Oxygen isotope compositions of eclogites in Rongcheng,Eastern china

Collected from the Rongcheng region, Shan-dong Province, the three types of eclogites suffering the UHP (i.e. ultra-high pressure) metamorphism have obviously dif-ferent oxygen isotope compositions. The eclogites occurring in regional orthogneisses and ultramafic rocks have the oxy-gen isotope compositions of normal eclogites in the world,but the eclogites existing in marbles are extremely enrichedin 1.O. By applying oxygen isotope geothermometry, for theall types of eclogites, the temperature estimates of quartz-garnet pair, in principle, indicate the formation temperatures of eclogites, so that the peak-metamorphic temperatures are estimated to be averagely little higher than 800℃, which are consistent with the estimates by using other geothermome-ters according to cation partitioning between coexistingphases. The d 1.O values of eclogitic inclusions hosted inmarbles from Yangguantun, Rongcheng region, are farhigher than the values of eclogites (including eclogitic inclu-sions in marbles) from the Dabieshan and other places of the Sulu. The oxygen isotope compositions of various mineralsindicate that the formation temperatures of eclogites fromthe Rongcheng region, in general, are higher than that from the Dabieshan and the southwestern part of the Sulu, but the dispersive temperatures estimated by different mineral pairs probably reflect that the UHP eclogites from the Rongcheng region generally suffered overprinted metamorphisms dur-ing the exhumation.

The Sanshandao gold deposit,with total resources of more than 60 t of gold,is located in the Jiaodong gold province,the most important gold province of *** deposit is a typical highly fractured and *** gold system,with high-grade, quartz-sulphide veinveinlet stockworks that cut Mesozoic *** are four stages of veins that developed in the following sequence:(1.quartz-K-feldspar -sericite;(2)quartz-pyrite±arsenopyrite;(3.quartzbase metal sulfide;and(4)*** inclusions in quartz and calcite in vein veinlet stockworks contain C-O-H fluids of three main *** first type consists of dilute CO-HO fluids coeval with the early vein *** volumes of these CO-HO fluid inclusions,ranging from 50-60 cm/mol,yield estimated minimum trapping pressures of≥3.kbar. Homogenization temperatures,obtained mainly from CO-HO inclusions with lower CO concentration, range from 267-3.5℃.The second inclusion type,with a CO-HO±CH composition,was trapped during the main mineralizing *** fluids may reflect the CO-HO fluids that were modified by fluid/rock reactions with altered *** for CO- HO±CH inclusions,with homogenization temperatures ranging from 204-3.5℃and molar volumes from 55 to 70 cm/mol,provide an estimated minimum trapping pressure of 1.2 *** third inclusion type, aqueous inclusions,trapped in cross-cutting microfractures in quartz and randomly in calcite,are post-mineralization, and have homogenization temperatures between 1.3.228℃and salinities from 0.71.7.86 wt% NaCl *** isotope data show that the metamorphic fluid contribution is minimal and that ore fluids are of magmatic origin,most likely sourced from 1.0- 1.6 Ma mafic to intermediate *** is consistent with the carbonic nature of the fluid,and the crosscutting nature of those deposits relative to the host Mesozoic granitoid.

The Zhuxi tungsten deposit in Jiangxi Province,South china,contains a total W reserve of about 2.86 Mt at an average grade of 0.54 wt%WO3.representing the largest W deposit in the *** studies on the metallogeny of the deposit have included its timing,the ore-controlling structures and sedimentary host rocks and their implications for mineral ***,the deep nappe structural style of Taqian-Fu{1.n metallogenic belt that hosts the W deposit,and the spatial shape and scale of deeply concealed intrusions and their sedimentary host rocks are still poorly defined,which seriously restricts the discovery of new deposits at depth and in surrounding areas of the W *** 3.D geological modeling is an important tool for the exploration of concealed orebodies,especially in brownfield *** are obvious density contrast and weak magnetic contrast in the ore-controlling strata and granite at the periphery of the deposit,which lays a physical foundation for solving the 3.D spatial problems of the ore-controlling geological body in the deep part of the study area through gravity and magnetic *** data(1.50000)and aeromagnetic data(1.50000)from the latest geophysical surveys of 201.-201. have been used,firstly,to carry out a potential field separation to obtain residual anomalies for gravity and magnetic interactive ***,on the basis of the analysis of the relationship between physical properties and lithology,under the constraints of surface geology and borehole data,human-computer interactive gravity and magnetic inversion for 1. cross-sections were ***,the 3.D geological model of the Zhuxi tungsten deposit and its periphery have been established through these 1. sections,and the spatial shape of the intrusions and strata with a depth of 5 km underground were obtained,initially realizing―transparency‖for ore-controlling *** the analysis of the geophysical,geochemical,and geological charact

The newly launched Fengyun-3.(FY-3.)satellite carried a wide-field auroral imager(WAI)that was developed by Changchun {1. of Optics,Fine Mechanics and Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences(CIOMP),which will provide a large field of view(FOV),high spatial resolution,and broadband ultraviolet images of the aurora and the ionosphere by imaging the N2 LBH bands of *** WAI consists of two identical cameras,each with an FOV of 68°in the along-track direction and 1.°in the cross-track *** two cameras are tilted relative to each other to cover a {3.-shaped field of size 1.0°×1.°.Each camera consists of an unobstructed four-mirror anastigmatic optical system,a BaF2 filter,and a photon-counting imaging *** spatial resolution of WAI is ~1. km at the nadir point at a reference height of 1.0 km above the Earth’s *** sensitivity is>0.01.counts s^(−1. Rayleigh^(−1. pixel^(−1.(1.0-1.0 nm)for both cameras,which is sufficient for mapping the boundaries and the fine structures of the auroral oval during storms/*** on the tests and calibrations that were conducted prior to launch,the data processing algorithm includes photon signal decoding,geometric distortion correction,photometric correction,flatfield correction,line-of-sight projection and correction,and normalization between the two *** processed images are compared with DMSP SSUSI *** agreement between the images that were captured by two instruments demonstrates that the WAI and the data processing algorithm operate normally and can provide high-quality scientific data for future studies on auroral dynamics.
