechanical alloying of elemental powders and hot pressing sintering in vacuum atmospheres were investigated. It was observed that the microstructure of the powder particles evolves in three stages. The alloy powder with average grain size of 20-30 nm was obtained. The sinter densification depends crucially on the particle rearrangement and the large amount of internal strain introduced during milling. The theoretical density of over 95 % was obtained after hot pressing sintering at 800 ℃ for 30 min with pressure of 50 MPa. No significant grain growth was observed during sintering. And also relatively high hardness was obtained.

Effects of arsenic on seed germination and physiological activities of wheat seedlings

The effects of arsenic （As） were investigated on seed germination, root and shoot length and their biomass and some other factors to elucidate the toxicity of As. The results showed low concentrations of As （0-1 mg/kg） stimulated seed germination and the growth of root and shoot, however, these factors all decreased gradually at high concentrations of As （5-20 mg/kg）. The contents of O2^-, MDA, soluble protein and peroxidase （POD） activity all increased with increasing As concentrations. Soluble sugar content, ascorbate peroxidase （APX）, and superoxide dismutase （SOD） activities decreased at low concentrations of As, and increased at high concentrations of As. While acetylsalicylic acid （ASA） and chlorophyll contents, catalase （CAT） activity displayed increasing trend when the concentrations of As was lower than 1 mg/kg, and then decreasing trend. By polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis （PAGE）, As induced the expression of POD isozymes of wheat seedlings. As induced the expression of CAT isozymes but inhibited the expression of SOD isozymes of wheat seedlings at concentrations lower than 1 mg/kg. However, As inhibited the expression of CAT isozymes but induced the expression of SOD isozymes at concentrations higher than 5 mg/kg. The results indicated As could exert harmfulness in the early development stage of wheat at inappropriate concentrations.
